PO Smartform for ECC 6.0

Dear All,
We have a reqirement to implement PO through Smartform.
We have a idea of copying the std availabe smartform and modifying it to meet our requirments.
In ECC 6.0 I am unable to find any standard smartform availabe.
I also learnt from ECC 6.0, Smartform would be availbe in the bestpractise guide. I am not sure where to extract the data from.
I searched in service.sap.com/bestpractises. but no outcome.
Some people in the forum have ealier suggested note 852250, but the note says clearly.
"This workaround is not available for ECC600 system,it is not supported".
Pls could anybody give me some correct info on this.
Or should we create our own progam/layout.

Custom SmartForm for Purchase Order Printing

Hi,
I need a customized smartform for purchase order, which is called after the standard transaction ME9F.
I adjusted "Conditions for Output Control" by using transaction NACE ( Erased the name of the form MEDRUCK, Entered my customized smartform's name under smartform Form part and chose the type as smartform )
However, I couldn't success to see my printview whereas I continued to see the printview of Medruck.
I'd searched for the problem through here and the net, I found some names of smartforms such as: /SMB40/MMPO_L and /SMB40/MMPO_A and their driver programs like: /SMB40/FM06P . The package which consists of these elements was mentioned as " /SMB40/ "... but despite I downloaded it, my system still doesn't have the elements.
So, how can I use my own purchase order smartform or if i need the forms mentioned, in which best practice package i can find them?

Hi,
If your SAP doesnt have a standard smartform for PO, it is quite complicated to use smarform rather than sapscript.
I guess that you will need to modify the program SAPFM06P that calls the sapscript and make it call the smartform.
I will take a few time to adapt the sapscript.

1. Create a new smartforms
Transaction code SMARTFORMS
Create new smartforms call ZSMART
2. Define looping process for internal table
Pages and windows
First Page -> Header Window (Cursor at First Page then click Edit -> Node -> Create)
Here, you can specify your title and page numbering
&SFSY-PAGE& (Page 1) of &SFSY-FORMPAGES(Z4.0)& (Total Page)
Main windows -> TABLE -> DATA
In the Loop section, tick Internal table and fill in
ITAB1 (table in ABAP SMARTFORM calling function) INTO ITAB2
3. Define table in smartforms
Global settings :
Form interface

4. To display the data in the form
Make used of the Table Painter and declare the Line Type in Tabstrips Table
e.g. HD_GEN for printing header details,
IT_GEN for printing data details.
You have to specify the Line Type in your Text elements in the Tabstrips Output options.
Tick the New Line and specify the Line Type for outputting the data.
Declare your output fields in Text elements
Tabstrips - Output Options
For different fonts use this Style : IDWTCERTSTYLE

PURCHASE ORDER SMARTFORM IN ECC 6.0

we are using ECC 6.0,
in this version the smartform for Purchase Order is existing or not.
if it is existing ,plese tell me the smart form name.

We have the Smartforms in the Service.sap.com, you need to download from this one. in our SAP we do not have these smartforms .
smartform name is <b>/smb40/mmpo_l</b>. Look at the SAP Note 695891

Smartform for Account Statement

Hello Gurus,
I have a requiremnt to change the Account Statement
SAP Script : F140_PAY_CONF_01 to Smartform.
I could not find a standard SF, so changed the driver program RFKORD10 and uploaded script to SF and made the changes.
But now when I try to assign new Print Program and SF....,it does not take the SF.
It shows an error saying that the form I entered is not a vald Script.
I have searched SDN and none of them gave a smartform,whereas everybody were mentioning about the SAP Script.
Does it not take Smartforms ? Can't we Use smartforms for Account Statemnt ?
Does SAP not support Smartforms for Account Statement ?
I am using ECC 6.0. My functional Consultant does not know if thre are standard smartforms.He is asking me to develop a ZSF
Please clarify my doubt.

There are no standard Smartforms, so you are on your own, sorry!
Unfortunately, pretty much all standard FI output is done with SAPscript, which is outdated. If you find some way to plug in a Smartform for that, please let me know because we had the same problem and I personally hate SAPscript.

Smartform for PO - ME21N info needed

Can anyone also tell me how to add a hyperlink on the smartform page? Is that possible? If yes, how can that be done?
I am developing a smartform in ECC 6.0 for PO for ME21N transaction...Please can anyone let me know where I could get the below information:
Ship to party, Sold to party, Vendor info, Bill to party.
Also, what is the procedure to print the header text on the smartform? Do we have to use, read text FM? Are there any standard form?

Hi,
it is not possible to give hyper link in smartform.
the reason being the end result of a smartfrom is supposed to be a print out or PDf file.
generally u will not maintain sold-to/shipto details in P.O, this is possible when we create P.O with reference to a Sales order in which case u need to go to the document flow and get them.

Preconfigured Smart Forms for ECC 6

Hi
Can any one tell me if there are any pre configured Smart Forms available for ECC6. I searched in Service market palce but found that preconfigured Smartform are available for ECC 5 but not for ECC6.
Also can u tell me if Adobe document services or PDF forms are available free for customers or there is any license required to use them for ECC6?

ERP 2004 (ECC 5.0) only.
It is not planned to deliver the preconfigured SmartForms as separate SAP Best Practices solution for other releases.
If future releases, the prconfigured SmartForms will be delivered with the country-specific SAP Best Practices Baseline Packages.

open the text element in the smartform.
on the left corner, we have text editor button.
open that and change the editor (goto-->change editor)
on the new line, give the format as comment line /*. and you can write the comments as required.
such lines doesnt reflect in the output layout.

1. The smartform name is SD_PACK_ETIK.
2.Just copy the standard program into Zprogram and make chanes and assign in NACE with the form.
3.But,in smartform lable printing is not possible.
4.you can print barcodes.

Error in customized smartform for goods recipt

Hi experts
I have created a customized smartform for goods recipt .
I have used form entry_we01 inside my zprogram and basically fetching the material document no from NAST-objky
The problem is when i assign my program in TXN NACE
it prevents the update of material document no MBLNR in the
MSEG table .
I get an express document as soon as I try to display the goods recipt stating " UPDATE HAS BEEN TERMINATED".
and although material document has been generated it is not updated in the MSEG table.
By the way this error does not happen when i use the standard driver program and standard form (SAPSCRIPT).
Please suggest a solution

Transfer rules are not exist for ECC Quality source system in BI Dev

Hi,
I Connected BI Dev system To ECC Dev and installed the sales, purchasing,... data flow, but here i am not getting the quality data to show the reports, to get Quality data I established the connection between BI Dev and ECC QA, while installing the transfer rules for the ECC QA data sources there no transfer rules are exist(only some of them exist) in the business content, but all the update rules,... are exist, when i right on the data source say create transfer rules it is proposing App praposal.
When i select source system as ECC dev while installing the transfer rules i can see all the transfer rules, but when i select source system as ECC QA i can see only some transfer rules.
only problem with transfer rules(some of them exist), for remaining all objects are properly existing in business content for ECC QA source system.

Thanks for the quick reply. We are not moving the stuff to QA. We are only connecting QA ECC system to BI Dev. We already have datasources moved to ECC QA and created source system for ECC QA in BI Dev.
The problem is I am not able to get Business Content transful rule for new source system. We I can find some but not all unlike development.
Help on this would be appreciated.
