I cancelled an order over a week ago and got back most points but some are still missing. Has this happened to anyone else?

It can generally take 3 to 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's My Best Buy™ account following a return/exchange or cancellation. GetCommand does not return my configuration entry points?

If I'm in a client sequence file and I want to dynamically execute my own configuration entry point in the process model what is the best way to accomplish that?
I am trying to get the application manager through an activex step using Engine.GetInternalOption(InternalOption_ApplicationmManager) and then I choose the GetCommand method with CommandKind_ConfigurationEntryPoints_Set. It will only use an index for one of the 3 default configuration entry points (Report Options, Model Options or Database Options). It throws an index out of range if I try to get my own. This is from James Grey's post here: http://forums.ni.com/t5/NI-TestStand/Calling-a-Configuration-Entry-Point-from-a-C-code-module/td-p/1... (I'm not in .NET though. I just want to use activex steps in TS). The 3 default ones work perfectly. It's only when I try my own that I've added.
Any thoughts?

I can call it directly as well but it doesn't exhibit the behavior I want.
Basically we have a process model with a Configuration Entry point called About Test. This calls a sub sequence which has 2 steps in it. The first step is a callback and the second is a VI call. The VI displays a splash screen with our company logo, disclosure and the text (usually a software part number) returned by the callback.
What I want to do is put the SequenceFileLoad callback in our clients and have a step in there that will invoke the About Test entry point upon sequence load.
The series would look like this:
SequenceFileLoad(client)>>About Test Configuration Entry Point(model)>>SubSequence(model)>>About Test Model Callback (client)>>VI Splash Screen(model)
All of this would be a lot easier with a (ProcessModelFileLoad): http://forums.ni.com/t5/NI-TestStand-Idea-Exchange/ProcessModelFileLoad-Engine-Callback/idi-p/225016...
So back to my point about it not working correctly. It doesn't seem to be invoking the model callback when I use New Execution or call the sequence directly.
Also, what is the explanation for my config entry points not showing up at all in the list? it seems that function should grab all config entry points in the model.....

You probably cannot get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you, particularly if the app is defective in some way. If you just don't like or no longer need the app, a refund is unlikely.

SDO_RELATE does not return expected points

I have a problem with a query which does not return the results I am expecting. I think it may be to do with geodetic data v projected data but fail to see how.
the table points2 contains point data stored in Lat Long (SRID 8307)
Here is my query:

Points not retunred

I purchased a moto 360 online using cerificates and it ended up being defective. I returned it and since the store didnt have another one I purchased another online using another buch of certificates. The second moto 360 was also defective and needed to be returned. The first points used were refunded while the second set never was. I spoke with customer service over a week ago for more than an hour trying to straighten it out. I had my doubts that it would get resolved but was told the points would be refunded in 5-7 business days. We are past that and still not fixed. I do not wish to waste another hour on the phone trying to resolve. case # for customer service call is {removed per forum guidelines}. I have pin #'s as well from the transactions.

Applephotostreams.exe entry point not found error

In the last several weeks I've been receiving the following error message upon startup of my Windows 7 PC:

I've tried searching for similar error messages on the web and in this forum without finding a solution. I'm also receiving a similar error message for ubd.exe on startup as well. Any suggestions for repairing this problem would be appreciated.

A quick search on Google suggests this problem is associated with FlyakiteMacosX plug in.

BAPI PO GETDETAIL NOT RETURNING PREQ_NO IN PO_ITEMS

When calling BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL with ITEMS checked "X", the table PO_ITEMS does not return the value of PREQ_NO (Purchase Requisition Number) for the corresponding PO. When viewing the PO through ME23n the Purchase requisition Number is visable on the screen for each line item.
This is not happening on all PO only certain PO documents, is their a condition that this depends on?

Can you place a break-point at line439 of include: LMEWPF04 and check.
As itz a normal transfer of EKPO entry to the output table. It shouldnt be a problem.
Do re-check if you are using the right PO when displaying in ME23(N) and when using the BAPI: BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL.

Workflow not returning document details after update

Hi,
I have implemented a custom BPEL workflow process which is triggered upon a document being created or updated in Content Services. The BPEL process uses embedded java to obtain the filename of the document which triggered the workflow (much in the same way as done in the Content Services Web Services Development Kit). This works fine in the GUI version of content services, and using Oracle Drive works when a file is created, however the filename is not retrieved when updating a file using Oracle Drive (even though the workflow is initiated). As far as I can make out the Java Content Services API Workflow Manager is not returning any items when the file is updated, does anyone know why this might be?

Please ignore the above as the problem is not actually what I originally thought was happening. It turns out that any file which is updated through Oracle Drive does not trigger the BPEL workflow for the Upload Document workflow operation. The workflow that was being triggered for which I could not get details for was a temp file that was being created when browsing Oracle Drive before overwriting a file, the workflow could not get the temp files document details as the file was deleted before it could do so. Does anyone know a way of getting the workflow to be triggered upon the update of a file in Oracle Drive?

FM HRTRV_IF_GET_TRIP does not return USERDATA

Hi, it's me, yet again...
I'm using the FM "HRTRV_IF_GET_TRIP" in FITE_VC_GENERA_DATA in a post exit of comp-controller method "ON_SHOW" to get the structure/Table USER/PTK99 from the TE Cluster for binding to the context afterwards. At least that's the plan. The FM does not return me the data I expect in parameter USERDATA, although there is data in the TE Cluster and within the FM, I can see the global Table USER being filled whilst the macro RP-IMP-C1-TE. But this data is not further process neither is seems the strucutre USERDATA to be touched at any point of the FM. Am I calling the FM 'wrong' in any way? I'm close to making an implicit enhancement at the end and forcefully fill userdata from user....

good to know. that you have already implemented similar thing. In our case if employee want to pick a manager he will only be given option from a custom table entries.
They way i was thinking was that there will be a checkbox that will say "Override Approver"
and when that will be checked text filed will be enabled with search help restricted to custom table entries.
I have one question. When I am enhancing FITE_VC_REVIEW and adding field in that view, I m finding it hard to track it. Looks like adding to General data screen will be much easier.
R u using ABAP memory to track field and use it at SMOD or you are using SAP memory ?

Search does not return my documents

Hi Gurus,
I have created few documents using CM SDK. I could able to see these documents using IFS browser.
Now I wrote content search method to search document content.When I search for "cmsdk" string it returns 13 documents.But when I search for a string in the document, I created , for example a text like "struts" it does not return any result , though this document I can see in IFS browser.What could be the reason?.
BTW I didn't create any FORMAT type while I am storing the document. Can any one point me to a document where I can find some instructions on "must and should things to do before search".
I am using CM SDK 9.0.3.

RFC call do not return any value

Hi All,
I have an RFC written in one R/3 system(call center R/3) and i am calling this RFC in the ERP system.
If i try to run the RFC locally in the call center system ,it runs correctly and returns me proper values.
But when i try to call it from other R/3 system(ERP) the RFC does not return value.(both cases i am passing same parameters).
Also , RFC parameters are defined with pass by value option.
I am not able to trace why this behaviour,can anyone pin point what could be the possible cause of error.

No ,there i snot RFC connection problem ,i have checked it from SM59.
Neither do i get any dump or error of no authorization.In fact the sy-subrc after the RFC call is 0.
St22 do not have any trace for the same.

? fixing apple sync notifier.entry point not found. Entry point split3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll.

Upon computer start up I receive message: procedure entry point split3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in the cynamic link library SQLite3.dll.
Apple Sync Notifier.exe Entry Point not found.
Anyone have solution?

IIRC, This problem happens when you have a piece of software installed that either doesn't properly register the DLL it uses, or is improperly installed. The draw back is that if that software is runnig when you install the Apple software, the DLL is loaded, and the Apple software doesn't install the DLL because it already finds it, so it doesn't need to load it. Now you reboot, and the other software isn't running, and Apple can't find it's DLL, so you get the error.
You have a couple of options. You can find the DLL in your "Program Files"\"Common..." folder tree and copy it to the Apple folder where it is giving you the error, or you could properly register the DLL with your OS so that it knows where to find it when it is needed. Another option which should work is to remove the Apple software which is giving you the error, perform a fresh reboot (possibly into safe mode) and re-install the application before you launch anything else.

Pl/sql package for use with workflow will not return a value

Hi Community, first of all, english is not my native language and im not sure to use the correct terms for PowerCenter - so if im wrong please help me correct and make clear what we need. We have a kind of 3-steps ToDo. First step: Load data from an external source into a "local" datastore (its an oracle db on a server in our "hands")Second step: Check data against several verifications, this is done with a PL/SQL Package. The PL/SQL Package shall be called with an Interfacename who is set in the First PowerCenter Mapping. Our current thoghts are to do this via a stored procedure, which runs as "Target Post Load" and gets a variable "Interface Name".Is that possible? Im not quite sure about it. About the last part its even more unclear how we can solve it:Third part should be switch back to PowerCenter now - and the package (or to be correct a function in the package) should return a value for "okay everything fine => workflow continue" or "something happened => workflow is stopped" Im not sure how i can handle this.
