Popup during loading of transaction iw32

Hi Experts,
There is a requirement to show a pop up when a user enter the order and press enter in the transaction IW32.
I found a method 'INITIALIZE' in the BADI 'WORKORDER_UPDATE' to place my code.
The description of the code is "Initialization when Importing/Creating Order". But the method is not being called.
Am I missing something or I have understood the method wrongly.
Please suggest a badi or exit that can be used for this purpose.
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Daz.

Hi Raymond,
Can you please let me know if there is a similiar points for the transaction 'IW81'.
Thanks in advance.
Daz.

  • Error during loading of transaction data: An RFC call-up triggered the ...

    Dear Sirs,
during loading of master data from a 4.6C SAP system to BI 7.0 SP9 I get the following error during processing (data packet).
<i>"An RFC call-up triggered the exception (ID: RSAR NO: 503) "</i>
The strange thing with this error is that it emerged today, after successfully loading master data and a subset of transaction data yesterday from same source system.
Has anyone else come across this error, and can tell us where we should look for a possible solution? (or a better error explaination).
The RFC connections works fine when testing in SM59, and was functioning yesterday. No relevant dumps in either system.

    Hi folks,
I am also interested in this error.
    Thanks.

  • Texts not replicating during loads

    Hi All,
I am doing initial loads for sales transactions from ECC 6.0 to CRM 5.0. The transactions are loading perfectly with all the partner details product details but not the header and item level text.
When i create a new transaction either in ECC or in CRM with header and item level text the texts are replicating fine. Which means my access sequences are correct. But i am not able to replicate the text that are existing with the transactions during loads. Am i missing any configuration step in mapping these texts?
I am facing this problem with all the transactions Inquiries/Quotations/Standard orders.
    Please advice.
    Thanks in advance,
    Karuna.

    Hi Karuna,
Check for the filters because the system does not transfer texts if filtering is activated in the R/3 system. Reffer to the oss Note 720147 - Download: Texts not transferred.

Hi, I use Hyperion Financial Management 9.2.0.3 with Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0. When i try to load intercompany transaction from file, the running task end in 'aborted' status. Also, the packages Application_name_ict_load and Application_name_ict_pkg in the scheme are invalid. What anyone could advise to me? Does anyone encounter this problem?

have you checked the Task Audit log? I got that error once and it was because another person was loading metadata as I was consolidating.

    Dear Praveen
I guess yr req is demanding the knowledge of Data Unification and Synchronization whose scope is a bit outer the area of BW.( its MDM actually )
In BW we could very well fetch data out of different data sources (even across the different system) with no issues so why not u trying that. if there is any issue implementing that then please specify what kind of trouble you are interfacing...
I got the below link which may be helpful

  • Adding a button in Application toolbar of Transaction IW32

    Hi ,
I need to add a button in the Application Toolbar of standard transaction IW32,I tried copying the pf-status and adding it in the user exit exit_saplocih_006 also, but its not working.
    Please Kindly help.
    Regards,
    Ismail.

I think you must create a copy of IW32 ( I am not wrong in SAP lingo they say repair) for example ZIW32. And add a button relevant gui status. (I have been looking Gui status of IW32 it is have more status. you must find true status)
If you want change original source don't forget this a patch can change your code.

  • Calling 'Status' screen of transaction IW32 from report

    Hi,
I want to display 'status overview' screen from transaction 'iw32' .
I know how to call transaction 'iw32', but I don't know how can
I directly go on status screen? I have order no with me.
    Can anyone help me?

    Hi,
You can get the user status data directly from the following tables:
Pass on the order number to JEST table to fetch the STAT (status) for which INACT field is a blank (means status those are active in the order). You will find the status in the form of E001 or I001 depending upon the user status or system status respectively.
Now goto TJ30T table where you need to pass the status profile (STSMA) which can recovered from the order number and fetch the status text by comparaing ESTAT with the status received from JEST table. Field TXT04 in TJ30T gives the status text.
Hope you will find this helpfull.

    Hi,
It is not some default transaction. But it would have been set by someone in it. So I don't know the details. Please check the JCO log file if it can help.
Here <b>IDOC_XMII</b> is the iDocListener. So match server name with ur Listener name.

    tx for your help,

It appears that you are using ConnectionFactoryName. First be sure to
set a ConnectionFactory2Name which will be a non-transactional (in terms
of global transaction) DataSource for sequence generation for which you
are seeing here. There are also some issues with JBoss's connection
pooling on certain dbs if you are still seeing the problem after this.
If so, try setting ConnectionURL, ConnectionPassword, etc explicitly

  • SAP Best Practice: Problems with Loading of Transaction Data

    Hi!
I am about to implement SAP Best Practices scenario "B34: Accounts Receivable Analysis".
Therefore I load the data from SAP ERP IDES system into SAP NetWeaver 2004s system.
    My problems are:
when I try to load the Transaction data for Infosources 0FI_AR_4 and 0FI_AR_6 I get the following errors/warnings:
when I start the "schedule process" the status getting still "yellow 14:27: 31(194 from 0 records)"
On the right side I see some actions that are also "yellow", e.g. "DataStore Activation (Change Lo ): not yet activated".
As a result I cannot see any data in tcode "RSRT" executing the queries "0FIAR_C03/...".
    The problems there
    1) Input help of the web template of query don't contain any values
    2) no data will be shown
Can some one help me to solve this problem?
    Thank you very much!
    Jürgen

Be in the monitor window where u got the below issue
when I start the "schedule process" the status getting still "yellow 14:27: 31(194 from 0 records)"
and go to environment in the menu options TransactRFC--->in the sourcesystem...
give the logon details and enter and from there give the correct target destination as ur BI server and execute...
if u find some idoc's pending there push that manually using F6..
and come back to ur load and refresh....
if still it doen't turn green u can manully change status to red in STATUS tab and come to processing tab and expand ur processing details and right click on ur data packet which was not yet updated and select manual update...
it shows busy status and when it comes out of that once again refresh...
