Postal File Preparation Zone Matrix Date

When uploading Mail.dat 09-1 and 11-1 files to PostalOne we have been getting a server side validation error and after several days of back and forth with PostalOne support, they say that the problem is a "0" in the Zone Matrix Date field of the .hdr file (position 731-738).
From testing what it looks like is happening is that the original files do not have the 0 and that the Postal File Preparation program adds it.
Currently, the users and/or tech support are having to open the finalzied files up and manually replace the 0's with spaces (which is rather bothersome and a little frustrating for the user when they make a mistake and have to export again).
The questions that I have are:
1. Is there a setting to change in PostPrep or field that we could clear so that the 0 does not get into the files ready for upload?
2. Is there already a modification to PostPrep being worked on to resolve this issue?

Yes, we are setting up the job correctly based on the release notes for 8.00c.08.00.
Here is a little more detail of what was going on and how I came to the conclusion that I about Postal Prep not working for the CPT record:
1. Ran Job with MB option set in Mailing Information section of Presort.
2. Mail.dat files (opened in Text editor) look good.
3. Users open in Postal Prep and make changes needed for scheduled trucking dates and other things.
4. Using Postal Prep the users opens, edits, and save changes to the Component record.
5. Mail.dat files (opened in Text editor) are missing the MB in field 282-283 is no longer there.
6. So I had them go back into Postal Prep to the Compenent record to fix the problem, but the "Postal Price Incentive Type:" field's drop down list does not have an option for MB.

(Urgent help needed) how to read txt file and store the data into 2D-array?

Hi, I have a GUI which allow to choose file from the file chooser, and when "Read file" button is pressed, I want to show the array data into the textarea.
The sample data is like this followed:

I want my program to scan through and store these data into 2D array.
However for some reason, my source code issues errors, and I don't know what's wrong with it, seems to have a problem in StringTokenizer though. Can anybody help me?

1) Next time use the CODE tags. this is way too much unreadable crap.
2) The problem is your String[][] data.... the only place I see you do anything approching initializing it is
data = new String[numLines][];I think you want to do this..
data = new String[numLines][3];anyway that's why it's blowing up on the line

Update secure zone expiry dates with an import

We are trying to update Secure Zone Expiry dates for customers via an import but the problem is when we create a report for Users and Secure Zones there is no field for 'Username' and from what I understand if we leave this blank when importing then the information will be deleted.

What a process this has been! Has anyone else found it difficult or is it just me?
Maybe there is an easier way, I'd love to know if that is the case.
If anyone is interested this was my experience in updating the Secure Zone Expiry dates for customers.
Export a report of all members (Select Users and Secure Zones) and filter by Secure Zone.
Export a report of all customers and make sure to select the field 'Username' (This is not available in the Users and Secure Zone report, how crazy is that!).
In Excel, merge the 2 reports to get usernnames for the members. Here is a good tutorial on how to do this Vlookup Excel Best - YouTube or Merge two excel files using a common column - Super User
After merging and cleaning up the data, copy to an import template and save as csv file.
Make sure that the date format in your Expiry dates are in the correct format ie 20-Feb-2020 (check in a text editor as excel can be tricky).
Import via advanced contact import and make sure to select the secure zone in checklist below or the date will not change.
Easy isn't it, ha.
If Adobe are listening, please add the 'Username' field to the Users and Secure Zone reports, this would save a lot of work.

Step 2, Answers – More Products > BI Publisher > My Folders > Create a new report > Edit > Data Model > New > Type: SQL Query > Data Source: Oracle BI EE > Query Builder > from SupplierSales assign Customer, Periods, Sales Facts (select Region, state, Year, Units Shipped) > Results > Save > Save
Click Layouts > New > enter Name ….. > Click Layouts > borrows .rtf file in Manage T file > Upload > Save > Click View
It is showing only the .rtf file without data. Why there is no data?

I have a .vi that was working fine with Labview 7.0. I now have upgraded to Labview Professional 8.0, and I am trying to build a stand alone executable. When I build the executable, build an installer, and then try to install it on another computer then run it......... I get the "Error 7 occurred at Open/Create/Replace File in Open Config Data.vi" error. Any ideas?

Is there a way to combine matrix data?

If anyone can, please help me. Linear algebra is not my
specialty.
I am trying to make a function using the BitmapData.hitTest()
to see if two sprites on screen are hit.
I have got it working for sprites that are direct siblings
(ie they are on the root stage layer). However, if I nest sprites,
things get messy. The reason I want to test nested objects is so I
can test for collision with *parts* of other visual components, not
the whole thing as one.
I can get a proper tx, ty value for nested sprites by using
the localToGlobal functions, but these do not take into
consideration rotation. Is there something like localToGlobal that
works for an object's entire transform matrix (and if not, why
not?!)?
Does anyone have any advice?
The only thing I can think of is to go through a given
sprite's parents until it reaches the top (root) layer and collect
the matrix data on the way. But even if I do that, I don't know how
to add the matrices together properly. I am convinced I need to do
this. If I don't use the actual transform matrix, I cannot take
into account skewing, rotation, etc.

Well, I seem to have found a way to at least combine matrices
using the concat() method. Still, I have to cycle through each
parent matrix from the target sprite to the top level (stage) to
get a universal comparison.

Doesn't sound too hard to me. Your class User (the convention says to capitalize class names) will have an ArrayList or Vector in it to represent the queue, and a method to store a Packet object into the List. An array or ArrayList or Vector will hold the 10 user objects. You will find the right user object from packet.user_id and call the method.
Please try to write some code yourself. You won't learn anything from having someone else write it for you. Look at sample code using ArrayList and Vector, there's plenty out there. Post in the forum again if your code turns out not to behave.

Can no longer sort RAW with JPG files together by capture date.

Suddenly I can no longer sort JPG and RAW files together by capture date. I have two Canon SLR's shooting in RAW and one Canon point an shoot shooting in JPG and want to collate the photos in LR4, which I was able to do up to now. I cannot find out what I did to make this happen or correct it in LR preferences. Any solutions?

Problem converting data in XML file to internal table data

I have a requirement. I need to convert an XML file to internal table data and based on that data do Goods Receipt in SAP.

I am able to convert the XML file to data in SAP. But this blog will display the output on screen as ELELEMNT = nodename VALUE= value of that node.

With an API like Xerces you can parse an XML document into a DOM tree. You can do modifications on that tree manually and then write it back out as XML data.

AddOnsLocalRegistration.sbo file does not match data in the common datab...

We are receiving the following error everytime we logon our pc for the first time: Add-On Outlook_Integration: This Add-on cannot be upgraded. AddOnsLocalRegistration.sbo file does not match data in the common database for this add-on. See SAP Note 1323680 for more information.
A few months ago, SBO Server was moved from one server to a new virtual server, but we had no problems with the addons. The other day, we upgraded from SBO 2007 to 8.8 and now we are having problems with the Outlook Integration.
I have followed the directions in the message noted above, and did find the AddOnsLocalRegistration.sbo file in some odd places, with a reference to the old server. I cleaned this up, on the server and the client and I can get it running...however, after the user shuts down the pc and logs back in the next day, the problem is back.
In the process of cleaning this up (un-registering the addon and removing the addon references in the local .sbo file) I noticed at times that we would still receive this error, when there really shouldn't be an reference to it.

I guess you need a re installation of Outlook Integration Addon.
Whatever version addon of OI you installed just uninstall it and Install it freshly from 8.8 setup package......

Tranform templateu00B4s Excel files into *.txt for Data Transfer Workbench

I have some problems transforming the data files to import since Data Transfer Workbench.
I haven't the extructure of de Excel templates of SAP BO.
What is more important: I'm transforming the data with Access consults, and I use Access for convert the Excel to *.txt files. So, somebody could tell me another way to do this?

You can have the structure of all DTW templates in C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates.
They are in csv format, but I think this is more easy to save them in txt format (with tab), because you will be able to use "," in the numbers easily.
For more help on how to fill the templates, you can have a look at DI API help (in the SDK folder). You will find the explanation of every column of your templates.
