Posting in IM without WM view:

Hi,
WM is activated I want to make one posting (344 Transfer POsting) in IM which should  not create any PCN in WM.
Is there any way out?
Please help me out on this as this is iurgent.
Avinash

Hi
LX23 will omly make adjustments where your stocks do not balance
You can run it for Plant/Warehouse without checking the clear differences and just checl  'All material Data'
This will show you where there is a difference between IM and WM and then you can decide if you want to use this to 'Fix' ther differences
In a perfect world there wont be any differences!!
In your case hopefully only the one
Once this has been done having previously made a note of what your stock situation for this material should be you can subsequently make the adjustments to put the stock back to how it should be
You can use MB1A transaction to make the adjustments and then the movement type required for the status
The movement types are
551 write OFF unrestricted stock
552 Write ON unrestricted stock
553 write OFF quality stock - 'Q'
552 Write ON quality stock - 'Q'
551 write OFF Blocked stock - 'S'
552 Write ON Blocked stock - 'S'

  • Print SSRS Server Report in landscape or portrait mode directly(without report viewer control)

    Hello,
    .Net 4.0\VS2010\C#\ssrs 2008 on Sql Server 2008R2
Having a problem printing a Server report while controlling the orientation and the size of the emf rendered to the physical page.
I have the report cutting off in both landscape and portrait modes. I'm passing the following deviceinfo to the render function:
    string DeviceInfo =
    @"<DeviceInfo>
    <OutputFormat>EMF</OutputFormat>
    <PageWidth>8.5in</PageWidth>
    <PageHeight>11in</PageHeight>
    <MarginTop>0.25in</MarginTop>
    <MarginLeft>0.25in</MarginLeft>
    <MarginRight>0.25in</MarginRight>
    <MarginBottom>0.25in</MarginBottom>
    </DeviceInfo>";
    return DeviceInfo;
    string mimeType;            string fileExtension;            Stream pageStream = serverReport.Render("IMAGE",  deviceInfo, firstPageParameters, out mimeType, out fileExtension);
No other settings seem to have an affect on controlling the output to printer or pdf.  i.e. The deviceinfo params fed to server report's render function are all you get.  I think my original code comes from an MSDN or CodeProject example. I'm not
    inventing anything new here.
Links below indicate similar problems but they are looking at the issue from just landscape mode. Seems like I ought to be able to squash or expand the image to whatever size I specify, separate from the 'page' size.  Please let me know what i need
to know to make these reports print without bleeding onto 2 pages or slicing off the right side of the document image.

     Hi
    FraterJoanni,
Thanks for posting in MSDN forum.
I am not expert in SSRS. You should get better response in SQL Server > SQL
Server Reporting Services, Power View forum.
After take a look at the similar threads links as you posted above.
The conclusion is we needn’t tell the program o this report is landscape not portrait. If the width is larger than the height, the report will be printed in landscape; otherwise, it will be printed in portrait.
    >>Links below indicate similar problems but they are looking at the issue from just landscape mode.
But in C# forum, we only from the point of code, code looks OK to me.

In J1ID if you selected single GR, single credit for material you hve to cancel the excise invoice you can reverse it. If you selected single GR,multiple credits or Multiple GR, Multiple credits you can reverse the excise invoice.
    Hope its clear.

  • Blog post : "Bug in Create/Edit View Criteria Wizard (JDeveloper 11g)"

    hi
Using steps 1 to 13 from the blog post "Bug in Create/Edit View Criteria Wizard (JDeveloper 11g)" by Andrejus Baranovskis, I have been able to reproduce the issue he describes.
    see http://andrejusb.blogspot.com/2008/12/bug-in-createedit-view-criteria-wizard.html
I the blog post comments he writes "... there was no time for me to fill bug in Metalink ...".
Maybe someone from Oracle can pick it up from this forum post and file it as a bug if it is one (and if possible post the bug number here).
    many thanks
    Jan Vervecken

The mechanism is to create a reproduceable test case, create a Service Request in metalink.oracle.com, post the test case, and convince the analyst to file it as a bug.
It may be not efficient at some time, but this the way it is handled.

  • Post Goods Issue without reference to order

    Dear All
We are using both Account and Costing Based COPA. We do post goods issue without reference to order. Now our problem is that at the time of post goods issue there is no Profit Analysis document posted in the system  and Profit Segment field is not modifiable. We have marked the field profit segment optional in movement type 601.
Please let me know what can be the problem.

  • Posting multiple idocs without BPM

    Hi all,
    We have a JDBC->XI->Idoc scenario.
We would like to post "n" idocs to SAP for the "n" records fetched from database.
Due to performance issues we are not using BPM.
Is there any other way to post multiple idocs without using BPM.
    rgds
    Prashant

    HI,
As suggested by others, it is possible without BPM.
For this, you need to alter the Idoc Schema i.e change the occurence of the idoc in the idoc schema. Then import this xsd as a External Definition into Repository..then mapping etc ..

    Hello ,
It is not possible to have a valuation class without accounting view.
There is some mistake that you are possibly making . pls check the same .Pls check if u r viewing the material master at the correct plant level .Also if you say that in MBEW valuation class exists , find out l the corresponding valuation level, the see the material master at the same level . You will definitely find the accounting view.

  • Is it Possible to budget check the posting of GR without account assignment category

    Hi,
Is it Possible to check the posting of GR without account assignment category....
    Regards
    Purna

    Hi Raja,
I may agree and I may not agree with it.The availability control checks only in the case of an increase in the assigned value-see Note 783161.Also check Note 46209,  69362
( For Ex 1. inclusion of tax code in MIRO will give rise to assigned budget hence AVAC action.)
    Also,excerpts from Note 1424698:
The availability control is active against the overall budget for an order. The overall budget amounts to USD 1,000; assignments have not yet been posted:
    Current Budget
    Assigned
    Overall
    1000 USD
    0 USD
The tolerance limits of the availability control are defined in such a way that if there is more than 100% budget depletion, the system should issue an error message:
    Transaction group
    Activity
    Usage
    ++ (all)
    3 (error)
    100%
A purchase order of 700 EUR is posted. At the time of the purchase order, this is converted to 950 USD. The
    assigned value is updated accordingly:
    Current Budget
    Assigned
    Overall
    1000 USD
    950 USD
However, for the goods receipt of 700 EUR that follows later, the exchange rate has changed and an actual value of 1,050 USD is posted. The assigned value is updated, but no availability control checks are performed, which means that there is a budget overrun:
    Current Budget
    Assigned
    Overall
    1000 USD
    1050 USD
Note the following: If desired, the availability control checks can also be performed for goods receipts or service entries, which differs from the SAP standard system behavior - see Note 696362.
Example 2 (Excerpts from Note 783161)
In the Customizing for the tolerance limits, the following is determined:
Business transaction group 01 (Purchase order):
    -> No tolerance limit determined
Business transaction group 04 (Financial accounting document):
-> Error for 100% budget depletion.
For an order, the availability control is executed in the controlling area currency USD. The budget of the order relevant for the availability control amounts to 1000 USD.
A purchase order is posted amounting to 900 EUR. This amount is converted to 1100 USD in accordance with the exchange rate applicable at the time of the purchase order, and is assigned to the order. This is possible because the availability control does not respond when you post the purchase order (no tolerance limit determined for business transaction group 01).
As a result, there is a valuated goods receipt also for the amount 900 EUR. This amount is converted to 1150 USD in accordance with the exchange rate applicable at the time of the goods receipt. The purchase order commitment of 1100 USD is replaced by an actual value of 1150 USD. As a result, the assigned value increases by 50 USD. However, since goods receipts are excluded from availability control checks in the standard system (see Note 46209), no error message is issued from the availability control despite the specifications for the tolerance limit of the business transaction group 04.
As a result, there is an invoice receipt also for the amount 900 EUR. This amount is converted to 1120 USD in accordance with the exchange rate applicable at the time of the goods receipt. The actual value, and thus also the assigned value, is reduced by 30 USD. Despite the specifications for the tolerance limit of the business transaction group 04, the availability control does not respond because the assigned value is not increased (but is reduced).
(Remark: If availability control checks are also executed during the goods receipt (unlike in the standard system) as a result of the user exit described in Note 696362, the availability control would have already issued an error message when the valuated goods receipt was posted.)

  • EXPort (without Mat view logs)

    Hi
    Oracle10g, Win2003
Is there a way to take EXPort without "materialized view logs", as these logs cause error in IMPort and some time even terminate IMPort.
It will be equally well for me if i got a way to completely exclude "materialized view & materialized view logs" from EXPort.
Some one please guide me the way to exclude them from IMP or EXP?
    Wishes

Additionally when ever I IMPort a user some objects appear in non-compiled state, I compile them with my client tool, but I have to drop and recreate materialized view every time.
Can come one have an improved way to get IMPort with materialized view?
