hi I want  pre order iphone6 plus online can I get iphone6plus on the store?omn19 th september

Apple sold 4 million units in the first 24 hours. 
Not all of those sales were hitting the website a 3AM EST.
Not all of that traffic is even at the apple store, as preorders were handled on the carrier websites.
Sites like Amazon handle 2 millions users a day on average, and do it day after day after day... ever see that site completely fail and put up Apple's equivalent to the fail whale?  They've sold more than 13.7 million products in 24 hours across a much broader catalog of products... no failures.  You want to know why (it's not hard to figure that out given how they scale)?  Do you realize that sites like Facebook have handled over 750 million photo uploads in a weekend (20 million in 20 minutes)?  I could go on and on and on with examples.
Apple Failed.
Aside from massive server clusters disaster of ridiculous proportions, or a sinister cyber attack of legends (which would still indicate total incompetence), I don't see how anyone can justify it at all.

    Just to double check.  Go into the Purchased tab of the App store.  You should see the apps are "installed".  If they have a button that says "install", I'd do that.

    I'm in the same situation.  I was up trying to get on the Verizon page at 11:55, kept getting the ECPD error.  When finally got through, the Silver Iphone Plus 64 showed arrival of 9-19.  At every step of the process, it seemed that I was ordering a phone that would arrive on day1.  At no point did it say this was an estimate.  At no point did it say it might change.  In a big yellow box, it said "9-19".  Ordered it, then got confirmation email stating it should arrive at 9-19.   Seems like all should be good, right?  Order site said 9-19, I've got a confirmation email saying 9-19, done and done.
    Then I check the website, and suddenly it changed to 10-14?!?!?!?  I feel like this was a bait and switch.  I was able to pickup an iphone5 in a local store on launch day, and would not have locked myself into a preorder through Verizon if I had known this would happen!
    So, that leads back to the original questions.  Lets assume I walk into a Verizon store on 9-19, and there is an available iphone6 plus just sitting there, can I either get that phone as fulfillment of my pre-order.  Or, cancel my pre-order and buy that phone right then and there?

  • Horrible pre-order system!

    I pre-ordered an iPhone6 the night it opened on 9/12. And the order was completed within half an hour of the online opening time. Because I did not receive any kind of confirmation, not in the online account, nor email, I decided to call customer care the next morning to check if the order went through. I was ensured by the customer care that the order was placed and completed, there might be a system delay because how many people are ordering now. A week later on the 19th, the supposed shipping date I was told originally, still no confirmation. I called again, and was told the order is completed but no shipping information yet, and they don't know why it wasn't showing up online. So I thought to wait for a few more days again, just because there might be too many people ordering, so mine got delayed. But when I called in yesterday again, I was told the order was pending because something didn't go through for the billing information. Please tell me how does this problem occur after 12 days of completing the order? And How did I now receive any notification about this problem online or through email? I had to check my billing info and called back again to correctly everything. Then I was told, the information was not wrong, but it couldn't go through. The order had to be cancelled and be re-placed. I only cancelled the order because I don't have any extra time to keep waiting on the phone.
    I want to clear that I did not receive bad customer care. All of them helped me very nicely. But nobody could solve this problem because it's the system's fault, not theirs. My current phone is having too much issue. Or there wouldn't be any reason for me to pre-order a phone. I understand the last representative I talked to did what's in her power to help me, which is to cancel and re-place the order for me. But that is not an acceptable solution for me right now. I have already been delayed for an entire week, if not counting the time I waited during the pre-order. I have never been so furious about any business. This is just not acceptable!

    I have had a horrible time with Verizon when it comes to ordering a phone! I ordered my Iphone 6 and was told that it would be here by Wednesday and it still hasn't came in. Now I am being told they wont ship it until after the 3rd.  The rep. that ordered my phone said that it would be here by now and that the envelope for my old phone would come right after that. I am furious about none of the Verizon reps having the same information. I have been told so many different things by so many different people through verizon and it is getting very very old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can always pre-order your new iPhone online and then start the mail in rebate by following this link: http://bit.ly/GGnDDC Or you can always go into the store location and do it all in store on the 19th when the phone is launched. That would depend on if the store has them in stock when you go in. I hope that this was able to address your concern.

    I recently pre-ordered an album that I no longer want.  I canceled the pre-order but my current balance on my account hasn't changed.  I spent $17 on the album, and want to know if there is any way that I can get that back.

    if you purchase a itunes gift card you will not be able get your money back. unless if it has never been used, such as enetering the bar code then you can probably take it in to the original store where you bought it from with the receipt.

    You don't preorder in the Apple Store. You preorder on-line. It will be mailed to your home address. Apple has not yet announced an unlocked iPhone 5 in the U.S. so yes, you would need to select a carrier.

  • IPhone 5S pre-order HELL!!

    Verizon iPhone 5S PRE-ORDER HELL!! - They screwed up and dragged my situation out for 9 days!!  At the end of it all I'm still missing an iPhone 5S.  9/20 @ midnight I ordered TWO iPhone 5S 16GB silver and received a order confirmation for BOTH phones and a confirmed ship by date of 9/24.  NO notification of anything went wrong.  9/22 - I get a shipping notification from Verizon but only one mobile # is listed.  I call Customer Care and rep just quickly and casually confirms that two phones shipped.  9/23 - I get an email saying they couldn't fulfill my order completely and that the remaining order will ship 9/30.  I call Customer Care again to inquire about this and he the rep went out of his way (great guy) to confirm that two phones have shipped and that I have nothing to worry about.  Said the message was generic and was mistakenly sent out.  9/25 - I receive package and find only ONE iphone!!  I called Customer Care again and this time Adam helped me.  After looking through things, he comes back saying he thinks the iPhone was taken out of the box before shipment, stolen!!!  Had me send him all this information and said the Verizon investigation team is on it to "look" for the iphone. I asked if he could put a new order in and just exchange it for the "misplaced" iPhone.  He said it was not necessary because he believes there is a iphone somewhere.  9/27- Adam leaves me a voice mail saying that it was all a misunderstanding and my iphone should ship 9/30 and he'll be on it.  9/29 - I help my wife activate her iPhone because she tried until 3am the night before with no help.  While I'm on with Customer Care again she, Ida, asks how's my phone service in which I explain to her everything.   She looks into it and says she sees no record of any order or tracking for an iPhone.  Further says the reason one iPhone was placed on hold because a discount was applied to two devices and it could only be used for one.  I told her that I've never been notified by Verizon that something went wrong until today.  And this is after calling Customer Care numerous times.  And NOW I find this out.  She says she's going to look into it as there might be a small chance that there is an iPhone for me.  She said she'll call back by 5pm and txted me her email address.   6:00pm comes and no callback.  It also turns out the email address is bogus.  I call Customer Care again and get another rep who looks into it and does a whole bunch more investigation.  Finally she says there never was an order for my iphone and there will be no iphone shipping tomorrow.  My only choice is to place a new order and I won't get it until 10/14!!!  SERIOUSLY!!! ARGGGGGHHHHHHGGHGHHGG!!! Expletives galore!!!  Talked to the manager Brandon and asked if they can do something for me to compensate me for all this crap I went through.  I've been with Verizon for like 15 years.  He kept on saying "I understand ..blah..blah.. BUT there's nothing we can do" over and over again.  So I said Verizon made a mistake, detected this mistake but didn't notify the customer of this mistake, Customer Care couldn't figure it out until today, and that I'm out of luck?  Does he REALLY understand?  If I had known all this I could have walked to a store on 9/20 and gotten a iphone.  Pre-ordering was suppose to be a convenience provided, right? And I waited because I was led to believe that some iPhone existed..  dragged along for a ride only to find out there was no iphone.   And after all this, I get nothing but "I understand....  But there's nothing we can do..."  So yes people Verizon stinks!!! They do not hold themselves accountable for their mistakes and expects the customer to just take it.   I'll have to admit that not all customer service reps are bad (Ty, Adam, and the very last girl who helped me you guys were awesome!!  Ida you could have made this list until you decided not to call me back and gave me a bogus email).  Customer Care is a mixed bag and have not real authority to help you.  Verizon is about to lose yet another loyal customer and his family soon.  There should be some class action lawsuit for all the iphone 5s issues.  Promises/Contracts made but Verizon completely failed to keep.  They just jerk us along for a ride, dangling that ship date that keeps moving around.

I think that you are entirely correct in your assessment of customer care. Reps really can't do much at all. I believe that the key function of reps is 1. hand holding and 2. punching bag. The goal is to get the customer believe that they actually DID something, and got some result! After all the talking, the customer starts to believe that something actually happened to resolved the situation. At least they spoke to SOMEONE! Picture this: the rep is on the computer, wearing a headset, and the calls are coming at them non-stop, and you have 3 minutes to convince this person that you actually helped them! But in the end, as you said, nothing happened!  It is the sad truth of cs.
    I am curious to see if the Moderator leaves this post on the board.

    Hello, I hope someone can help me.
    I pre-ordered Justin Timberlake's new album and have tried to download the album today, however for some reason "Suit & Tie" is listed as unpurchased and will charge me 99p to download?
    All the other tracks have downloaded fine apart from this one.
    A couple of things I should mention in case they affect this issue:
    I am trying to download it directly to my iPhone - I have not loaded up iTunes on my PC as of yet.
    I already have the song "Suit & Tie" as a single.
    Will iTunes realise I technically already have the song so charge me less and just give me the remainder of the album?

    We are having this same issue.  We have over 200 songs that are now missing and only our most recent ones show up in our ITunes library.  Fortunately we have one phone that still has all of our music still in tact. This phone is no longer one I will be using as I upgraded to the Iphone 6, and only the most recent purchased songs remain.  The rest are no where to be found and the iTunes store shows that I would need to re-purchase.  Not sure what to do as when I tried to sync my last phone, all the songs were gone.

     It seems to me you pre order and then you register it with the serial number after you receive the product to get the 8 year warranty.
    Products have to be registered within 30 days from original date of pre-order purchase to receive our limited 8 years warranty. (Products failed to register within 30 days will still receive standard 3 years warranty).
     A little extra research by you would have come up with this same little tidbit of information.

    Are you logged into her iTunes account using her Apple ID on the iPad? Settings>Store>Apple ID?
    If you are, you could try restarting the iPad and try again, maybe that will reset everything - and maybe it won't. But, if you continue to get the message about contacting support, there may be a red flag that came up somewhere along the line - and the only way to resolve it may be to contact iTunes Support.
