Price restriction based on quantity

Gurus Need ur help
We import product which are sold to certain customers at higher price than our local products. Once the stock of import of one consignment is complete we import another one. There is a single material code for both import and local product. For each consignment of import a seperate price is quoted to the customers. We like to restrict the price that is entered in SAP at the price condition level to the quantity of the import consignment. The restriction is required to take into account all saler orders that are created with the same price.
Require your help.

Hi
you have to activate batchmanagement with automatic valuation batch ( Valuation category ) in the material master level so that parcel ( consignment ) wise valuation is possible . No need to create separate valuation type for this. here your batch & valuation type are equal. For entire parcel the same valution will occur for all goodsmovement say goods issue ( internal) . Hence you can have two/ three or multiple price valuation for single material without creation too many split valuations.

  • Import of item prices based on quantity ranges??

    I know how to setup different prices in B1 for an item based on quantity ranges (e.g. $10 qty <20, $5 qty 20 - 50, $1 qty > 50),  However, I have thousands of inventory items so I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to import the prices and quantity ranges.  From my research I have found no way to do this.
    Thanks

  • Price list based on tot quantity ordered

    Is it possible to manage a price list thinking about the quantity ordered and not the validity date?
    Example: I have a new item and the price negotiated is 5,00 USD. Validity date from 01 Oct 2010.
    For the first 10.000 pcs the price will be 6,00 because I need to pay the development costs to the supplier.
    I would like to insert price 6,00 from quantity 0 to 10.000 and price 5,00 from 01 Oct 2010 to 31 Dec 9999.
    Order 1 for 3.000 pcs --> price 6,00
    Order 2 for 6.000 pcs --> price 6,00
    Order 3 for 5.000 pcs --> 1.000 price 6,00 then 4.000 price 5,00
    It is possible?
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    For the Basic price Condition type
    Goto M/06 >>Condition Type ( Ex : PB00 ) >>Select condition type >>Details ( Lense symbol ) Scales
    Maintain Scale Basis  : C  :   Quantity scale
                  Check Value : As per business Requirement ( Asending or desending ) save the condition type
    Now Goto Info record >>Puechase order data 1>>Conditions>> Select the condition type >> click F2 ( Scales )
    Maintain the Quantity & Price >>> Save the info record.
    Create the PO & test scenario with the variable quantity.

  • How to restrict the delivery quantity not more than target quantity?

    Dear Gurus,
    How to restrict the delivery quantity not more than target quantity in a scheduling agreement? I think there are 2 methods.
    1. I found that setting 0 in Overdelivery Tolerance Limit in Info Record is not effective. Why?
    2. I want to set E for the message but can't find the place. The message is generated when entering and saving quantity as delivery quantity that is larger than target quantity. How can I set E to a message (067, as I remember)
    Any other effective method? Please advice. Thanks.
    Regards,
    David

    Dear all,
    It is not OK after checking everywhere you mentioned. I tested in 2 clients. In the development enviroment client, it works whatever E or W. In test enviroment, it does not work (meassge is W).
    I think there must be somewhere besides of those you menetioned.
    I notes that SAP help for the overdelivery tollerance setting of scheduling agreement:
    Overdelivery Tolerance Limit
    Percentage (based on the order quantity) up to which an overdelivery of this item will be accepted.
    Dependencies
    If you have set the indicator in the Partial delivery/Item field to 'D' (partial delivery allowed), this takes priority. It makes no sense to define a tolerance limit for overdelivery in such case.
    Where can I see: 'the indicator in the Partial delivery/Item field to 'D' (partial delivery allowed)'? I want to check it.
    Pls help! Thanks.

  • How to find out what is the purchase price keyed in Initial Quantity

    Dear Experts,
    The stock valuation is Standard Costing.
    Before this, someone else keyed in initial quantity and the purchase price in the Initial Quantities module.
    Now when I issued a PO to a vendor (price list tagged with Last Purchase Price), the price shown is different.
    How do I find out if the price keyed in initial quantity is correct or not? Any tables I can refer to?
    I tried to track from the Inventory Posting List and the smartlink only bring me to the journal entry for the initial quantity posting. I don't have the details like item no., qty, price.\
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Joyce,
    Go to Inventory->Inventory transactions->Initial Quantities, Inventory Tracking, and Inventory Posting. Open Inventory Posting Tab and select your price list and items if you want or check you can see there Item quantity and old price also price list wise.
    Thanks

  • Add a Price List based on last purchase price

    Hi!
    I'm working with SAP B1 2005 A SP01 PL39 and I'm trying to add a Price List via DIAPI using this code in VB.net.
    Dim oPriceList As SAPbobsCOM.PriceLists
    oPriceList = oCompany.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oPriceLists)
    oPriceList.PriceListName = "PriceList Z"
    oPriceList.BasePriceList = 0  '// last purchase price
    oPriceList.Factor = 1
    oPriceList.GroupNum = BoPriceListGroupNum.boplgn_Group1
    oPriceList.RoundingMethod = BoRoundingMethod.borm_NoRounding
    oPriceList.Add()
    The problem is when the Price List is added, the base price list changes and becomes "PriceList Z" instead of "last purchase price"!!
    After i try to update the base price list from "PriceList Z" to "last purchase price" manually at Inventory > Price Lists > Price Lists and it works!
    I even tested the code changing the base price list to "last evaluated price"...
    oPriceList.BasePriceList = -1  '// last evaluated price
    ... and it works too! The Price List is added based on the last evaluated price.
    I'm only having problems with last purchase price... why?

    Thanks for the quick response Petr but my problem isn't solved yet...
    As you can read in my first post, i've changed the code and based the new price list on the "Last Evaluated Price".
    This "Last Evaluated Price" isn't in the OPLN table and the new price list (with last evaluated price based on) is added successfully.
    The problem comes when i try to add a new price list based on the last purchase price.

  • Price list based on item group

    It would be great to have possibility to set up price lists with different factors based on item groups. Now it can be achieved by setting Period and Volume Discounts. But it doesn't allow to display correct price in Item Master Data or setup rounding.

    Hi,
    If I understand you correctly, here is the answer:
    1. An option of create new price list based on Item Cost. YES
    2. Have the ITEM COST as price list. (for AVG and STANDARD items valuation). Not sure what you exact mean. Probably not.
    3. For items with valuation FIFO, can consider other price list only for this items, that include the information over FIFO layer.  Probably not.
    Thanks,

  • CRM: PFCG Roles restricted based on Sales Organization

    Hi,
    I have a requirement in SAP CRM 7.0 to create roles restricted based on Sales Organization(locations). We have two Sales Organization XXX and YYY, for which users need to be restricted. I have used the following objects for this regard.
    CRM_ORD_OP,  CRM_ORD_LP, CRM_ORD_PR, CRM_ORD_OE,  CRM_BP_SA
    Every user has assigned a sales role in which the above objects are deactivated and separate roles with values to the objects, with respective Sales Org values for the objects CRM_ORD_OE,  CRM_BP_SA been provided. I have assigned these roles to respective users (User A with XXX, User B with YYY) based on their sales org locations. These users are positioned in the Organizational Model (PPOMA_CRM) under their respective Sales groups as per the requirement for the object CRM_ORD_LP, and authorization to this object is restricted to A for CHECK_LEV (Your Own Sales Organization). We use * for the objects CRM_ORD_OP and CRM_ORD_PR, as we do not control these.
    After restricting all these, we do not find that the result not appearing as we expect, that is, restricting the sales organization data. We need all accounts, all activities, all opportunities, all leads, all campaigns etc. should be restricted by Sales Org, but when we search for accounts, activities, opportunities, leads, campaigns, we get result list with all data without any restrictions. I even checked the following forum, http://forums.sdn.sap.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1579211, which talks about the same kind of issue, but as I have already using the same objects for the restriction, it didnt help me much. I tried deactivating object CRM_BP_SA as it is not discussed on the forum, also tried CHECK_LEV=A,B,C,D,E for object CRM_ORD_LP, but all results the same.
    Additional Info: When tried to create a project, with user A who is authorized for XXX, normally it would pick up the Sales Area Data for the project from the user (meaning User A from the XXX Sales Org.), but I get an error message: Enter a sales org, enter a dist. channel and enter an org unit etc. Even when I search for leads, it displays a list of data, when I click on any, it issues the error message: Enter a sales org, enter a dist. channel and enter an org unit (Sales) etc
    Is that we miss any object restriction that is not restricting these objects properly or is it any customization missing? Please advice.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Shahul,
    I have a similar requirement as of yours.  I have maintained auth values, in role as below:
    CRM_ORD_LP
    03       ACTVT
    A        CHECK_LEV
    *         PR_TYPE
    CRM_ORD_OE
    03       ACTVT
    11       DIS_CHANNE   ( the user is assigned to this dstrbtion channel in org structure)
              SALES_GROU
              SALES_OFFI
    SO1   SALES_ORG
              SERVICE_OR   ( the user is assigned to this sales org in org structure)
    And, when I try to display the LEADs in CRM UI ...I still get the display of LEADs belonging to all sales orgs.
    And my trace record  for CRM_ORD_LP is....
    CHECK_LEV    ' blank '
    PR_TYPE          LEAD
    ACTVT               03
    that means, it is not considering the auth value ' A ' for auth field  CHECK_LEV
    Could you please let me know ...how you have achieved this restriction . Is there anything , i m missing here?
    Thank You

  • There is any restriction on max quantity of queues?

    Hi, i work in a large gps tracking company.
    We are rebuilding our software and looking into msmq to storage the coordinates to be processed.
    The problem is, each tracker unit need to be isolated in on queue and we have 500k+ trackers online, so, we need tons of queues.
    Im worried about performance.
    Does msmq has any restriction on max quantity of queues?
    How much memory each queue consume when they are idle and when have connections? (beanstalk +/- 300bytes, rabbitmq 30kb,...)
    There is any way to use msmq in cluster?
    Didnt found anything on msdn about this.
    Thanks!

    By default value is 4MB for each queue and 1GB for the entire queue.  The queue quota can be changed using MQSetQueueProperties()
    with PropId PROPID_Q_QUOTA

  • AUC distribution and settlement based on quantity

    we have a requirement. my client want to procure 100 air conditioners under AUC, and want to capitalize it at the time of putting it to use. So, we need to capitalize the asset based on quantity. Is there any method to distribute/settle based on quantity. As i can only find option of percentage and amount in distribution rule.

    hi,
    did you try it with
    Equivalence number for order settlement
    The costs collected in the sender object are distributed to the settlement receivers, in proportion to the equivalence numbers.

  • Access restriction based on SSID

    Hello,
    I am interesting in a solution for access restriction based on SSID. I use RADIUS and ACS. Is there any solution to do limitation based on SSID? I use AP1200 series...
    Thanks in advance...
    FCS

    Hi,
    I am attempting this same result: SSID restriction based on group membership.
    When I re-configure the NAS client as Cisco IOS/PIX 6.x in order to rely on the cisco-av-pair field, this works great to limit the user to only the specified SSIDs, however the Access Point is no longer able to austhenticate to WDS since it uses LEAP authentication to the same RADIUS server - the Cisco IOS/Pix 6.x option does not support LEAP...
    Is there any way to change WDS authentication from LEAP to EAP-FAST for example? Or can we implement cisco-av-pair under Cisco Aironet for this?
    Thanks,

  • Access restriction based on Sales Units / Sales Area

    Hi all,
    I am looking into the access restriction functionality on business roles.
    One of our customers has a requirement to separate data between their different sales organisations. One sales organisation should not see customers, opportunities of the other sales organisation and vice versa.
    In the access restriction I see that the access context defines on which elements you can set the access restriction.
    For customers and opportunities the possibilities are: Employee or Territory.
    Setting the access restriction on Employees is not a solid solution for me (when the employees are changed in the org model, the access restriction is influenced on several business roles..)
    So what if we do not use territory management / if the territory management setup differs from the actual sales areas / sales units?
    So my main questions are: can we set access restriction based on Sales Units? (we will setup integration with SAP ERP which means we cannot enter sales areas for prospects...). And can we influence the access context or do we need developments for that?
    Kind regards,
    Jasper

    We plan to enhance the access restrictions based on sales organization and distribution channel in a future release.
    If you setup territory management, we offer sales office and sales group including sales organization as attributes to define a territory if you are connected with SAP ERP.

    Another piece of bleep that proves Cisco has no real interest in the Home Network marketplace. Constantly have to reboot to maintain any speed & access restrictions are the WORST I ave seen in ANY product. You can only restrict specific web sites - cant restrict based on ports.

  • Restrictions based on attribute

    Hi,
    Is it possible to do restrictions based on attributes?
    Procurement Type is an attribute of Material Plant View.
    I need to restrict Procurement Type to 'F'.
    How do i do this?
    Thanks,
    Arun KK

    Arun,
    You can do this if it is Navigational Attribute.
    If it is not, make it Navigational.
    --> Open that object in change mode > Uncheck the ATTRIBUTE OnLY check box and Activate again
    -->Open ur Infocube Navigational Attribute Tab > Check this Nav attr > activate the Cube
    --> Open your Query > Drag this Nav Attribute > Restrict.

  • Can we restrict muliple PO from PR based on quantity

    Hi
    Can we restrict multiple PO based on PR . Suppose we have a PR having quantity 5. Currently we are able to create multiple PO such that the quantity specified in PR which is 5 is exceeding while creating PO. Is this the standard SAP functionality ?.
    If yes, then if we want to restrict it how can it be done.
    Regards,
    Ashish

    You want to restrict PO creation with more than PR Quantity and want to set error message follow path :
    SPRO->Materials Management->Purchasing->Environment Data>Define Attributes of System Messages>system message
    06 076
    Set the message no : 06 076 as Error messages.
    Now, when all the PR quantity already converts to PO, system will not allow to create a another PO from that PR.
