Prime Collabaration Assurance - ESXi Credentials Not Being Changed.

I have a very simple problem and obviously you can provide a simple solution.
ESXi Hypervisors – 5.0 SU3
Prime Collaboration Assurance - 10.5.1.0.53684
I have 7 ESXi Hypervisors running 5.0SU3. They have SNMP communities configured for integration into PCA. The customer asked us to update the SNMP communities on the Hypervisors after a security audit.
This has been completed successfully but the PCA device work centre is still using the old community despite the fact I must have changed it over 100 times. I know this because if I put the old community back on the Hypervisor and verify the device from Device Work Centre, it passes.
I have deleted the Profile and re-added it with the new SNMP community. I have created a new profile and tried to discover the Hypervisors with this profile. I have re-booted the whole Prime appliance.
Does anyone have any ideas, this should be the simplest thing and it is driving me crazy.

OK, so PCA was configured for two SNMP strings the device work centre, manage credentials. One string was for RO, the other for RW. The customer asked me to change the RW string only following a security audit. After I changed it on the Hypervisors and PCA, they could not be managed because the SNMP credentials were incorrect. After analysis of Wireshark, it would seem that PCA is only using the RO string for management and not the RW. This is strange for two reasons:-
It was using the SNMP RW before because the Hypervisors were only ever configured with the RW string, not the RO so there is no other way it could of been managed. Why has it changed?
Why have the SNMP RW credential for an ESXi server if PCA does not use it?
Does that make sense?

Great job, troubleshooting your issue so far. You may want to try manually updating your iTunes Match using the steps found in this article to see if that helps correct your issue:
How to troubleshoot iTunes Match - Apple Support
Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes. You can download the latest version for free.
Launch iTunes on your computer.
From the iTunes menu, choose Advanced > Get Album Artwork.
Once iTunes has completed processing the album artwork, you'll need to update iTunes Match.
From the iTunes menu, choose Store > Update iTunes Match.
In your instance you can skip steps 3 & 4, as your issue doesn't involve Album Artwork.

Default credentials not being saved in Hyper-V Manager for a single VM

Greetings,
I have a Server 2008 R2 SP1 Standard Hyper-V box running about 8 virtual machines on it. The machine is joined to a 2008 domain.
Recently, I moved the .VHD file for a single machine from one folder to another folder. After doing so, when I connect to ONLY that specific machine via Hyper-V manager, I receive the error: "Your credentials did not work. Your system administrator
does not allow the use of default credentials to log on to the remote computer XXXXXX because its identity is not fully verified. Please enter new credentials."
I have the "Use default credentials automatically (no prompt)" option checked in the Hyper-V settings, and I have tried checking and unchecking this box and saving multiple times. I have also deleted the saved credentials and the system reports no
saved credentials.
I have attempted to change settings in the group policy (gpedit.msc) regarding enabling the Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Credentials Delegation > Allow Delegating Saved Credentials with
NTLM-only Server Authenticaton setting, something I found in older blog posts here in the Hyper-V forum and on other websites, and it has not made any difference.
At this point, I can only assume this must be some sort of bug because I cannot identify any other possible solution for getting rid of this annoying Windows Security pop-up box. There are no entries in the Windows event log that indicate anything
odd. When I enter the correct username/password, I can still access the VM, but the credentials are never remembered, and ONLY for this single VM.
Does anybody have any knowledge of how to fix this issue? I can't believe that just moving a VHD caused all these problems.

Ah, finally found a solution! I cannot explain why this suddenly got changed other than to assume it must have had something to do with a recent Windows Update or me trying to install Remote Desktop Services and Network Policy and Access Services.
I roughly followed the directions from
KB954357 or this
older post on the Hyper-V forum.
FIX:
1) Run gpedit.msc on the Hyper-V host that exhibits the problem.
2) Enable the policy setting Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Credentials Delegation > Allow Delegating Default Credentials with NTLM-only Server Authentication. Click the Show... button
next to "Add Servers to the list", and add the value "Microsoft Virtual Console Service/*" without the double quotes. Click OK. Click OK again to exit the dialog box.
3) Run a command prompt and execute gpupdate /force to refresh the group policy.
4) Now try to log into a machine in Hyper-V manager with default credentials enabled, and note that you are not prompted.
Again, I don't know why I had to do this, but it's working fine now.

Trouble opening documents in client application. Credentials not being passed through.

I have 2 different farms with the same problem which recently popped up. All files either open as read only (Office Documents) or users get an access denied error (PDF Files). Users are able to download the file, make changes and then upload it
again. It seems like there is a problem passing credentials to Office and Adobe.
The "Open With Explorer" option no longer works either which leads me to believe it is a problem with WebDAV.
2 different environments experiencing the problem:
Server 2012, SharePoint 2013 Server
Server 2008 R2, SharePoint 2010 Foundation.
Both are using windows authentication and Kerberos. The two farms are on different networks leading me to believe it is a browser or client issue. However, there is an additional 2013 foundation farm that is functioning correctly. I have compared local security
policies, IIS settings, SharePoint web application settings and cannot find anything different between the functioning farm and the ones that are having the problem.
The URL's are already in trusted sites.
Databases are not in read only mode.
WebClient Service is running on the client.
I feel like I can rule out most of the client side issues because I have one farm that is working. I have also tried accessing the site from outside the network with my personal computer and it does not work there either. I am running out of ideas to try
and fix this. Any ideas would be appreciated.

IPhoto dates not being changed on iPhone

I have recently been dating all my photos as they are sometimes not dated right. The dates may be different than what I want them to be for whatever reason, like if somebody mails or texts me a picture. Or if I have them imported from a camera and the timezones are different. Anyway, I've been making the dates correct in iPhoto. I would change the date using the "Adjust Date And Time" option in iPhoto '11. I would type in the right date, check the box that says "modify orignal file," and move along. After I finished, I wanted to send some photos to my iPhone. When I did that, I was in iPhoto for IOS and noticed the date is the original date that was wrong. It was not the revised/edited date. So, I downloaded another application called Camera Awesome to see if it was just an iPhoto for IOS thing, and sure enough, they were still not right. Why is this? And is there a fix?

Reply-to Address not being Changed as Anticipated

There is an ‘Advanced Options’ tab in the set-up page for BT Yahoo! Mail that has a sub-option ‘Mail Accounts’. I created a new account ‘iCloud Sending’ by filling in the ‘Account Name’, ‘Email address’, ‘Sending Name’ & ‘Reply-to address’ boxes, & followed the authentication process.
When I send an email from my iPhone 4S using iCloud it is correctly routed to its destination via smtp.mail.yahoo.com. However, the BT Yahoo! does not appear to modify the reply-to address from [email protected] to the specified address as I woud have expected. Has anyone else experienced this problem, please?

The iPhone does not support use of the Reply To field. That's why you haven't found an answer.

ICloud email name not being changed

Every time I send an email from my computer or iCloud.com it goes out with my old name in the "from" box. I updated my name associated with my apple id a couple years ago but iCloud has never made the change and it is becoming a bother. Any suggestions?

Mail Preferences > Accounts, select the account then the Account Information tab and change the alias to whatever you want to use.

Now I am using PCA 10.0 (assurance) and CUCM 10.5, and using UC Performance Monitor to see some stat ...
1.
when using the "Cisco CallManager - CallsAttempted", when will the CallAttempted value will be resetted to Zero? and can it be done manuelly?
2.
when I custom a dashboard "Cisco CallManager - CallsInProgress" , and make a test call. The value is zero continuiously
("CallsActive", "RegisteredHardwarePhones" are not working too. but the "CallsAttempted" and "CallsCompleted" show correctly)
However, when I switch to PCA's default dashboard "Call Activity", it shows the value correctly in "Calls In Progress".
Why the same "CallsInProgress" but in different result?

I did find a solution.
Here is what I did:
1) Deleted the CUCM from Prime Collaboration Assurance 10.6.
2) Changed the cluster ID from the default value StandAloneCluster to a unique value (e.g. LabCluster) on CUCM.
3) Restarted the services 'Cisco CallManager' (Please note: a call processing service interruption could occur) and 'RIS Data Collector'.
4) Discovered the CUCM in Prime Collaboration Assurance 10.6.
The above steps are also described here:

i have the parameter in one of my reports, but when i change the value of the parameter the output or the result is not being changed.
no matter what i do it will keep on showing me the same data
any suggestions ?

Take a look at the query and look if the parameter is being used.

Change from MSP to Enterprise mode in Prime Collaboration Assurance 10.5

Is it possible to change from MSP mode to Enterprise mode without the need to reinstall the OVA template again?

You must review the Installation Modes and Requirements section to understand the supported installation deployment modes and applications during the Prime Collaboration installation.
The following table lists the virtual machine requirements for Prime Collaboration Assurance application, based on the number of endpoints managed in Prime Collaboration. The virtual machine requirements mentioned in this table is also applicable for Prime Collaboration Analytics and Prime Collaboration Contact Center Assurance. For details on the endpoint quantities supported in each OVA deployment model, see Endpoints and Contact Center Agents Count.
There are no separate Prime Collaboration Assurance OVAs for Enterprise and MSP deployments for Small, Medium, and Large deployment models. During the installation select the appropriate options to deploy the required applications; by default, the Prime Collaboration Analytics is installed as part of the Prime Collaboration Assurance - Advanced Enterprise installation.
For Very large deployment model, there are separate OVAs for Enterprise and MSP. During the installation of the Prime Collaboration Assurance - Advanced Enterprise deployment, you can choose whether to deploy Prime Collaboration Analytics or not.
The Prime Collaboration Analytics application is not supported in the MSP deployment.

Solved the problem. I had to allow cookies for safari and it run - as here: Re: itunes keeps asking for my apple id password. it's NOT entered incorrectly.

Can't use Find My Friends on iPhone due to Apple ID not being verified. Can't do this as I can't access my .mac email any longer and I can not change the primary e-mail address for my Apple ID!

Create a new Apple ID, use that and lose all the apps I've purhcased with it (a fairly substantial amount)
Somehow Migrate these purchases over to a new Apple ID
Apple let me change the primary ID for the account

I've tried accessing the mail through a mail application using the correct server information, and trying both the old 6 character password and the one I had to change it too after they updated the security guidelines - neither work.
Help would be greatly appreciated as I can see more services down the line not working without the address being verified!

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You should not need to verify the old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

try a reset of iPhone and then a restore,best, as new and if it then functions correctly try restoring with your backup

Changes not being published

I'm having trouble with my changes not being saved/published.
I can choose to edit a page, click publish... it then shows the
page (in contribute) with my changes. But, when I go to the actual
website, the changes are not there... and when I go back to
contribute and move around in contribute's view of my website and
go back again to the page I was working on.. the changes are no
longer there.
thoughts? Should I uninstall and re-install

No, don't uninstall...
First, emty the cache of you Internet Explorer and see if you
can see the changes then.
1. Main menu in IE, go to Extra>(internet)Options
2. go to Browsing History
3. click Remove... (delete/empty, I don't know the text of
the btn in english version) and emty your cache.
Second, change the settings of IE.

3. click Preferences (next to Remove.. btn mentioned above)
4. change the setting for Temporary Internet files so that
the pages refresh everytime you visit the pages.
