Problem clonning dynamic pool, help needed

Hi, again I am having problems ...
I manage to successfully import a winxp vm and convert it to template,
I then went to the pool tab,created a new pool, added the template and
configured the cloning to automatic, min 1, max 3 machines (I am still in testing
mode)
the problem is that when the vdi is trying to clone the machines, this is
what I get:

Time constraint for this custom infotype is 2.
It is not allowing to create a new subtype record if 1 exists.
Here scenerio is
Each Subtype ,ie, Subtp 2 ad 3 has got 4 records each with distinct OBJPS field.
when STATS field of subtype 2 is changed for any 1 record in Subtype 2, corresponding record in Subtype 3 should get delimited .
And, rest of the records of Subtype 3 should get created again with new start date.

Problem creating dynamic pools with JdbcServices?

Hi
I am using WL Server 6.1 and am trying to create dynamic pools using the JdbcServices
object. Basically, I create a properties object, and fill it with the properties,
and then pass it as a parameter to the CreatePool command.
I have noticed that whenever I set the initialCapacity property, an exception
gets thrown. The pool gets created and is visible in the admin console, but I
cannot do any operations on the pool.
It seems to work if I don't set initialCapacity. In this case, initialCapacity
defaults to 0 (and not 1 as the documentation says).
Could the Weblogic people throw some light on the issue? This is very important
for our release.

Creating a byte Array dynamically.Urgent Help needed.

I need to create a byte Array with the values
derived from the array and then am passing this byte array
to a method.
Example :

This is all right.
But here I know the size of the character array chars.
If it had more than 4 characters or less than 4,
is there a way to create the byte array dynamically based on the values in the character array?
Please can some one help me with creating a byte array on the fly?
Has anyone understood my question please?

The actual problem is this.
The byte array already has some fixed values to it
and i need to append the values of the character array
to this byte array
ie
char chars[] = {'a','j','a','y'};
byte b[] = {

(byte) chars[0], (byte) chars[1]....
How can I add these values.? The size of the character array
can vary

Connection Pooling Help Needed

I am trying to get a database connection in Websphere 5.0 (running on Redhat Adv. Server) and my connection times are very, very slow. Below is the code to get the connection:

We CAN connect to the database. We CAN run SQL statements and stored procedures just fine. Everything with the database is working correctly. ok, so here is the problem... The statement: Connection con = ds.getConnection(); Takes a long time. 3+ seconds. Every time. No Matter what the load is. We need to get this time down significantly. It's killing our web services.
Using JMeter, We have tested it using a single thread and up to 50 concurrent threads and it all runs the same. 3+ seconds. We actually changed the code to create a database connection just using JDBC with no JNDI lookup and it runs at the same speed. It is almost as if the connection pool is not working correctly.
So then we looked to see if we were ever getting the same connection twice, but when we printed out the object references, it looks like the connection is a brand new connection EVERY time because the object references are different. Please see the partial log file I have included below.
Right now, our theory is that the connection pool is just getting us a new connection every time without reusing existing connections. We have played with all the settings on minimum connections, maximum connections, and everything else and nothing seems to help.

The problem might be the version of Driver Class you use... If you use Oracle 9x, u need to have new version of classes12.jar/zip. Do check it out.

Do the following to solve your problem.
In the screen flow logic after "process after input" write the following:
CHAIN.
FIELD fieldname MODULE chk-fieldname.
ENDCHAIN.
Now create a module chk-fieldname in F01 and write your code there.
So now even if there is an error also your field will not be disabled.

The big problem that I am having is to have the Month/Year
header display
only one time for all the events in that month.
The second problem is displaying a range of dates for one

Example:

Sept 14-16 - event 3, location
October 2006
Oct 3-4 - event 1, location
Oct 23 - event 2, location
This is the type of calendar I'm trying to dynamisize looks

Audio Problems in Adobe Presenter: Help Needed Urgently!!

I am using trial versions of Adobe Presenter 7 and Adobe Connect 8.
I created a presentation in in Powerpoint 2002 and published through Adobe Presenter to Adobe Connect Pro. This presentation has voice over recorded through the Adobe Presenter "record audio" option.
In Adobe Connect Pro, I created a meeting and shared the above mentioned presentation through the "Share Document" option in Connect Pro.
Now, when I play the presentation in this Adobe Connect Meeting, I am not getting any audio that was recorded in Adobe Presenter. Whereas if I play the published presentation directly it plays the recorded audio.
Can anyone help me on this?
1. Are there any settings to be done in Powerpoint or Adobe Presenter or Connect pro?
2. Is it the problem of Trial Account or something like that?
Please let me know the solution. Need to work on this ASAP!!!

This is a weird one. If you created a prezo with audio and published it to AC (Adobe Connect) and everything worked fine on your desktop then it should work fine in AC i.e. there are no other settings required on AC's side, it should just play.
As I am typing this I thought of similar audio problems that we have experienced in the past. A big one would be where another user created a PPT on their laptops and handed it to us. When testing the audio did not work. Reason being is that not all the files were coppied over BUT I must accept that this is not your problem as it definately worked on your PC before you published it to AC.
Wait there is one setting in the publish settings. In the output options tick "Upload source presentation with assests", then tick audio.
I cannot think of anything else. There is a man called Heyward Drummond on the Adobe Connect General forum, who is a real master at answering queries like this. Why not post your query there and see if he comes up with an answer?

Dynamic VTI help needed!

Hi all,
I currently have an "ordinary" site-to-site VPN with static crypto maps at the spokes and a dynamic crypto map at the headend.
What I'd like to do is replace this with static VTIs at the spokes and a dynamic VTI at the headend. I don't need any of the "flash" of DMVPN, just as straight a swap as I can possibly get.
The static VTIs are no problem, but I'm really confused about how to set up the dynamic VTI at the headend. I don't see how the DVTI gets associated with an interface, and which IP address the spoke should use to initiate the tunnel.
Could anybody please post a simple (but complete) config for a DVTI hub and a SVTI spoke?

Iphone Freezing problem... HELP Needed!!!

Hi, i have an iphone running 1.0.2 (i havent upgraded my firmware yet, i know). But i am experiencing the following problem:
My phone freezes after 5-10 hours of usage. Once it does, i reset by holding home and sleep button, restarts, apple logo, but... it stays there forever, no booting sequence, nothing. non of the buttons are responsive.
So i restore the software to my firmware, by getting into restore mode to recognize my iphone in itunes. Do the complete restore.
Then i have tried both, sycning my last saved profile, and not syncing at all, and treating it like a new phone. my at&t account remains the same.
after doing all this troublesome activity, guess what? 5-10 hours later, same problem. any application freezes. whether im in springboard, maps, sms, or simply the lock screen (happens more often here), it just freezes, becomes unresponsive, and then i have to start all over again (if i have a computer nearby, otherwise, i have to wait 3-5 hours to get to my mac, loosing all my phone calls in the interim.
Is there a fix to that other than restoring to 1.1.1? i mean, i agree this should fix some of the problems, but my phone was working perfectly fine one week ago with the same firmware. How can that change?

You are going to need to upgrade the firmware. It sounds like you have done everything you can do as an end user. The next step is to call Apple.
The first thing they are going to tell you to do is update the firmware.
There is no way around it. Lets just hope you don't have a real reason to not upgrade...

Serious Problem...Urgent Help needed

     I am facing a problem problem and it seems that it is more related to the parameters we pass to oracle ias server. There is some attribute to be set in deployment descriptor (orion-ejb-jar.xml file) i suppose.
The process is as below:
There are 2 cases i.e.,
1. Insert & Select
2. Select
In case 1, following are the operations taking place :
     1. A set of rows will be inserted in the A table
     2. The same will be refered and inserted into child tables.
     3. Then from other beans, many select queries from different tables
     are executed.
     4. And finally, the newly inserted row from table A will be selected.
During the point 4 execution, the server throws
     java.lang.IllegalStateException: TransactionExpired : java.lang.NullPointerException
In case 2, following are the operations taking place :
     In this case, server executes only point 3 & 4( see in case 1). In this case, the exception is not thrown.
It selects all the requested data and works fine.
I am wondering why this problem arises in case 1. The full details of Transaction Expired exception

Normally in case 1, transaction would take at the max of 2 min. Though i have changed the data-sources.xml and server.xml timeouts to 10 min...i am facing the same problem.
Another information which i required is, How to utilize connection pooling using ejb's? If possible, Please give me the required paramaters for data-source.xml in order to utilise the connection pool...
I have read in many sites, that giving pool-location in data-source.xml, the data-sources will be registered in the pool. I tried out the same, the pooling was not utilised...Below is my data-sources.xml file contents:

With the above given settings, OC4J throws a error message i.e., java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (50) exceeded
Above exception is thrown during getConnection().
If i increase the inactivity-time-out then, i can use connections for some more time. I didnt understand the flow of it...
Please let me know as how to utilise connection pooling so that it may solve ORA-000020 problem.

The error is coming from Oracle DB. Please ask your DBA to increase the processes to a higher value in the init.ora.

Problem with printing - Please help, need to be able to print!!

I am having a bit of a nightmare trying to get printing to work in OS X Tiger and would really appreciate some feedback.
I need to connect 2 network printers. Have managed to install one of them with a driver on the Xerox website but when I go to print a page from Firefox I get the following appear on the first page (followed by several blank pages):

I also get the same problem using a generic driver on either of the printers. If someone can tell me where I am going wrong I would really appreciate it!!

Postscript is the page description language that OS X printing is based on. A postscript printer is one that has a postscript interpreter built-in. Non-postscript printers use some other page description language, such as HP's PCL language.
The Workcentre uses PCL (postscript is a paid option). So does the PSC. You'll need a PCL "CUPS" driver. I'd install hpijs (a 3 part install) from:

For the PSC, I'd try the PSC 2175 driver,
for the Workcentre, try the HP Color LJ 5000 driver.

We are into a project in Oracle Portal Server where in we want to embed a result of a standalone application in Portal page.
We can do that once we can embed the result of the standalone application which generates applet based on the input it gets from the current application's database.
If it was static we could have used jsp:plugin but, it fails in our case!
We are clueless as to how to embed an applet which will pick up the data dynamically.
Can anyone of you help me in this regard?

The plugin example illustrates a <html> uniform way of embedding applets in a web page. Before the advent of the <OBJECT> tag, there was no common way of embedding applets. This tag is poorly designed and hopefully future specs will allow for dynamic attributes (height="${param.height}", code="${chart}", etc) and dynamic parameters. Currently, the jsp:plugin tag does not allow for dynamically called applets. For example, if you have a charting applet that requires the data points to be passed in as parameters, you can't use jsp:params unless the number of data points are constant. You can't, for example, loop through a ResultSet to create the jsp:param tags. You have to hand code each jsp:param tag. Each of those jsp:param tags however can have a dynamic name and a dynamic value.

to be using for
your dynamic form...

or a book on how to create a hyperlink which will dynamically run
