Problem connecting to LDAP when commiting configuration to the Data Denter
Hi,
I'm fighting with this problem for a while now and can't seem to find a solution, so I'm hpoing anyone here could maybe help me out.
I'm working on a Suse Enterprise Server 10 Service Pack 2 (64bit) where I want to run AccAD (SP4) on. During installation the install script (AccAD_ENGINE_2_1/sles-10-x86_64/install.pl) complains about "libselinux" and "sendmail", but seems to continue without issues. When I then configure AccAD using the "appliance-config" and select "Commit configuration to Data Center", it seems to work fine too, but after I quit I get the following message:

Going to install the monitor now.

Oh yes, and of course the obvious one: when i'm in the Portal and try to connect to the AD Engine it says: "Failed to obtain links info from the Server Front End."
Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be?

Hi,
Without seeing the system, this would be hard to figure out. This is what I would do:
Did you install the SUSE OS with the kickstart file? (autoyast) It is important to do this.
During the installation of AccAD: did it gave you any warning/error about missing RPM?
applicance-config: could not save the setting - this would indicate that the LDAP scheme was not setup correctly during the installation
AccAD Admin UI error: Ensure that the NW Portal can connect directly to the SFE LDAP port but you must 1st fix the previous error 1st
Suggestion:
Fix the OS to ensure all AccAD RPMs are on the OS
uninstall AccAD
re-install AccAD
run "appliance-config" and save the result

Be Gentle! Feel the switch click on. It has a positive feel.. add no more pressure after that.
TC will reboot after a couple of minutes with default factory settings and will wipe out previous configurations.
No files are deleted on the hard disk.. No reset of the TC deletes files.. to do that you use erase from the airport utility. -
Problem connecting with database when Flex Builder closed

I developed a web page that connects to a database, reads some data and shows it on the screen. I use HTTPService to connect to a php server that takes the data from MySQL. Everything is OK when I run the web page from the Flex Builder, but when I run the page doing double click on the released .html file the connection fails and the program throws this error:

See the piece of information copied from the flex documentation:
To make a data service or asset available to SWF files in different domains or on different computers, use a crossdomain policy file on the server that hosts the data service or asset.
A crossdomain policy file is an XML file that provides a way for the server to indicate that its data services and assets are available to SWF files served from certain domains, or from all domains.
Any SWF file that is served from a domain specified by the server's policy file is permitted to access a data service or asset from that server.
By default, place the crossdomain.xml at the root directory of the server that is serving the data. -

Settings>iCloud>Delete Account
IT WILL NOT DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT. it just takes it off the phone. then you can log back in, and BAM, You're good I hope!

Problem in Obiee 11g when using Essbase as a data source.

I imported Essbase objects into RPD. I would like to build an report analyzing by "City" (e.g. HK) and "Channel" (e.g. Bar, Restaurant). However, this dimension combined as one dimension in Essbase. Is there any methods to separate one dimension into two in RPD? Or, is there any trick can I used to complete this task?
Btw, I have tried to duplicate the whole set of Essbase objects in RPD. Then, join the copy to the original object by using the dimension key in both object. For example, "Customer" in original object is joining to "Customer" in copied object. However, an error prompted out when I run the report by dragging the dimension and a "Fact" measure into it.
The error message as follow:

Is there any method to join an external table to Essbase object in RPD? For example, external table contain (Code, Description, Postal Code) and Essbase table contain only (Code, Description). How can I use the "Postal Code" to a report as well?It appears that I can view in Excel through the RPD when I am accessing the RPD in offline mode. If I try to access through online mode it just says "Connection Failed".

Graphic card problem maybe? Since when I have changed the hard drive to my macbook pro and I installed all the new softwares, my mac is very slow and the screen gives crazy pictures,could maybe be the graphic card, does anybody have experienced this?
after a restart it works for a time, but always slow. I went to the Applestore this afternoon and the made a check and said it would be the logicboard and they would have to change it for CHF 600 and it would be ready in 10 - 15 days

Is anyone having a problem connecting 400 firewire thru an adapter for the 800 firewire port on a Macbook Pro 2011? It does a kernel panic every time I connect it. Is there a "proper way" to connect it? Just in case it makes a difference I am trying to hook up an Avid Mbox Pro for Pro tools.

When I FaceTime friends in Tenerife, the video is on for a few seconds then their picture freezes followed by a blank screen with a Poor Connection message. When they Facetime back, the video is perfect. Has anybody any ideas?

I don't think you're on iOS 5, I think you're using iOS 6. That's the latest version.
Unless you've used iCloud to back up your documents, you won't be able to restore them. And for future reference, you don't have to uninstall Pages to update your iPad anymore. Sorry about this. -

Iam trying to download data from a group in my address book into Numbers. When I click on the data to move and drag to Numbers nothing happens. Using OS X ver 10.9.2 iMac
With Numbers 3.2 (released April 2014) drag and drop works on my machine again, either onto the canvas or into an existing table.
What also works (as Wayne described): select multiple contacts, command-c to copy, and (after clicking the canvas or a cell) command-v to paste.
