Problem in concurrency-------Plz consider as Urgent

HI dukes. go thru the following code, there are 2 programs:

When I execute the following thread runs:

     Thread [Start Level Event Dispatcher] (Running)     
     Thread [Worker-0] (Running)     
     Thread [WorkbenchTestable] (Running)     
     Thread [Worker-1] (Running)     
     Thread [Worker-2] (Running)     
     Thread [Java indexing] (Running)     
     Thread [Thread-2] (Running)     
At the end only thes threads run:
org.eclipse.core.launcher.Main at localhost:3183     
     Thread [main] (Running)     
     Thread [Thread-2] (Running)     
My Requirement:
Thread-2 should start before Thread-main and all other threads should wait for thread-2 to finish its work..........
Plz help me out...............Plz

work..........So start Thread-2 before you start Thread-Main. I don't know what these names correspond to, but you obviously can't start any thread before the main thread is running.
If other threads need to to wait for Thread-2 to finish then have them join() on Thread-2. Just be careful about the relationships between threads - you might end up with a deadlock. If you want other threads to start after thread-2 has finished then don't start them.
As ejp said this is mostly about eclipse - I have no idea what you are trying to do in that regard.
