Problem in rendering styles (to Joao)

I have given you my data and raised a question that I am not able to see the styles.
You have given me some guidelines which I have followed,but still I am not able to see the styles,I have also checked the log which I have given below .Another problem is that in my MapDef tool when I am clicking on the feature style drop down box in the theme creation page no styles are coming,I dunno whether it has any relation with the problem with style.I am defining the things writing SQL queries.
Here I am giving two lines from the log:

This request is generating.Now I want to know that here MDSYS.SDO_FILTER function is comparing my column with a GTYPE 2003 but in my table PIPE (which is another table where also I am doing this work) the GTYPE is 3002 e.g

Can this mismatch cause this problems.If it is so then how to get rid of it?because I am importing these data from autodesk map 3D 2006 into Oracle Spatial,where there is no option to correct these values.
Another thing is that in the log I am also finding these lines:

If it is not able to show styles then how come it is telling time to render 1007 styled features ..etc.
I need to solve this problem very urgent.Hope I'll get your reply soon.

Thankyou for your reply,I have recreated the index with 'sdo_indx_dims=3' ,but this time I am not able to see any map image.Here are the steps I have followed.

Now when I am trying to view this map using mapinit.jsp demo of mapviewer (I am setting centerX=40000 centerY=10 and size=2000 ) I am not able to see any data,but if I create the RTREE index withount mentioning the parameter i.e keeping the sdo_indx_dims to defaukt vakue 2,then I am able to see the data but without styles.
The log which is generated I have given before already.
Can you guys help me to solve this problem.
