Problem: "Select a Range" doesn't work (Cannot mark data from MS Excel)

Hi,
I need Your help. I have some problem with connection with MS Excel.
I can't use MS Excel range as data source.
Please find short overview of this situation (video clip):

Maybe there is something to do w/ Windows 7 admin options, but I have no idea what kind of them.

I try to select cells in Excel area, but "Select a Range" window is blank all the time.

Try closing the Camera app via the taskbar and see if it works when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Camera app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Camera app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I created view in this way:

...And when in sql*plus executed it view, shut off...
But If I execute the SELECT directly in SQL*Plus whithout view it's wirk finely...
BUT I see that when I create view without GROUP BY clause, this work fine !!!

You can send it to someone you know in the US to have them take it in for service or you can get on a plane and take it there yourself. You can not ship it to Apple in the US for service.

P6 Analytics - cannot load data from STAR database in BI EE

We have successfully deployed OBI EE 11g and STAR database (RDB 3.1), ETL processes have also run succesfully. But we cannot access data from the Analytics in a very strange way: we can get information on EPS and WBS, but cannot get projects or activitites data. It doesn't show any errors, it just returns empty replies (including replies on SQL-queries in Administration->SQL). I have cleaned the cache (call SAPurgeAllCache()) and reloaded metadata. I've checked the STAR db - all the data is ok.

Check in P6 application that you have given access to P6 Analytics module to the application user. If not give that and rerun Global Schedule services followed by ETL process.
This appears to be related to security but I might be wrong.

Analyse big data in Excel? Why the dynamic tables doesn't take all the data from the source table.

I'm doing a internship in a production line.
My job is to recover production data (input data) and test data (output data) using various types of software (excel, BusinessObject sap, etc).
To this day, I have recovered hundreds of production data, and have also organized in excel but I need to analyze and plot them.
I would like to know who can give me an idea of how I could plot as much data and analysis.
Now i trying to use dynamic charts and plot some data but I did not get acceptable answers.
How could I compare, analyze and graph for example:
Five columns of production (input) with five (5) columns tested (data output).
After graphing.
Someone can give me a technique to analyze data? ie I compare column by column?
or some other technique? as a conglomerate could analyze data?
o give you an idea of the contect, now I perform an internship in a manufacturing turbines.
My job is to analyze the input data (production) and to estimate the possible behavior of the turbines in the tests.
As I said, use dynamic tables in excel, but i have not idea why the dynamic tables doesn't take all the data from the source table.

You can declare as PT source whole Columns [$A:$E], without rows number.
Then You'll have all actually data.

Selecting with colour range doesn't work properly

Well, at least to me it doesn't work properly. If I have elements on seperate levels and I use the colour range option to select the area, it works on all the levels, not just the level I have selected. That's not what I want! I only want it to select the colour range on that one level. The work around is to manually turn off other levels, but on a file with lots of levels, that can be tedious. Can this be avoided? Incidentally, magic wand works only on the selected level, but not colour range (or color range, if you are American).

Aha! You are correct. Layers above the target layer are still being sampled when sampling is at "Current Layer".
That has to be a bug. The Eye Dropper Tool itself does work correctly, though.
I'm about to report another problem, so I'll report this one, too.
Edit: Looking again, I don't think there is a bug.
It seems to not be that the higher layer is seen when sampling "Current Layer", which is correct and the same as when the Eye Dropper Tool itself is use. However, the pixels of the visible composite are then evaluated to determine the regions to be selected. I guess that's correct behaviour and you will have to do the Alt-click on eye trick to completely ignore all other layers.

Color Range doesn't work properly in CS3

I have a problem with CS3. Since a few weeks I can't use properly "Colour Range" feature.
Especially for bright colour the Colour Range doesn't select what I want to select. For example I want to select a bright cloud and can't select it with Colour Range. Of course I checked if there is any information or I have a burn area.
I use several different setting but I still have the problem.
I used 8/16 bit, Adobe RGB/sRGB
At Colour Range I use:
- Sampled colours
- Selection
- Fuzziness: how much I need it
- Selection preview: None

Possibly you are missing something in the way you apply this command. Here's how I use it to select patchy clouds with ragged edges and continuously varying shades of gray:
Select the eyedropper tool on the Toolbar and on the options bar set the sample size to 3x3.
Activate the Color Range command. Activate the "selection" radio button and choose "none" in the selection preview. In the "select" box, choose "sampled colors".
Set a trial fuzziness of,say,50. Click with the eyedropper on a point in the midst of the color you want to select. That's your "base" color.
Then switch to the "Color Added" (plus) eyedropper, holding the left mouse button down while dragging it over areas deviating from the base color but which you want included.
If there are non-contiguous areas with still different colors you also want to include, release the mouse and move the cursor to those areas before dragging again.
All the while, keep an eye on the dialog box display which shows what you've selected, albeit crudely. If you pick up unwanted colors, switch to the "subtract from sample" (minus) eyedropper and drag it over those areas.
When you think you've got it about right, experiment with the fuzziness slider to see if you can improve things by increasing or decreasing fuzziness.
Don't re-use the plain eyedropper unless you want to start all over again. Optionally, instead of switching among the 3 eyedroppers, you can activate only the plain eyedropper but use it with SHIFT to add or ALT to subtract.

CTRL+break doesn't work, cannot boot on Rommon.

Im using a 1750 router, and then i upgrade it to higher version, after
then i reload it, the problem it does not goes to start-up mode or
even the rommon mode,not enough memory to load the image, it always
rebooted after the self-decompressing image,
I try to stop it using the CTRL+Break, but it doesn't work.

Hi Lester,
After trying all the above suggestions, if you still are facing issues then open the router's box and take out the Flash SIMM... it will try to look for an IOS file thrice and then will fall into rommon automatically
You can use the following link for hardware installation:

After you are in rommon, issue the command "confreg 0x2100" and "reset" the router, you will again go into rommon
Then insert the FLash once again in the chassis and then bootup again, because of config-register 0x2100, the router will go to rommon and then you should check the new IOS that you are trying to install.
Your router should have sufficient amount of DRAM to load that IOS, infact it'll help if you post the exact file names of the previous IOS and the new IOS along with your routers DRAM and Flash Capacity (But this is a secondary task which we can think of once you are able to go into rommon)

Booting problem, mouse and keyboard doesn't work for 2 minutes

I got a brand new mac mini 2.4Ghz just 3 weeks ago, got a few problems over the last week that I've been able to fix, but now I'm stuck with a problem when booting. The booting process seems a bit slow, and once the desktop has been fully loaded, the keyboard and mouse doesn't work, and the computer is using the non-calibrated Display Profile. After about 2 minutes, the display profile change to calibrated, and the mouse and keyboard work again. I have no clue about how to fix that problem, and I'm thinking about bringing the computer to an Apple Store by tomorrow if I can't fix it.

Not a discusion- a BIG problem. My Bridge doesn't work.

My Bridge doesn't work. CS5, used with Windows 7, 16GB RAM. Problem out of the blue. Message: Bridge encountered a problem an dis unable to read the cache. Please try purging central cache in cache in preferences to correct program." Did this. Problem persisted. Uninstalled total CS5 and Bridge. Reinstalled my progra. Rebooted after each step. Bridge still crashes my system. If I open a folder with 5 images it works. If I open a folder with 100 images system crashes. This is not happenign with my laptops, same CS5, same 16 GB RAM. Without Bridge I can't edit.

Have you tried clearing Bridge's preferences by pressing and holding Control - Shift - Alt while starting Bridge?
Be aware you'll need to re-setup all your preferences.

My nano doesn't work, cannot be find in Windows and itunes. please help!

Before it doesn't work, I am charging the battery.
But when I am about to disconnect it from the systme, Windows prompted "can't be disconnected", I tried several times, the same prompts. So I shut off the computer, but the nano doesn't work.
I have tried the 5-R steps, nothing changed.
there's only the picture of a file folder with an exclamation point comes up, and on the bottom it has apples support website, alternating with a apple logo.
The worst thing is that I cannot find my nano in the explorer, so I cannot restore/update or format it.
BTW, I have disconnected the nano from all power sources and left it disconnected for about 24 hours, reconnect to the USB port, a battery displayed on the screen, but for about 20s, display the the picture of a file folder aggain.
Please help!
