Problem with Adftreetable when disclosured and re-open it
I have problem with using adftreetable. Normally adftreetable do not expand all nodes even though there is an attribute for that (it expands only the first node strangely). So we have to use this tip (http://thepeninsulasedge.com/frank_nimphius/2007/12/19/adf-faces-rc-initially-expanding-all-nodes-in-a-tree-or-tree-table/) to expand nodes when first running web page. It works but when click to close (-) to close and open the node again with (+) the animation seems to loop forever and the clicked node doesn't open. Could anyone know this problem? Please help me.

try to create new Infopackage and try loading with the datatarget for whcih you want to load alone
Also try to activate all the related objects.

Strange problem with SQLPLUS when client and server on the same box

I have the problem with SQLPLUS when clinet and server on the same machine.
With client and server on the same machine i am running the command
sqlplus -l username/password@connect_identifier as SYSDBA.
With this command, even if you pass in wrong username or wrong password or both as wrong you can able to connect to database and execute queries.
Once Connect_identifier is correct and trying to log in as SYSDBA ,sqlplus will log in to DB with any username and password.
How to get rid of this behaviour. Is there any way to do this.
I am running this command by creating a process in C#

Thanks in advance, DanWhat springs to the eye is that it's the UI elements (the frames around the images) not the pixel content, so I'd rule out any OpenGL issues. More likely it's a general memory shortage of the graphics system, which either is due to using excessive screen resolutions, another app stealing resources or a configuration problem. I would definitely check the NVidia panel and see, if you have not inadvertently toggled some critical setting. Furthermore look, whether some program is running in the background that may steal the screen buffer. Funnily, Corel Capture could be such a suspicious tool, if it's running all the time. Also turn off the rulers. There has been an issue with those and it may still not be fixed in the latest update. As a last thing to look into, of course make sure to get rid of any fancies you may be using, e.g. drop shadows on your windows, a desktop image, transparent window dragging and such. all those consume memory on the graphics card.

Problem with brtools when sapdata and logs are on diff drv
Dear SDN,
I have installed was 640 on Windows w/oracle 9.2. When I try to use brtools for instance management it is giving me an error saying that it cannot find the directory "sapbackup" I am guessing that is because when I did the install I chose to put the datafiles in a different location than the logfiles. I would have thought that sapinst would have set the proper env variables, but sapinst didnt set any of them. Any suggestions?

Please check the following information.
Environment variables define parameter values used by the Oracle database and BR*Tools.
The database uses the parameter values for many different purposes. BR*Tools also uses the parameter values.
Structure
The following variables are required:
· ORACLE_SID
System ID of the database instance
Example: C11
SAPSID or sapsid refers to the SAP System ID.
DBSID or dbsid refers to the name of the database instance (database instance system ID).
When a single instance is installed, SAPSID and DBSID are the same.
· ORACLE_HOME
Home directory of the Oracle software. This variable no longer needs to be set. If not set, the SAP tools determine its value from the registry.
Standard: . The environment variables only have to be defined individually if directories are used that deviate from the default.

CS 4 Dynamic Link to Encore doesn't work most of the time. Encore stops operating after opening and periodically Premier Pro stops working. I'm told that there has been a problem with CS4 when using Dynamic Link to go to Encore and build CD's. Is there a way around this? Is there a patch to correct it?

What problem does Encore have with DL?
If DL is not working properly for you the way around this is to export from Premiere to either mpeg2-dvd for DVD or BluRay H.264 for BD-disks and import the files in Encore. -
I'm having a problem with the application Dropbox and I want to uninstall it. In finder it does not allow me to move it to trash telling me the dopbox application is open. How do I close it? when it shows up nowhere as an open application?

I had a major problem with my PC yesterday, and subsequently had to reload Mozilla Foxfire. When reloaded, it opened with "Welcome to AOL - Mozilla Foxfire". I don't want AOL associated or tagged with Foxfire. I went in to "Programs and Files" and deleted everything with AOL, including Quicktime. Tried loading Foxfire again, but it still opened with AOL tagged. I do use AOL for emails and some browsing, but I want to use Foxfire soley for browsing and search engine. And yes, I did also reload AOL. Can't seem to figure out why AOL is tagging onto Foxfire. Hopefully I have not lost all of my Foxfire Bookmarks - that would really suck.

having a problem with dates when I send my numbers doc to excel. dates are all out and that they have to cut and paste individual entries onto their spreadsheet. Any idea how I can prevent this.

M…oSoft products aren't allowed on my machines but I use LibreOffice which is a clone of Office.
When I export from Numbers to Excel and open the result with LibreOffice, the dates are correctly treated.
To be precise, dates after 01/01/1904 are correctly treated. dates before 01/01/1904 are exported as strings but, as it's flagged during the export process, it's not surprising.

Communication problem with Adobe 9.0 and HP Printer when I scan
I'm having a problem getting a .pdf file to come up when I scan from a HP 5610 All-in-one printer. Have uninstalled and reinstalled HP software three times but when I scan and want a pdf file it won't communicate with Adobe 9.0 reader for some reason. Is there a setting in Adobe reader that's a problem?
