Problem with Excel user form when trying to hide the excel workbook

Question

My excel application has a userform which contains combo box and list box
I am using the below code to make my excel file invisible when its open (i.e it directly shows the userform)
Workbooks("Budget.xlsm").Windows(1).Visible = False
for my excel file....But the problem now is that
My values for combo box are in the Budget.xlsm file and since the
Workbooks("Budget.xlsm").Windows(1).Visible = False
is now invisible ...the combo box have no values in it.... Also I have some List boxes in my userforms which are linked to some range in the excel file even they are blank
The values selected in the userform are also send back to the same excel file (Budget.xlsm)
Could you please help me with this

Hi Hitesh,
How do you specify combo box items value? Do you mean the items of combo box will be cleared when the workbook hidden?
Base on my test, the combo box’s items won’t be clear when the workbook hidden.
Simple code:
Private Sub CommandButton1_Click()
Workbooks("MyExcel3.xlsm").Windows(1).Visible = False
End Sub
Private Sub CommandButton2_Click()
Workbooks("MyExcel3.xlsm").Windows(1).Visible = True
End Sub
Private Sub CommandButton3_Click()
ComboBox1.List = Worksheets("Sheet3").Range("D1:D4").Value
End Sub
Please provide the detail information of your issue.
