as the link
Configuring MSS 60.1.5
Can someone help Me
Thanks in Advance
Dom

Hi,
This can be caused by several problems:
- is the WP-PI installed on the R3 side?
- make sure that all your system properties are configured corerctly
- if you are using User Mapping - make sure the mapping is correct (try using upper case letters, maybe)
- there is a nice tool for testing connection to back-end system. go to the PortalAnywhere.Go page and search for 'Connector Test' - with this tool you will be able to eliminate connection problems.
Hope it will help you,
Aviad

  • Problems with the O2 blackberry data package on my Curve 3G.

    I have already informed O2 about this but they claim that I should be used the blackberry support services, but nothing there helps me!
    I got my Blackberry Curve 3G on September 9th this year and I put on the Blackberry Data Package bolt-on onto my phone on September 16th. I then received a text to say they've taken £5 from my credit and it will be up and running in the next 24 hours. Its now September 19th and my BBM is not working at all and I am extremely upset with the services and behaviour I have received from both O2 and Blackberry.
    Is there any way you can help? If this fails, I shall be forced to go back to the shop from where I got my Blackberry from and ask for their help.
    Many thanks, Jade.

  • Problem with MSS Launchpad

    Hello folks,
                    We are facing some problem with MSS Launchpad after the service pack, we have checked sicf, lpd_cust and done most of the troubleshooting steps,reached to point where we found table  T77MWBFCD and changed the URL value here, launchpad worked but the URL which we want to work and which was working fine in the past has stopped working.
    Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi everybody,
    finally we managed to fix this bug on our own.
    We set up the Managers Desktop (MDT) as suggested by SAP. But the MDT's reports could not be converted to the launchpad.
    Then we recognized via debugging that for any reason the following entries were missing in table FPB_LP6_SNI_REQ:
    - Role ROLE C 3 MSS
    - Instance INSTANCE C 3 REP
    Adding these entries manually fixed the problem.

    I had iTunes 10.2.1.1 but needed to upgrade to 10.6 so my iPhone could synch...I'm getting this error message "Problem with this Windows (XP) Installer package.  A program required for this install to complete could not be run."  Any ideas?

    This has been fixed.  Answer is that I needed to go to "Apple Software Update" and repair it.  (From my Control Panel).

  • Problem with sending objects to a package function

    Hello fellows,
    I am working on a project where I need to call a PL/SQL package's function and then work with the result.
    The procedure takes a custom object:
    CREATE OR REPLACE TYPE DTODOROV.my_object AS OBJECT
      ATTR1 VARCHAR2(255)
    )and the result is the same object.
    I have the following java code
    if(conn.isUsable()){
                    System.out.println("Connected!");
                    ocs = (OracleCallableStatement) conn.prepareCall("{? = call MYPACK.MF(?)}");
                    Object[] args1 = {"Petar"};
                    STRUCT ms = new STRUCT(new StructDescriptor("DTODOROV.MY_OBJECT", conn), conn, args1);
                    ocs.setObject(2, ms, OracleTypes.STRUCT);
                    ocs.registerOutParameter(1, OracleTypes.STRUCT,"DTODOROV.MY_OBJECT");
                    ocs.execute();
                    Object object = ocs.getObject(1);
                    System.out.println(((STRUCT)object).getAttributes()[0]);
                }And this is the body of my package:
    CREATE OR REPLACE PACKAGE BODY DTODOROV.myPack AS
      FUNCTION MF(Param1 MY_OBJECT) RETURN MY_OBJECT
    is
        myObjIn MY_OBJECT;
        myObjOut MY_OBJECT;
      BEGIN
        myObjIn:=Param1;
        if(myObjIn.ATTR1 <> null) then
        myObjOut:= new MY_OBJECT('Mitko');
        INSERT INTO DEBUG_INFO VALUES (myObjIn.ATTR1||'not empty');
        else
        myObjOut:= new MY_OBJECT('Oktim ');
        INSERT INTO DEBUG_INFO VALUES ('empty');
        end if;
        return myObjOut;
      END;
    END myPack;
    /DEBUG_INFO is just a table with one column to check what is happening.
    The database is oracle 11g.
    JDBC driver is the latest from oracle.
    JDK is 1.6
    The java is intended to run as a web service on GlassFish (for now, or Tomcat later).
    And here is my problem. When I execute the java code the object i send to the procedure is null. What am I doing wrong? Because I get no exceptions or SQL errors. If you could give me some pointers as to how to easily debug such code?
    Thanks in advance,
    Mitko

    if (conn.isUsable()) {
                    System.out.println("Connected!");
                    ocs = (OracleCallableStatement) conn.prepareCall("{? = call MYPACK.MF(?)}");
                    Object[] args1 = {new CHAR("fa",CharacterSet.make(CharacterSet.UTF8_CHARSET))};
                    StructDescriptor sd = StructDescriptor.createDescriptor("DTODOROV.MY_OBJECT", conn);
                    STRUCT ms = new STRUCT(sd, conn, args1);
                    System.out.println(ms.dump());
                    ocs.setObject(2, ms, OracleTypes.STRUCT);
                    ocs.registerOutParameter(1, OracleTypes.STRUCT,"DTODOROV.MY_OBJECT");
                    ocs.execute();
                    Object object = ocs.getObject(1);
                    System.out.println(((STRUCT)object).getAttributes()[0]);
    }I think you mean this. But it is still not working :(
    Actually when I dump it I see that it has just one property and that it is from the correct type
    >
    name = DTODOROV.MY_OBJECT
    length = 1
    ATTR1 = fa
    >
    but something happens during the sending and in the database I don't recieve the object or it is null.

  • Problems with Adobe creative cloud offline packages ( Windows )

    Hi
    When I try to install packages that are created with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager for Enterprise they start installing and then they roll-back in the middle of the process without returning any error.
    Not really sure what can cause this as there are not many options to select from when creating the package itself...
    Any ideas anyone?
    thanks

  • Problem with MSS

    Dear SDN,
    I am running MSS 60.1 and I am trying to troubleshoot the iviews. I just installed the BP and created the connection to r/3 (4.7).  The connection seems to be fine.  I can see the "team overview iview" but ALL other iviews give a runtime error.
    It goes something like this
    Access denied (Object:com.sap.portal.system/security/com.sap.portal.ep50/ep50_safety)
    See details in the exception ID log file
    Where can I find this "exception ID log file"
    Anyone have problems like this?
    Thanks
    Jeremy

    com.sap.portal.system/security/com.sap.portal.ep50/ep50_safety refers to the security zone. You need to enable end-user permission on ep50_safety security zone. Go to System Admin > Permissions > Security Zone and open this object, add MSS portal role or any role that MSS is part of to the list, and check the Enable box. When you do that, portal may warn you that you are breaking the permission inheritance, just go ahead and accept that since that is what you want.
    Hope this help.

  • Problem with change/delete structure in package

    Hello!
    I got the task to delete a package in the ABAP Dictionary. In this package there are structures that I can´t delete. I get the following message:
    You cannot edit object R3TR TABL Y1LASME with the standard editor
    Choose 'Display object' or 'Cancel'.
    Y1LASME is one of the structures. The other one I don´t know.
    So, how is it possible to delete this structure and then to delete the package?
    Thanks.

    Did you do a where-used on the segment to see which extension it is still used in?
    In that case the only thing you need to do is to go to transaction WE30, put in the extension name in object name, select extension radio button and go into change mode (don't forget to cancel release before doing that), then just set the cursor on your segment and cut it out, save and exit. Don't forget to set the release again.
    In case the where used does say that it is not used any more than there is an inconsistency in your system or some navigation index is not up to date.
    If you are 100% sure that the segment is definitely no longer used, you always have the possibility to debug :
    Set a breakpoint in include MSED4F01 form routine segment_delete in line 184 (ECC6) at statement IF l_rc eq 0. which is fter the statement  PERFORM segment_check_usage USING pi_object l_rc.
    The l_rc should be 4, so at that point just change it to 0 and the delete part will be executed.
    HOWEVER - if this segment is still used in an extension any Idoc running in or out using this extension will at least no longer work or even dump!!!
    Hope that helps,
    Michael

  • Problem with JavaApp.exe and Classpath (Packages)

    Hey guys,
    Very close to finishing my project for testing purpose. I have created a Java App installer. Installed the software and when I click the JavaApp.exe it gives a very preliminary NoClassDefFoundError. The classpath is set properly to the root dir. I feel that when I double click JavaApp.exe the command it tries to execute is java MainClass INSTEAD OF java com.company.MainClass
    I am stuck at this and dont know what to do next. Can one invoke java.exe as per his preference after the user clicks on JavaApp.exe, If yes please tell me how

    Sorry!!! I've copied a wrong example! Here is an other example:
    public class Test
         * sets the name
         * @param String name
         * @return boolean
         public boolean addPerson(Person person)
             // ... code ...
             return true;
    class Person
    }And here the API-Documentation:
    addPerson
    public boolean addPerson(Person person)sets the name
    Returns:
    boolean
    Thanks.

  • Package execution problem with SQLSERVERAGENT

    Hello,
    I'm having a problem with the execution of SSIS packages: I created locally a package with SQL Server Data Tools, then I deployed it on my server in the SSISDB database. Then I created a job to execute periodically this package with SQL Server Agent. The
    package works fine and does everything I want, but I always get a failed notification. In the global view of the execution I can see:
    Result: "failed"
    Package name: "Package.dtsx"
    Task name: "Package"
    Execution access path: "\Package"
    Every other task returns a success and their execution access path is a subfolder of "\Package". I tried everything I found on the web, check the "Runtime 32bits" box, create a "Job Account" user to execute the package via a
    "Job Account Proxy", modify the ProtectionLevel of the package to "DontSaveSensitive", give the "Job Account" user full rights on everything, nothing works.
    Do you have an idea of what my problem is and how to solve it?
    I must precise that all my packages do the same thing: I have a loop on all the csv files in a folder that for each file loads the contents of the file in my database and the delete the file. I observed that the error message do not appear when there is
    no file in the folder when the package executes.
    Thanks in advance.

    Not sure what error message, is the one "est introuvable.
    Cette erreur est retournée par la collection Connections lorsque l'élément de connexion spécifique est introuvable"?
    So, here is in short: the ForEach Loop once in its beginning of operation "senses" the files currently present in the working folder. If a new file arrives after this stage, it will not see it.
    In your case it seems that the ForEach "saw" a file at the beginning, but it was gone at the time the processing wanted it for execution.
    Like many above indicated, the common practice, call
    it elegant or not is to indeed move the files to a different directory (working folder). This is done to avoid collisions with some other activity in that folder.
    Furthermore, you can have all the files deleted using a ForEach against the working folder as say in
    http://beyondrelational.com/modules/2/blogs/88/posts/10178/ssis-delete-files-from-specified-folder-using-file-system-task-in-sql-server.aspx And there is no need to delete the working folder
    itself.
    The job is run in SQL Server's Agent
    need to be set to run using a domain proxy account as it needs write access to the file system.

  • Problem with dba_fga_audit_trail

    Hi All
    I am facing a problem with dba_fga_audit_trail
    I have a package which selects from this table.
    When I try to compile the package it gives an error
    saying "Insufficient privilges"
    If I run the same Select statement in SQLPLUS, it gives the output. I have got select, insert, update, delete permissions on this table.
    Any clues as to what is happening
    Please help !!
    Thanks
    Ashwin N.

    Note that role based privs. will not be available within the stored procedures. You have to explicitly grant the SELECT on dba_fga_audit_trail to the user who is creating the package.
    When you exported and imported the data from the other server, the grants on dba_fga_audit_trail would not have been transferred (since it is owned by SYS not the schema that you would have exported).
    Check the privs. on this SYS owned view on the database where it is working and give the same privs. to this user on the other database where you have an issue.

  • [2.6.37] Problems with module compression

    Hello,
    during the last days I had problems installing carl9170-driver package from the aur. It is a package based on compat-wireless.
    Some other people had similar problems with other compat-wireless aur packages
    All the packages that are based on compat-wireless provide new versions of already existing kernel modules. They put those modules under /lib/modules/kernel-version/updates.
    After installing depmod -a should find the new modules in the /updates folder and after a reboot you can use the updated wireless drivers.
    This does not work for kernel 2.6.37 because all the in-kernel modules are .gz compressed but the carl9170-driver package produces uncompressed modules.
    I guess that depmod is not able to work correctly if you mix compressed modules with uncompressed ones.
    I found this https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/4039/ and it seems that there are configuration options wheter you get a compressed or uncompressed module when you run "make install_modules" in a PKGBUILD.
    These configuration is made in "Makefile.modinst"
    So the question is: Is this a problem with arch's kernel? I think when compressed in-kernel-modules are used, then external modules should compile in the same way.

    Thanks for your post. I've been reporting this problem for weeks:
    https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=41472
    https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=41485
    https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/22633
    I solved the problem by going to /lib/modules/kernel2.6.37ARCH/updates...iwlwifi and then ran:
    cd /lib/modules/2.6.37ARCH/update
    gzip -r *
    depmod
    Then I reloaded the modules and finally depmod would report that the compat-wireless one was loaded.
    The above instructions only worked with compat-wireless-patched from AUR. I'm still unable to use compat-wireless-patched-daily even with the above trick (no module get loaded at all).
