Problem with oralce supplied packages and views

Hi All,
How to handle oracle suppiled packages like DBMS_SCHEDULER,DBMS_PIPE,dbms_application_info inTimesten.
i have procedures using thease procedures packages and oracle specific views like v$instance and v$database etc
how to make thease pL/SQL blocks compatible with Timesten
Kindly help me

in this query m getting both the result as well as no data found...but i want either reuslt or no data found/
