Problem with RTF

Question

Hi,
can any one tel me how to calculate the Subtotal and buyer group total for the following XML file.

According to the landscape-problem. I have set orientation and
width+height for the MAIN-section, I have also set orientation
for the report. I have even set orientation and size for the
HEADER and TRAILER section and still the rtf-file contains the
line \lndscpsxn!?Interesting. I generate RTF reports in both landscape and
portrait. The width/height seem to be the key values; some
of my reports set orientation to LANDSCAPE but some use
DEFAULT and work too. You set height to 8.5 and width to 11?
Units are inches? What does the generated RTF show for
"\paperw" and "\paperh"? Should be 15840/12240 for landscape
and the opposite for portrait. (1440 twips = 1 inch)
I only set HEADER/TRAILER orientation and size if the report
contains those; the default values do not affect MAIN (as of
course they should not).
I've had lots of RTF generator problems, but not this one...
