Problemas de Comunicação com SEFAZ PE - Urgente

Boa tarde!
Pessoal,
Ontem a SEFAZ de PE ficou fora o dia inteiro.
Hoje ao acessar o Portal, vimos que a SEFAZ PE está on.
Mas no GRC, quando vou verificar o status de serviço da SEFAZ PE código 26, está inoperante.
Alguém está passando por isso?
Estou em ambiente de Produção com cerca de 100 notas paradas, pois não consigo enviá-las a SEFAZ, por causa do status 70 da SEFAZ PE 26.
Pensamos entrar em contingência até resolver o problema, mas colocá-las em contingência manualmente é muita coisa para cancelar e fazer cópia da NFe comutada.
Aguardo comentários, ajuda....

A SEFAZ/PE está muito intermitente, e além de tudo, ela simplesmente não desliga o serviço de recepção dos arquivos enviados, travando nossos serviços de mensageria.
O que fizemos como uma solução paleativa, foi alterar o webservice de recepção, forçando para que não ocorra a comunicação automática, convertendo as NFEs para Contingência DPEC junto à SEFAZ Nacional (RFBrasil).
Webservice de recepção original: "https://nfe.sefaz.pe.gov.br/nfe-service/services/NfeRecepcao?WSDL"
Webservice de recepção alteramos: "CHANGE:https://nfe.sefaz.pe.gov.br/nfe-service/services/NfeRecepcao?WSDL"
No dia seguinte no primeiro horário da manhã, ajustamos novamente o "webservice" de recepção para o formato correto, e então reenviamos as NFEs aprovadas via DPEC para que sejam protocoladas junto à SEFZ PE.
Pelo menos até o dia 22/09, data prevista em que SEFAZ PE está prometendo manter esse serviço intermitente, estaremos trabalhando dessa forma.
Nossos caminhões não tem sofrido nenhum tipo de problemas em barreiras fiscais estaduais e federais trafegando com DANFEs protocolados junto à SEFAZ Nacional através da Contingência DPEC.
Espero ter colaborado de alguma forma.

Ao tentarmos enviar uma verificação de status à SEFAZ, ocorre o seguinte erro em PI:

Entendemos que seja um problema com a instalação, pois não tivemos erro nos ambientes de D (desenvolvimento) nem no Q (testes).
Verificamos a configuração de integração e o servidor de aplicação no sxmb_adm.
As proxies parecem estar registradas.
Nunca funcionou no ambiente de Produção.
Alguém pode ajudar?

A partir de hoje eu e outros usuários estamos recebendo um erro justamente nesse WS:
SRVSC_nfeStatusServicoNF_SYNC_OB
estava funcionando normalmente até sexta-feira, no meu caso no ambiente de homologação, estamos suspeitando que seja algo referente a certificado.

Problemas de comunicação entre PI e Sefaz SP

Olá,
Nos últimos dias estamos percebendo de 5 a 15 timeouts para os lotes que esperam aprovação NF para a região de São Paulo. O erro que vemos no SXMB_MONI é "com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset" depois de cerca de 2 minutos abertos em uma transação. (Interface de BATCH_nfeAutorizacaoLote_SYNC)
Depois de reiniciar os lotes com erro a partir de GRC, eles são enviados normalmente e temos a aprovação. Esta situação é aceitavel se fosse um problema temporário, mas achamos estranho isto estar acontecendo varias vezes e de forma aleatoria. Isso já aconteceu cinco vezes já hoje. Normalmente não temos estes problemas os quais começaram acontecer recentemente.
Não temos conhecimento de mudanças do nosso lado, isso tem funcionado bastante estável por um longo tempo. Estamos em contato com SEFAZ e eles disseram que o serviço web está funcionando normal.
Todas as idéias ou conselhos são muito bem vindos!

isto está acontecendo com diversos contribuintes. Aqui na minha empresa está acontecendo quase todo dia, também de maneira aleatória.
Ao meu ver, a SEFAZ está com um gargalo no processamento das requisições e em determinados momentos, conexões são desconectadas por falta de recursos. Isso se justifica principalmente pelo fato que muitas empresas estão iniciando as emissões da NF-e 3.10 nesses últimos dias, por conta da proximidade com a data de corte da NF-e 2.00.
Sugiro abrir chamado na SEFAZ, apenas como forma de documentar o problema.

Link´s redudantes para a comunicação com a Sefaz

Boa tarde a todos!
Pessoal existe algum pré-requisito para se colocar uma alta disponibilidade de link´s (2 link´s) para
o ambiente PI GRC NFe (SLL-NFE 100 0018 SAPK-10018INSLLNFE x NFE 1.0) comunicar com as Sefaz?
Neste final de semana colocamos dois link´s para fazer o balanceamento e disponibilidade.
Mas todos os processos de comunicação com a Sefaz terminavam com time-out. Após deixar todo
trafego com a Sefaz em apenas um dos link o processo normalizar. Com o balanceamento ativado só tenho time-out.

No meu caso eu estou falando do link de internet.
No ultimo domingo 19/06 implementamos um 2º link de internet
de uma outra operadora. Quando subimos a aplicação o resutado
foi que toda a comunicação do nosso ambiente (consulta, aprovação, cancelamento, check status etc)
com a Sefaz terminava com erro por time-out.
Com isso fizemos um filtro aonde todo o trafego com a Sefaz voltaria somente a ser feito
pelo link da Embratel e nada seria feito pelo novo link da OI (apesar do link da Embratel apre-
sentar o dobro de latencia do link da OI). Com o filtro aplicado toda a comunicação com a Sefaz
se reestabeleceu e terminaram as mensagens de erro. Mas continuamos na dependencia de
ter a comunicação entre a empresa e a Sefaz trafegando por um unico link.

Do you know when this problem (for not being able to add new highlight/strikeout/underline) has started? Did you update your iOS from 7.x to 8.0 recently?

Problem with use of COM+ Transaction and DB Transaction
We build a Web site that use sometime COM+ Transaction and sometime DB
Transaction. If we use a COM+ Transaction and a few seconds later we try to use
a Database Transaction (OracleConnection.BeginTransaction), we get the error
Connection is already part of a local or a distributed transaction
Of course the error does not produce everytime; it takes some try before we get
the problem. And of course, if i use pooling=false on the connection string,
the problem does not appear.
i run the Web page
and push the COM+ Transaction and DB Transaction one after the other for some
times and the problem should appear.
Environment: Windows server 2003, .Net Framework 1.1, ODP.Net 9.2.0.401,
Database Server 9.2.0.4

Is this happening at runtime or at buildtime? You'll need to provide more info on what you are actually doing that's causing the problem.

NFe com SEFAZ-AM: Código de retorno 200. O que seria isto?

Pessoal,
Estávamos realizando um teste com um cenário de devolução de compra de material de uso e consumo com a nossa filial do Amazonas e obtivemos o retorno no XML com o código de retorno 200.
Alguém já viveu esta experiência antes? Se sim, o que significa o código de retorno 200?

daniel, eu tenho uma solucao que derrepente pode ajuda-lo, mas preciso saber uma coisa, essa nfe chegou a ser enviada ao sefaz, ja consultou ela no proprio sefaz para ver se ela nao foi criada?
existe um "workaround" ( como o Henrique costuma falar ) que vc acaba conseguindo reenviar esse lote, mas vc terá que fazer duas alteracoes em dados da tabela.
1)Entre na tabela BATSTA e no campo BATCHID informe o numero do lote problemático e em seguida edite e altere o valor do campo PROCESS para u2018Xu2019 ( em processamento)
2)Em seguida entre na tabela /XNFE/BAT_HIST com o mesmo BATCHID e apague o valor da ultima linha de processamento que esta com o campo ERROR STATUS preenxido ( LIMPE O CAMPO ERROR STATUS)
3)Após essas alteraçoes dos dados execute o programa /XNFE/BATCH_REQUEST..
Nao é garantido que funcione, o passo 2 algumas pessoas preferem criar uma nova linha para que seja mantido o historico

Momento de disparo comunicação com GRC NF-e (Processo SD)?

Uma dúvida interessante:
Qual seria o real momento de disparo de comunicação entre o ERP e o servidor GRC NF-e em um processo SD?
Imagine um cenário no qual a liberação contábil é feita após o salvamento do faturamento.
a. Seria no momento de se salvar o documento de faturamento;
b. Ou seria no momento de se liberar o documento para o lançamento contábil?
Acredito que seja a primeira opção, mas tenho dúvida.
Outra dúvida:
Seria possível, no caso de o disparo ser no momento de se salvar o documento de faturamento, realizar alguma configuração no SAP para que, ao invés disso, o mesmo realizasse o disparo no momento de se liberar o documento para o lançamento contábil?

A data de escrituracao = posting date da J_1BNFDOC.
O problema é para notas emitidas perto da meia noite, em que a autorizacao pode vir só no outro dia, é isso?
Pq nao tem hora pra escrituracao, só data, entao só vejo problema em querer alterar a data, a nao ser nesse caso.
Mas note que a NF-e nao aparece no livro (ou nao deveria aparecer) enqto ela nao estiver autorizada (docstat = 1, statcode = 100), ou aparece como cancelada (se ela tiver sido cancelada ou inutilizada, flag de cancelled = X).
De qq maneira, se vc quiser, pode analisar a possibilidade de alterar o valor do posting date no metodo call_rsnast00 da badi cl_nfe_print (que eh chamada no retorno do grc pro erp), e alterar qdo a nfe for autorizada (status atual = aguardando resposta e status da sefaz = 100 (autorizada)). Nao sei se dá, tem q ver os parametros q sao passados.

Problem in VO execution----Please help me urgent

I have One region(ASNOpptyReviewRN).this region is a tab in the main page(OpptyPG).For the region i am using one VO(OppReviewVO).
When i came to this page i am writing the code in the process request to execute the VO based on the condition..so i can get the data on the page.
First time VO is getting executed and data is coming in the page.if there is no data then i have the requirement to insert or update the fields in the region.
So everything is working fine first time..or if i not insert anything new row...it is working fine all the time.
But the problem is...after insert a new row and if i come to home page(not OpptyPG) and if i go to the ASNOpptyReviewRN the vo is getting executed but it is not showing the data on the page..
This is happenig only when i insert a new row and i come back to that page..

No..that Vo is based on some EO..why i am using the row.setAttribute() is...the bid number is coming from some other page...and i need to insert it in table..
and except the bid number..other values are coming from the page...

I deployed two ejbs and tested entity bean with java client.But when i called entity ejb in
the session ejb that time i am facing this problem..

estou achando que isso pode ser caso de processo! no pesquisador do google, quando entra em uma pagina e volta, a tela esta ficando toda branca, estou percebendo que isso não é apenas comigo em outros computadores tmbém está assim, que pode ser algo do google atrapalhando o mozila por causa do navegador do google chrome. parece que o google está tornando o mozila pior para puxar mais as pessoas a usarem o chrome. eu sou usuário do mozila e não quero o google chrome. estou percebendo outros problemas também relacionados ao google pelo mozila. venho percebendo isso depois das ultimas atualizações que teve. mas o principal problema mesmo, é quando volta na seta para voltar uma pagina, a tela de pesquisa do google está ficando toda branca. tendo que atualizar a pagina para aparecer os sites da pesquisa. se o google tiver causando isso mesmo sobre o mozila, quero minha indenização pelo mensagem. me ajudem a levar essa mensagem ao mozila.

Este erro que você relatou provavelmente não é causado pela Google, mas talvez por causa do seu cache estar cheio ou o Firefox esta tentando usar uma versão da pagina que foi armazenada e aconteceu algum erro, por isso quando você atualiza ela aparece normalmente, tente limpar o seu histórico recente:

Tente atualizar a página Web ignorando o cache basta seguir '''um''' dos seguintes passos:

Você pode tentar usar o Firefox em Modo Seguro e ver se problema se repete:

Problem with System.getProperty( "com.stc.application.dataroot" ) in JCAPS6

Hello everybody,
I'm using JCAPS 6 but I have to follow a guideline of projects implemented with JCAPS 5.1.3.
The project for example, has written for the logs-directory in method user initialize this code:

String currRoot = System.getProperty( "com.stc.application.dataroot" );
String log4j_props = currRoot + "/../../NameDirectory/" + collabContext.getProjectPath() + "/" +

With JCAPS 6 I don't know how to substitute "System.getProperty( "com.stc.application.dataroot" );" because with it don't function.
Somebody can help me?

Please you have to do a little of the work yourself.
First, post a topic that has a title regarding your problem.
That way people who know about that problem will be more likely to
take a look.
Second, don't just say you have a problem and receive and
error. Shay what kind of problem and tell us what the error says.
Third. Most people won't download a file from any random
stranger off the net. So don't expect that is going to explain it.
Fourth, even if the file does explain it, why should a
stranger have to do all the steps that you should have done?
Fifth, do a little work yourself, what have you tried to fix
it?
Sixth. Just because it is urgent to you doesn't mean it is
urgent to everybody else.
So try some of these things and post back.
