Process data edited on classic report

Question

I want an MRU style form, but not MRU... What I want is to show a report and show a checkbox by each row, then when a button is clicked I ant to be able to find what rows has a checkbox.
I'm have it visually look the way I want and as long as I do not click any checkbox I find the value of it being unselected (through the apex_item.f_f02 collection). But as soon as I click a checkbox and press the button it results in "The requested URL /apex/wwv_flow.accept was not found on this server".
Is this due to the region now being defined as a form, but as a report. Or should this work and I have misconfigured something. Alternatively, is this the wrong approach and I can get the function I want through some other means? I want to keep this processing in PLSQL.

I had the same error on a SQL report. It contained a PL/SQL process like this:
begin
for i in 1..APEX_APPLICATION.G_F01.COUNT
loop
some_procedure( APEX_APPLICATION.G_F01(i) );
end loop;
commit;
end;
The problem was in the query. The checkbox number should match the column number. The query was like this:
select ste.id
, apex_item.checkbox( 1 ,ste.id ) "Select"
, ... more columns ....
from some_table ste
After rewriting the query like below, the problem was solved:
select apex_item.checkbox( 1 ,ste.id ) "Select"
, ste.id
, ... more columns ....
from some_table ste
