Process message not showing in Interactive Report

I created a process (on subit after validations) in a interactive report that is run from a button in my region. The process inserts records into the database. The process runs fine and inserts the data, but I do not get any message when its done. I have a message set in the process 'Process Success Message' section. Am i missing something?

Is the message in the success region static text or are you trying to display something like "55 rows updated"?
I implemented a dynamic message for a custom process and had to define my own page item to hold the text value (e.g. P2_INSERT_SUCCESS). Then my PL/SQL anonymous block process computed a value for the item:
:P2_INSERT_SUCCESS := insert_cnt || ' rows added.';Then I referenced it in the Success Message as:

I know that in the report interactive you can do that, but my boss doesnt' like interactive report (I dont know why) so my problem is in the Classic report.Nothing to do with the report type. It's because all APEX items are actually VARCHAR2s. For proper comparison semantics with NUMBERs or DATEs in SQL explicit conversion is required:

Regular Expression functions not supported in Interactive report filters ??

I'm using APEX 4.0.2 and I'm trying to create a row filter in an interactive report which uses regexp_instr and regexp_replace functions and I'm getting the message:
Invalid filter expression. regexp_instr
The code runs fine in SQL Workshop

Hi Paul,
regular expression functions are supported in interactive report filters, but it looks like that REGEXP_INSTR hasn't been added as valid command. Only REGEXP_SUBSTR and REGEXP_REPLACE are valid commands for computation expressions and REGEXP_SUBSTR, REGEXP_REPLACE and REGEXP_LIKE for row level filters.
I have filed bug# 12926266 to fix this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

iPhone 4s, updated to iOS 8.1.1, and now previous photos in messages (imessage & text) show as blue question mark.
Not viewable in details (view) either. However any new photos sent or received are viewable. PLEASE HELP!!!
(MMS is turned on & over 5GB of free space on phone)

Are you using 10g?
If BPELConsole is up but you don't see any process, you can go to the log files and see what is the problem.
It might relates to permissions, or DB issues etc....

Option claims from CRM are not showing in BW report.

We are having a problem with BW report. The report shows all the claims thatt are created in CRM system( spource sys- CRM). We notices that claims that are called as option claims are not showing in BW report, but they are present in BW. I have checked filters in report design. no filters exist. Where they are getting filtered out. Please help me.

Hi,
I am giving you ore information on the above issue, the above query is running on an infoset, I realized, data is missing from infoset. Where as the data is present in DSO.
The other thing I can see every other claim in BW, but I cannot see Option claim which are very less compared to other claims.
The infoset has four DSOs and one characteristic as components.
Please let me know if you get any idea?

Safari 6.0.1 not showing in System Report (installations)

I have noticed that Safari 6.0.1 is not showing in System Report (installations) only the previous Safari 5.1.7 - Anyone know why this should be so? Now in Mountain Lion we do not have the update info in Software Update as before; only by going to "About this Mac". Any help appreciated!

If you click your Apple menu icon you should see Software Update from the drop down menu.
Clicking Software Update should open the App Store for you.

Not sure if this is a fix, but I tried sending myself a test email from only the Bcc field, and lo and behold it now shows the Bcc field in all sent item previews;
...maybe leaving the 'To' field blank on purpose forced Mail to show it.
Rebooted the Mail program, still there - rebooted the machine, still there. Hope this is still relevant and it works for you too - J.

1. Messages Automatic change @me.com and @icloud.com

Messages isn't using the picture from the contacts app. You can set a user picture under "Messages" > "Change My Picture".

Chart not appearing in Interactive report

Hi,
I have a nice interactive report. When I try to display a chart using the tools of the report, nothing appears. There is only a message, a kind of progression message saying "loading xml..... 100%", and then nothing appears.
I am using Application Express 3.1.0.00.32.

Please suggest.NO DATA FOUND usually occurs when an i mplicit select does not find anything. It can also occur when referencing a collection element that has not been defined.
You have 2 collectinons in the code you posted, apex_application.g_f01() and apex_applciation.g_f03. Since you are looping therough the COUNT attribute of g_f01 its reference ("I") is probably okay and the value store in vRow is probably not right. You can check this by using RAISE_APPLICTION_ERROR to see the value something like
raise_application_error(-20000,'vRow="'||vRo2||'"');Remember that working with checkboxes is tricky. If the box is not checked nothing will be sent. You may need to define a default value when no value is submitted.

Report Document not show on Crystal Report Viewer in C#

My program is modified from VB.NET. Now I struck with Crystal Report that Crystal Report Viewer didn't show Report Document.
Printing code is composed of two forms. One assign parameters and objects need. Other is Crystal Report Viewer form, CrystalReportForm. Last one run report by parameter from the first.
When run this code that it didn't found any error but the problem is no report show on Crystal Report Viewer on second form. It just blank Crystal Report Viewer. There arm't any message response.

It's not yet fixed. My dataset (ds) can't bine to DataGridView as
DataGridView1.DataSource = ds
But it could do like this
DataGridView1.DataSource = ds.Tables[0];
When I bine to Crystal Report Viewer setdatasource
CrystalReportViewer1.setdatasource = ds.Tables[0];
It still not work, anyway you suggest let me in the right way. I very confuse the thing I fix to bine to DataGridView

'gReport' is null or not an object - Interactive Report

I'm getting a "'gReport' is null or not an object" error when attempting to use the Search bar in an Interactive Report. Based on googling and searching this forum, it seems likely that the Javascript on the page is interferring w/ the Interactive report somehow. I don't know enough about APEX and Javascript (I snagged the code from another application, and made some changes) to debug it, so I was hoping you guys could help.

Nested Container Message Not showing up in BPM

Hi,
when I try to open the container of my BPM process and check the individual request and response message I am unable to see the nested message inside the container. Any ideas why would they not show up in SXMB_MONI? Also this worked before and my sync logging is set to 1 in ADM.

Hi Ashish,
Your XI's trace level has to be set to 3 to be able to see all the messages ijn your SXMB_MONI. To do this , you need to have the admin access to your XI server. I think michals weblog provided by chandra can help you to do the same.
