Processing R134 Tables in a VI

Hi you all! I hope you´re all fine
I´m working in the digitalization of a Refrigeration Bank. It´s for testing and experimental purposes (mechanical Engineering students). I made the VI that I considered that fits for the case. It´s the one in the attachment. I´m receving 10 values from the bank (5 for temperature and 5 por Pressure). As you may know, for Thermodynamic purposes I have to use some tables (R134 tables) so i can get the enthalpy in every point i have the sensors. That´s just for calculations on the Heat Rate.
I have everything set up, but I don´t know how to make Labview "recognize" (I know it´s not the correct word for the case) or analyze somehow those tables so I can get the enthalpy for each point with the values i´ll be reading in LABVIEW.
I´ve been searching for this a lot, and i haven´find any guide or possible help. I hope i could get it from you!
Thanks a lot and best regards

Hey Carlos!
Try this VI. Is this what you've been looking for?
You enter with values of Temperature and Pressure and you get the value of Enthalpy based on a Table Analysis.

  • Resource for R/3 functional processes and table structures

    Dear Experts,
    I want to have brief but concise understanding of R/3 modules in aspects of business process flows, table important table structures. Ideally, the document or book should phrase it in a way easy for non-functional people to understand. I am sure as Abap Developers, you gurus have to understand business processes & tables all the time. Appreciate some help here. I am even willing to pay a sum for such resource.

  • OM: CLEARING THE PROCESS MESSAGES TABLES

    제품 : MFG_OM

    OM: CLEARING THE PROCESS MESSAGES TABLES
    ==========================================
    PURPOSE
    OM 모듈을 어느 기간 사용하다 보면 process messages table -
    OE_PROCESSING_MSGS_TL/OE_PROCESSING_MSGS - 에 많은 data가 쌓여 있는것을
    확인할 수 있다.
    이 tables의 size를 줄임으로써 system performance 향상도 기대할 수 있다.
    Explanation
    OE_PROCESSING_MSGS_TL table은 Order Entry concurreny problem이 실행되거
    나 User interface process가 실행될때 발생하는 processing messages를
    저장하는 table이다.
    아래의 3가지 방법중 하나를 이용하여 process messagea tables
    - OE_PROCESSING_MSGS_TL/OE_PROCESSING_MSGS -의 정보를 delete 할 수 있다.
    1.SQL을 이용하여 table을 truncate
    (OE_PROCESSING_MSGS_TL를 먼저 truncate 시켜야 함을 주의)
    경고: 만약 truncate 방법을 선택했다면, 위 두 tables에 있는 모든 정보를
    잃게 될 것이다.
    2.OM application의 Process Messages form을 이용.
    Delete 될 messages는 사용자의 query에 따른다.
    Process Messages form에서 delete 하고자 하는 messages range를 설정하여
    조회한 후, 그 query된 messages만 delete 할 수 있다.
    1) Navigation: Orders, Returns>Process Messages
    2) Messages source를 선택
    3) Query를 원하는 Messages Request ID range를 입력
    4) Query를 원하는 Messages의 Order Number range를 입력
    5) Query를 원하는 Messages의 Request Date range를 입력
    6) Query를 원하는 Messages의 Program Name을 선택
    7) 특정한 Workflow Activity를 가지고 있는 Workflow Activity를 선택
    WF activity는 Order의 actual stage를 참조한다.
    8) Query를 원하는 Message의 Order Type을 선택
    9) Attribute를 선택, Default는 null
    10) Customer Name or Number를 선택
    11) Requester를 선택
    12) Find button을 선택
    Process Messages window displays.
    13) Query된 모든 messages를 delete 하기 위새 'Delete All' button을
    click.
    3.SQL을 이용하여 특정 일자전의 모든 process messages를 delete.
    (OE_PROCESSING_MSGS_TL 의 data를 먼저 delete 함을 명심!!)
    위 1번의 truncate option을 이용하면, SQL statement는 어떤 messages를
    delete하는지 전혀 식별할 수가 없다.
    만약 특정 process에 관련된 messages만을 delete하길 원하면 아래의
    truncate option 2를 이용한다.
    아래는 sample script이며, creation date를 근간으로 delete한다.
    만약 오늘 날짜(dd-mon-yy)를 입력하면 script는 7일전의 messages만을
    delete 할 것이다.
    ====================================================
    DECLARE
    l_date DATE := to_date('&delete_date');
    BEGIN
    Delete from oe_processing_msgs_tl
    Where creation_date <= l_date - 7;
    Delete from oe_processing_msgs
    Where creation_date <= l_date - 7;
    Exception
    WHEN Others THEN
    Null;
    END;
    After executing this script commit and exit from sqlplus.
    =======================================================
    Note: 꼭 기억해야 할 것은 'Delete/Truncate' 작업시 'OE_PROCESSING_MSGS'
    data를 delete 전에 꼭 'OE_PROCESSING_MSGS_TL' data를 먼저 delete
    해야 한다는 것이다.
    Example
    Reference Documents
    Note 123150.1

    You can include PSA's in process chain and schedule deletion periodically.
    You can include process type 'Deletion of Requests from PSA / Deletion of Requests from the Change Log   ' in process chain . After EHP1 upgrade you can define pattern like 2lis* or 0* it will delete all the PSA's starting with 2lis or 0 data source .

  • How to delete columns from process form table

    hi,
    I have a process form UD_FN_USR. I created one column userid with type long and later the requirement got changed and I need to change the type to string.I am able to delete the column from design console but in the table the column exits so that I coulnt create the column with same name as type string , its tellling same column name exits with different datatype in current version or previous versions.can anybody please tell me how to solve this issue

    Sorry for late response. Got stuck in work.
    This time it will answered ;-)

  • Process Order tables and Production System Performance

    Hi All,
    What are the different tables of Process order? Also how do i know which table affects the system performance of Production system and to what extent if Change Logging is made active ?
    The issue is in our clients place we would like to set the Change Logging ( Records changes made for any transaction )  for Process orders and we would like to know to which tables change logging should be made active so that Production system performance is not affected.
    Please help me regarding this.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Neetha Avani.

    All the changes done in any transaction are saved in CDPOS table.
    when there is any report developed based on this table then the performance will be very slow.
    Tables used for process orders are
    AFKO            Order header data PP orders
    AFPO            Order item
    AFRU            Order Confirmations
    AFRUHR        Order Confirmations for HR
    AFRV             Confirmation pool
    AFVC             Operation within an order
    Hope the above helps.

  • Very long time to process big table

    Hi everyone,
    I have a problem with a process that computes 6 columns of a table with 260 millions of rows. At the begining the compute time was about 1.2 mins per row. wich obviously takes more than a life to finish (about 500 years).
    So to improve this process naturally my first step was to partition the table. This make 64 partitions with 5 millions rows in the biggest one. My second step was to use a bulk collect with a limit of 500.000 per block, this way i have my array and next step is to compute my columns. So sadly, my first 2 columns just take 2 hours to complete for the 260 millions (Note: I need to compute all rows in the table), but the rest of columns, take 90% of total time or even more. Finally i make a bulk update with forall using the data computed on my arrays.
    After all this, the compute time was reduced of 1.2 mins per row to 6 or 7 seconds per row. time wich is great, but just reduced from 500 years to 49 years.
    With this scenary, my next logical step is to parallelize my query's, but if a have a degree of 8, my best shot is to take 6 years.
    Now, the problem with four of six columns, is that i need to compute some values that requires make some avg and sum over data from last six months previous to the record.
    So, here is my real question. ¿how i make this works?... surely i can not wait a lot of years. perhaps the company is broke before this finish.
    Which is the professional way to do this real? i think out there companies have tables with lots more of rows, even billions, i have saw in others forums.
    I need this, someway, somehow, this takes no more than one or two months... even less is better yet. PLEASE HELP
    My DB is a 11G, running on 64bits. 32GB RAM, 6 CPU Quadcore.

    ok, the objective of the process is to take all the data of six years, wich is in one table only. The table is with nologging, parallel degree 8 and partitioning. and we have to update same table (six columns) and it's values are calculated with data of the same table.

    So, first i make a bulk collect.
    cursor c_baseData is
    select t.lactual, t.lanterior, t.energia, t.rowid, t.periodo, t.t_lectura, t.t_estacion,
    t.lim_invierno, t.e_adic_invierno, t.val_prov_calculado, t.pror_consumo, t.pot_base,
    t.cod_empresa, t.id_cliente, t.flactual, t.id_medidor, t.facturable, t.id_tipo_cobro,
    t.flanterior, t.id_tipo_tarifa
    from mv_data_sec t
    where id_tipo_documento in ('B','F');
    fetch c_baseData bulk collect
    into v_lactual, v_lanterior, v_energia, v_rowid, v_periodo, v_lectura, v_estacion,
    v_avg_verano_ins, v_ea_invierno_ins, v_val_provisorio, v_Ecalendario, v_potencia_base,
    v_cod_empresa, v_id_cliente, v_flactual, v_id_medidor, v_facturable, v_id_tipo_cobro,
    v_flanterior, v_id_tipo_tarifa limit 500000;
    exit when c_baseData%NOTFOUND;
    And i start a LOOP, because i have to process each row. Inside the loop i have to calculate the values for the six columns. We have 2 escenarios.
    First one (This one, have no problem, because is calculated with data of the same row and therefore the execution time is lower than a fraction of second);
    v_lectura(idx) := case when ((v_lactual(idx)<>v_lanterior(idx)) and v_energia(idx)>0) then 1 else 0 end;
    v_estacion(idx) := case when (substr( v_periodo(idx), 1,2) in ('04', '05','06','07','08','09')) then 'I' else 'V' end;
    Second One (This take about 1.5 second and the other 3 values takes about same time);
    select nvl(avg(facturable),0), max(flactual), max(flanterior), max(lactual), max(lanterior)
    into v_facturable_ant, v_flactual_ant, v_flanterior_ant, v_lactual_ant, v_lanterior_ant
    from mv_data_sec
    where periodo <> v_periodo(idx)
    and cod_empresa = v_cod_empresa(idx)
    and id_cliente = v_id_cliente(idx)
    and id_medidor = v_id_medidor_consulta
    and flactual = (select max(flactual)
    from mv_data_sec
    where cod_empresa = v_cod_empresa(idx)
    and id_cliente = id_cliente
    and id_medidor = v_id_medidor_consulta
    and periodo <> v_periodo(idx)
    and flactual < v_flactual(idx));
    if ((v_flactual(idx) = v_flanterior(idx)) and (v_flactual_ant <> v_flanterior_ant)) then
    v_Ecalendario(idx) := ((v_facturable_ant / (v_flactual_ant - v_flanterior_ant)) * (extract (day from last_day (v_flactual_ant)) - extract (day from (v_flactual_ant))));
    end if;
    if ((v_flactual_ant = v_flanterior_ant) and (v_flactual(idx) <> v_flanterior(idx))) then
    v_Ecalendario(idx) := ((v_facturable(idx)/ (v_flactual(idx) - v_flanterior(idx))) * (extract (day from (v_flactual(idx)))));
    end if;
    if ((v_flactual(idx) <> v_flanterior(idx)) and (v_flactual_ant <> v_flanterior_ant)) then
    v_Ecalendario(idx) := ((v_facturable(idx)/ (v_flactual(idx) - v_flanterior(idx))) * (extract (day from (v_flactual(idx) )))) + ((v_facturable_ant / (v_flactual_ant - v_flanterior_ant)) * (extract (day from last_day (v_flactual_ant)) - extract (day from (v_flactual_ant))));
    end if;
    And finally the bulk update (time is depreciable), for example the first 2 columns.
    forall r in v_rowid.FIRST .. v_rowid.LAST
    update mv_data_sec c
    set c.t_lectura = v_lectura(r),
    c.t_estacion = v_estacion(r)
    where c.rowid = v_rowid(r);

  • Need help in processing internal table

    Hi all,
    Im facing a  problem in processing an internal table..especially with MODIFY.
    The internal table is having following records.(t_vttp)
    TKNUM       VBELN      KUNNR       NAME1                             LAND1
    0000975179|0071004839|0000022946|HUNTSMAN APC LIMITED               |SA   |
    0000975180|0071004845|0000022946|                                   |     |
    In the above, there are two delviry documents with same customers.
    The customer data is coming from different internal table.

    Hi Try the follwoing code with a little modification in your code.
    LOOP AT t_vttp.
    READ TABLE t_kna1_temp INTO wa_kna1_temp WITH KEY kunnr = t_vttp-kunnr.
    IF sy-subrc = 0.
    t_vttp-name1 = wa_kna1_temp-name1.
    t_vttp-land1 = wa_kna1_temp-land1.
    MODIFY t_vttp INDEX sy-tabix  TRANSPORTING name1 land1.
    append t_vttp.
    ENDIF.
    clear: wa_kna1_temp, t_vttp.
    ENDLOOP
    Also Please debugg your code and check if you are getting values.
    also check the value of t_vttp-kunnr in debugging for the second run of your loop.
    thanks

  • Process Chain Tables (Help)

    Hi,  I am reporting from the RSPCPROCESS table and found that a unique combination of fields is LOGID, TYPE, VARIANT, and INSTANCE.  That is until I found that we have an ABAP Process that when it fails does not populate the INSTANCE field.  The process is being failed by executing an 'E' error message in the ABAP.   By not populating the INSTANCE fields I am ending up with records with the same 4 keys (LOGID, TYPE, VARIANT, and INSTANCE).
    Is this the best way to end an ABAP Process by producing an 'E' error message or is there a better way that might allow the INSTANCE field to be populated?
    Any guesses or insights to this problem is greatly appreciated!
