Production inside a production

Question

"Also is their any way to basically make a production within a production?"
I only been about half way though the admin guide, but is that possible?
Or is there another way to categories things inside a production (e.g. different language versions of a production that might have some files different and some in common) but keeping the single files manageable (so no bundle asset).
Of course (to stick with the language example) we could create a production for each language version, but this will clutter up our production list and enforce a thinking of "separate productions" which they really are not..
To use the same tags / keywords inside a sub-production and use a search result for it does not work either as editors are to messy for that

Since there are also no Smart Searches within a Production, the best I can recommend is a rich set of advanced search options. You can add fields to that group by modifying the Asset Filter metadata group.
Final Cut Server, for better or worse, is philosophically different from a filesystem with directories. FCSvr wants you to find what you are looking for by searching against rich metadata, not by drilling down through folders. If you think about it, folders are a form of metadata, but one that is less versatile than the model FCSvr uses. It's a culture shift for most users.
