Program sending queries to a RFC Queue
Hi experts!
I have a program that is sending queries to outbound RFC queue ( T/ smq1). How can i know the name of this program and how can i stop the queries?

Second last column is for Program Name.

Sending BUPA_MAIN into the RFC queue
Hello,
I would like to send BDoc <b>BUPA_MAIN</b> into the RFC queue
(must be default for Business Partner), for selected BP from my report.
I know how to send bupa_main direct to the site, but it is not the same.

Unfortunately this tx has sent BP <b>direct to the site</b> not to the queue.
Flow context (smw01) shows MO4 (mBDoc Direct Send) for Bupa_Main.
And for test I stopped all queues in tx: SMQ2.
And maybe there is a problem with the RFC configuration ?
In transaction after BP is selected new window "SELECT SITE" shows,
and what I can see is one line where :
RFC Destination = NONE
# = empty
Log.System = empty
Site Type ID = CDB
Site ID = some guid
What do you think ?

Connectionless programming involves using a queue to hold user input to another application or server. Here, we may not have a permanent connection to the application or server. Instead you log your input in a queue and the other application or server then takes it from the queue, processes it, and sometimes it may put the result back to the same queue or to a different queue. Unlike UDP, here there is no chance of message or data loss once you log it into queues.
The Connection oriented is different from the aforementioned and talks about any standard database system (DBMS, RDBMS, OODBMS and ORDBMS) available these days. Presumably, I don't think that there should be an explanation required for connection oriented programming. Unlike TCP/IP, there is no chance of data packet loss and it will bring the data packet to the required destination.
In short, message queue is purely connectionless and gives an assurance that it won't lose any data which is in the queue.
Message queue will be used :
a.Storing insignificant information in the message queue while your database server is busy with other real time processing.
b.Process user input which is given by the user after getting supporting information from other source or applications that are not active or ready at this stage.
c.Because of database server outage, you might require keeping user input in the message queue and processing it as and when the database comes online.
d.Exchanging data with a mainframe system like SAP. Personally, the real time communication with SAP is often a problem. In such cases, the SAP system uses message queue for storing and forwarding information where real time communication is not possible at that time.
RFC Queue:
Communication between applications in different systems in the SAP environment includes connections between SAP systems as well as between SAP systems and non-SAP systems. Remote Function Call (RFC) is the standard SAP interface for communication between SAP systems. RFC calls a function to be executed in a remote system.
In short, essentially application infrastructure and business requirements determine whether you should use a message queue or not. Personally, I would suggest that itu2019s a good idea to work with a tool for a while so that you can get to the solution in which you should use it.

Sender JDBC to Receiver RFC scenario
Hi All,
I have to configure an scenario of sender JDBC to receiver RFC wherein SAP PI will be pulling data from third party database (Oracle).
Since I am configuring such scenario of sender JDBC, I want help on every important key aspects/prerequisites of configuring sender JDBC adapter/channel. I want to understand about Database Connection, Processing Parameters, etc. details while configuring sender JDBC channel and their significance/relevance.
Also I need guidelines about the source data structure (message type or external definition) to be used/created in ESR.
How sender JDBC channel and receiver JDBC channel differs from each other?
Please guide me on this.

How sender JDBC channel and receiver JDBC channel differs from each other?
JDBC sender always does a poll to a DB table (with join some tables) in wich table you will need a field checkbox to mark the registers read, and the the receiver JDBC you can do a typical SQL construction like SELECT, INSERT, DELETE, etc. Both cases need the JDBC DB driver installed (check the SAP notes for this, also you can find some examples in the SCN:http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/8000cffc-6b92-2d10-3493-f2ac1399242f?quicklink=index&… PI/XI: deploy a JMS/JDBC driver without JSPM? ).

Sending response back to RFC in UDF
Hi All,
I have a Sync scenario from RFC to SOAP. I want to check the line items in RFC request. If there are no line items , then i want to stop the scenario and use UDF to send the constant (Invalid line items based on validations) back to RFC responce by using RFC lookup.
Is it possible to send response back to RFC in UDF?
Please suggest me, i want to handle exceptions without BPM.

but maybe you can do the check in the RFC much faster instead os checking
this in XI ?

Data source for the concurrent program 'Send Separate Remittance Advices'

But we are unable to figure out on how to get the data source for the standard program 'Send Separate Remittance Advices'.

Very strange issue regarding Sender JDBC to Recevier RFC?
I've been testing sender JDBC to Receiver RFC,
but i realized that target RFC was not performed even though moni is clear and RFC adapter monitoring is clear,
both monitoring is successful.
also checked that RFC_Receiver adapter setting is correct.
i also checked RFC Function at Target side whether it is running or not correctly, it is no problem with test value.
i've never been seen such issue.
Dose anyone has such experience?

but i forgot to tell you one thing,
sender has one and target has two each communication channel on service, JDBC to JDBC and RFC.
JDBC to JDBC is ok, but JDBC to RFC is above issue.
sxmb_moni has two message according to above two receivers when i execute, and two messages are correct
adapter monitoring is correct

I have given partner number,student object id are the two input fields(request) and i am getting student number as response. This scenario is working when i use MS infopath.

if i provide above URL and generated WSDL in XI , is it enough for web developer to enter the input fields to RFC(r/3) via XI as webservice request and getting back response from RFC(r/3) to webservice via XI.
can you please advice if any body worked on this kind of scenario.

How to delete RFC queue in SM58?

Is there a solution (ABAP) to quickly delete records from the RFC queue?
From time to time we experience problems that cause the RFC queue to freeze (on an SQL deadlock). Strange then is that all jobs that do run are all located on one of the available servers (central instance). Our 2 other application servers remain idle in this case.
We have no solution at this time for this problem. Only thing we can do is to stop the dataload releated to the locked RFC entries. Next we must delete all the RFC entries manually (hundreds). This must be done 1 by 1.Take the help of abaper / basis and dig to the bottom of the issue and see what is causing this.
I guess if it is happening every day we have fix this at the source.

When checking RFC queue with SMQ1 the status is SYSFAIL "Exception condition "OBJECT_ID_NOT_FOUND" raised"

First, PR is released totally and you have set in the input fields of BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER, the PR number and date 31.12.9999, then all standard parameters.
Also, have you created correctly the entry channel pending of Root node in PPOMA_BBP trx?, also you need to add * to BSA, BWA and DP_PROCTYPE attributes; and add your RFCUSER in this tree.
We was attemping that issue when deploying PDP.
Is there any reason you should use PDP instead of CPPR? Do you have PI?
I strongly recommend you to use PDP if you want to use service hierarchies in SAP SRM with classic scenario.

Sending messages concurrently to JMS queue

I am using Weblogic 10.3 JMS. I have a .NET producer sending messages to a JMS queue using a threadpool. A Java consumer will be consuming the messages. Is it possible to pool the conections/sessions from the producer side to send messages concurrently from the threadpool. Please help.You can use standard .NET threading to produce messages in different threads.
Keep in mind that producers and session instances themselves must not be multi-threaded, although they can all share the same connection.
When you code, each thread could have a dedicated session and producer.
Alternately, you could write a very simple pool that the threads share to cache producers. On the other hand, sessions and producers are light-weight once they've been created, so there's often little need to go through this trouble.

Unable to send message in Service bus queue through Webrole which are connected to Azure VPN
I have created two Azure VPN and two cloud services(deployed webrole) and one service bus queue
First Azure VPN and cloud service(deployed webrole) is created in same affinity group.
Second Azure VPN and cloud service is created in West US
Service bus queue is also created in West US.
When I send message in service bus queue from first cloud service (same affinity group) then message sends successfuly
but when I send message in same service bus queue from second service(West US- Webrole) then unable to send message and not throwing any exception.
I don't know, whats happening?

Actually we have created Azure VPN using Express route and
all are configured for Private Peering.
Try to access service bus queue from Web role which is attached to Express route network.
I am unable to access service bus queue and send message...because cloud services deployed in virtual networks are supported over the private peering path.
There are 3 types: public, private and default route (forced tunneling).
How can be configured for all 3 which will force all traffic through the tunnel except for Azure public service?
Do you have any idea on this scenario?

Handle submit program for background jobs in RFC FM to send email in ITS
Hi all
I am facing a problem in ITS, i.e. I have called a RFC Function Module on the page load event of one of the HTML template. In that FM I have used <b>submit program</b>. This RFC FM is working fine in background i.e. it is sending pdf as email to a particular email address
but in the frontend it is not responding.
I wanted to ask whether we can handle submit <program-name> in background job from ITS

I have configured a asyncronous scenario as JDBC> PI->RFC(JDBC sender and RFC receiver) , I have multiple JDBC sender channels but a single RFC receiver channel.
I want the RFC receiver channel to be set to EOIO, and queue name assigned to the RFC calls made by this RFC receiver channel.But I cannot find a place in the RFC receiver communication channel where I can set the Quality of service to EOIO.
Can some help me out as how to set the RFC receiver to be EOIO , I mean to queue all the RFC calls made.

I have similar requirement, scenarios is async SOAP->PI 7.0 SP15->SAP 4.6C (async RFC), as per SAP documentation RFC can be EOIO and I need to ensure messages are sent to SAP system in order also If message fails in R/3 during RFC processing, I need to stop sending next message to R/3.
Any suggestions?
