Proxy Handling

Question

Hi Guys,
I was trying to create a connection to our proxy server and tried to fwd the
requests coming to my ip to proxy server.
I have tried using Proxy class.
But the issue is that I am getting invalid proxy exception please help me with this. The code I have used is pasted below

I have specified that this is a kind of port fwding..
i am receving some data from a client and fwding that to a proxy server
and through it to internet...
So program acting like an intermediater ..it's not final server.
it's accepts connection and reqsts from some body and fwded to
sombody.......so the second somebody is another proxy....so i want to connect
to that proxy
