If the same website is opening each time you launch a browser (Safari?) hold down the shift key as you launch to prevent previous pages from opening.
Have a look at your settings in Safari > Preferences. Especially General and Privacy.
Reset Safari to remove cookies and other stored data.

If the same website is opening each time you launch a browser (Safari?) hold down the shift key as you launch to prevent previous pages from opening.
Have a look at your settings in Safari > Preferences. Especially General and Privacy.

Problem with taskbar

Quando visualizzo un video su internet (tramite youtube o qualsiasi altro sito) e seleziono l'opzione tutto schermo, la barra delle applicazioni rimane in primo piano coprendo la parte inferiore del video e le opzioni selezionabili relative al video stesso. Ho questo problema da quando ho installato il sistema operativo sul pc. Utilizzo come browser predefinito google chrome, e posseggo un pc con sistema operativo Windows 7 a 64 bit. That's a Windows setting under the Taskbar properties. Flash Player has no control over that.

But, that said, I would be interested in learning more about the PDF file you're converting. Please choose File > Properties and check the PDF Producer listed on the Description tab. If the PDF was created by a third-party (anybody other than Adobe), it may not be written to spec, which can affect the quality of the conversion. vi propongo un problema che ho con Muse CC 2014. spero di avere riscontro.
1) quando uso gli effetti di parallasse "effetto movimento", il comportamento degli oggetti non è mai quello che desidero. Io vorrei che gli oggetti entrassero nella scena e si fermassero in un determinato punto. Per esempio: il testo entra da sinistra e si ferma al centro dell'area di lavoro. Mi sapreste indicare come fare?
Ho provato tutti i tutorial ho letto la guida ma non ottengo il risultato voluto.
2) Nella mia scena ci sono diversi oggetti che compaiono con un effetto di scorrimento di OPACITA'. Poi vorrei che tramite un tasto ancorato la pagina scrollasse e portasse in primo piano degli altri contenuti. Quando faccio il link i contenuti precedenti cambiano di posizione anche se sono fissi e anche i contenuti nuovi si spostano (nel mio caso verso sinistra)...ma non è assegnato a nessuno di loro un effetto movimento. Come posso fare?
Non può essere che devo reinstallare il programma che in qualche modo si è corrotto?

posso mostrare degli screen perchè il sito è work in progress ed è davvero all'inizio.
1) primo esempio:
se scroll con mause, rotellina o barra laterale brauser il risultato è questo (ed è quello che volglio)
2) secondo esempio
ho creato un ancoraggio al primo tasto bianco sulla sinistra dello schermo facendo in modo di arrivare allo stesso risultato dello scroll con il mause ma con l'utilizzo di un pulsante.
Il risultato che ottengo è questo (e non riesco ad aggiustare le cose).

RSM 5302 put Vlan in down

I had a strange issue on my Catalyst WS-5500 with RSM-5302 where I had 10 Vlan configured in HSRP mode with another Catalyst redundated on the same site.
In certain condition the Vlan11 close the communication with the switch and nobody on the LAN can work anymore.
I have no log on the RSM neither in Catalyst !
The only way is to reload the RSM (both side: primary and backup) and the connectivity restart.
I think its an HSRP problem
But the priority is correct
Anyone have some idea?

Mystery/Phantom piano sound

I've been working on a song in GarageBand 09, and I thought a little piano here and there would be nice. I created a software instrument track for the EZ Keys plug-in and did a little editing, but I decided it was easier to just edit within EZ Keys itself, so I deleted the track and went back to the EZ Keys stand-alone program.
I created a few short piano bits in EZ Keys and saved them as a single WAV file, to chop up and move around later in GarageBand.
I dragged/dropped the WAV file onto a basic, real instrument track in GarageBand, but I realized it was the wrong tempo, so I deleted it, intending to return to EZ Keys to re-save the WAV file at the correct tempo.
Here's the problem: even though I deleted the piano (and the whole track) in GarageBand, I can still hear the piano. The piano can be heard right at the beginning, up until about 0:20 seconds, then it stops.
I have tried isolating each of the tracks, and the piano is definitely not on any of them. But, if I isolate ALL the tracks (essentially, playing every track), there is no piano!
I went as far as deleting all the EZ Keys files from my computer - the project files, the MIDI files, and the WAV files. I quit and restarted GarageBand. I restarted my computer (iMac). But I still have the piano playing at the beginning of the song.
I tried deleting all the tracks from the song, and the piano part still plays! Where can this audio be hiding?

Does this forum ever actually help anyone, or am I just wasting my time? Any recommendations on a forum that actually helps people with GarageBand issues?

How to create a Lab channels substitute in FW CS4 or PSE 7

I'd like create Lab channels substitute or something similar in Fireworks or PSE for more accurate photo retouching.
I mean noise reduction, sharpening and special cases of isolation. All images will be intended for web publications.
If possible I don't want to buy PS since I have acccess to FW and PSE.

Having a problem isolating RAW files from Jpegs into separate folders.

I have understood it to be that all file (photo) organization in Elements should be done in the Organizer. However, I took over 500 shots in RAW + Jpeg, so now I want to place the RAW files in a separate folder so I can make thumbnails from the Jpegs to allow the subjects to select which photos they want copies of. I will then work on those RAW files. However, Organizer lists the files in filename order, so manually selecting the CR2 files would be a pain in the butt. Is there a way in Organizer to sort by size or sort by file extension ... anything other than filename? Can files be directed to individual folders when first downloaded? If I sort the files in Windows Explorer and move them, does that mess up the cataloging in Organizer?

I DO NOT want to have to hold the CTRL key down while I select 250 individual Jpeg files manually since that is the ONLY option in the sort sequence they appear in currently. If Adobe provided the ability to sort the files in a folder "by size" or "by extension", then I could easily deal with only the Jpegs, but in their infinite wisdom, Adobe neglected to include the ability to handle files by this logical method. So my only option appears to be to create a new folder and put the CR2 (and XPM) files in the new folder until I am ready to post-process the files chosen by my client.
Obviously, you didn't understand. If you want to reduce the size of your JPGs and then upload, you select the JPGs by Find > by Filename, so then yout have all the JPGs found; and then Ctrl-A to select them all, and then create the reduced size photos via File->Export->As New File. (Of course, you can also do this to the RAWs as well, resulting in a reduced size JPG -- and then you don't even need the original JPGs)
The point of my inquiry was to find out if Adobe DID provide a way to dealing with a large number of files in a logical and efficient manner, and the response above doesn't really tell me that they did. My assumption from the above response is that Adobe did NOT provide an efficient method of isolating files by type or size.
The efficient way of doing this has been explained, and does exist in PSE.
Or am I just too dense to understand an easy, quick solution to dealing with ONLY the Jpegs, resizing them for quick and view-only upload to a gallery, and retaining the integrity of the Elements organizer.???????

Magic Wand problem in PSE 8 - unexplained gaps in selection

it seems that recently when I select an area of a shot using Magic Wand (MW) and create a Layer with the selection, there are unaccountable partially missing "see through" bits where I can see some of the check fill pattern through the selected area.
I have been using PSE 8 for a few months and I have never noticed this before but perhaps I was not looking hard enough. MW also seems to be using tolerance settings a bit differently but that is not easy to demonstrate - it just seems that with a given tolerance it takes a lot more Shift-clicks to eliminate spots inside the desired area and still some remain, though feathering seems to clear them away. I often select an area by building it up with a lot of Shift-clicks and usually decreasing tolerance values as I go, also using Alt-clicks to remove unwanted inclusion. Until now once all the "ants" were eliminated from inside the desired area I could then feather it and with Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V achieve a layer with no discernible holes. (I usually feather with Refine Edge rather than the Feather option because that way there is no fade off where the edge of the shot is selected.)
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing these gaps?

following your suggestions I have just experimented with all six combinations of Eyedropper (ED) and Magic Wand (MW)
ED = Point Sample, MW with/without contiguous checked
ED = 3 by 3 Average, MW with/without contiguous checked
ED = 5 by 5 Average, MW with/without contiguous checked
These setting do make a difference but the MW select is always leaving out at least a few stray pixels. But the problem is not a show-stopper as I may have a work-around (below)
I think ED= 5 by 5 with MW contiguous was the most reliable for picking up almost all of a clearly isolated area of colour. Even that setting leaves some stray pixels out for some reason but nothing serious. All other settings seem to leave holes in the area selected despite no sign of them during the selecting.
I ran some settings more than once and despite this systematic approach it seems I can never get quite the same result twice. I'd expect the edge of the selected area to fluctuate a bit each time, but I also still get little few-pixels-sized holes well inside the area seIected, which spread out of course if I feather.
I think what I am seeing looks worse than it really is because tiny groups of a few pixels each left out of the select will expand when feathered and be quite an eye-sore. So from now on in these cases, if necessary I may work-around by Select > Modify > Expand for one or two pixels in order to capture stray pixels, and then feather. I tried it once and it seemed to capture all the stray pixels without compromising the select outline too much.

Isolating voice effects/enhancement to tracks

Hey all,
I'm having trouble isolating voice effects such as autotune to the voice only during a playback or recording. Autotune seems to tamper with the piano sounds and other instruments. I want to effects to influence the voice only and leave the piano sounds alone. How do I do this?

if you use an effect on a single track, not the Master track, it will affect only that track.
you'll need to explain in detail what you're doing/your setup if this appears to not be the case

PSE icons instead of the photo. I need to view photos at a glance. Please help me????

Please help, this is driving me crazy. I have downloaded my free PSE #9, it came with my Leica Camera. I cannot view at a glance any of my photos. There is only an icon that reads, PSE. To view any of my photos, I must click select and then preview. This gets old, and I am doing 4 times the work. I am having to use the dates to guess where my photos might be. I hate this! My old Photo Shop #5 didn't do this. When you went to my pictures, you could see every photo.
I have tried the right click and open as any program. What ever program I choose, that is the icon that appears. No photo. Still no good.

Hi,
Are you using Windows Explorer to view the files?
If so, load Explorer, go to the Tools menu and select Folder Options.
Click on the View tab and make sure the first option (Always show icons, never thumbnails) is not checked.
Click on OK and see if that is any better.
