PU19 Tax Reporter - Form 941 spool missing after 4.6c to ECC 6.0 upgrade

Hi Experts,
We recently underwent a technical upgrade from 4.6c to ECC 6.0.When we use PU19 tax reporter Form 941 as it is  a federal tax return form in US .When i check in job spool is not coming.Please let me know if some note is release for spool and printout put.

Hello Ankur,
You need to get the Adobe Document Server running if you are going to
print PDF files from Tax Reporter. Please have you basis group check
that the Adobe Document Server is working correctly.
Please use transaction SFP to test the Adobe Document Server using the
Tax Reporter forms.
From Adobe Document Services Implementation Guide;
Installation Preparation
Install a SAP Web AS 6.40 J2EE Engine or higher
A SAP J2EE Engine on Windows is the basis for the Adobe Document
Services.
Therefore, before you begin with the installation, make sure that one of
the following prerequisites are met:
SAP Web AS J2EE engine on Windows is Installed
The following installation types are supported:
- SAP Web AS 6.40 ABAP + J2EE system (J2EE Add-In) or higher
- SAP Web AS 6.40 J2EE system or higher
For both variants the following installation options are supported:
- Central System (Central Instance and Database Instance on one host)
- Distributed System (Central Instance and Database Instance on separate
hosts)
- Dialog Instances
For information on Adobe and the ADS I would suggest looking at the
online documentation.

  • PU19 - Tax reporter questions

    Hi all,
    I am having discussions with our SAP security team about authorizations required for PU19. A security trace shows that we are missing S_DEVELOP in the role used by our payroll users. I can see that when I run the 941 report in PU19 it compiles report RPCTRSU0, so I understand where the need for S_DEVELOP come in. Our SAP security team is saying that S_DEVELOP carries too many risks to be included in an end user role. My question is this, is this compiling of the report every time we run the 941 or UI  the expected behavior of PU19? If so, is S_DEVELOP the correct Authorization object needed?
    Any guidance based on your own experience with this would be appreciated.

    The report is only compiled after  there's a change to the report (e.g. HRSP) once. After that, it should not re-compile. Therefore, I don't think end-user would need this authorization to run activities within tax reporter (PU19) once related reports are compiled.

    We are upgrading to ECC 6.0 When testing pu19 for 941, SUI  and multiple worksite reports,  I am getting PDF form error, whereas W2 works okay.
    Do you guys use Adobe. Is there any alternative if we don't go with Adobe files like Enterprise.

    How can i configure part 4 and part 5 for Form 941. I need to Print names and there information for Part4 and Part 5 on Form 941.

  • Error report form iTunes Store: Missing Nib File

    After having uploaded the .zip-file to the iTunes Store (update of an existing app), I got the following error-report from the iTunes store: Missing Nib File - The referenced nib file "MainWindow.nib" was not found in the application bundle. Is it possible that this error occurred while creating the app in the Adobe app builder or where do I have to look for this error? The first uploading of the original app worked without an error. What do you recommend me?

    I had a problem like my BAM's ADC service was not starting up. I could resolve the problem but once that was done, a new problem araised like this;
    All my reports and the Data objects were missing . I couldn't find anything in the Architect and the Viewer. All the users that were created were found missing in the 'login management' of the BAM administrator. I check out my BAM Schema,as you all know the default schema "Orabam". I could find all my dataobjects in the tables section.
    Can any one of you throw more light on it as to how would I get back my Data objects and reports??
    and Kindly tell me where exactly do these reports get saved....
    Any light on these will really be appreciated....

  • PU19 - Tax Reporter - W2 Simulation runs deletion from Log Manager

    Hi,
    We have used program rpctrdu0 to delete W2 simulation runs from PCL4 clusters. Now the question from the end user is why are the W2 simulation runs still showing up in the Log Manager in PU19? I am not even sure if we can delete the runs or records showing up in Log Manager.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    W-2 data (prod or simulation) are stored in cluster PCL4 whereas log manager info is stored in Temse. I guess Log Mananger is not meant to be stored permanently (i.e. can be deleted regularly while tax info still is in cluster).
    When you run RPCTRDU0 to delete W-2 info, only data in cluster is deleted, but Temse remains untouched (as probably SAP assumption would be Temse will be cleaned up routinely).
    For HR Temse, the lifetime is configured in feature 'TEMSE'. If the Temse deletion job is run routinely (we don't have it set up), it will delete out all Temse that have an expired date. The problem is if you run this, it will not just purge the log for w-2 simulation you deleted, but also those that already have expired date.
    What you can do is to identify the Temse files you want to delete, and manually delete through PU12.

    This is because you are not passing your taxes which you paid to the finance. The fix for this is to do manual adjustment. Go to utilities -> manual adjustment-> click on deposits , interests and penalities and adjust here. for eg
    fed 0001- put the amt to be adjusted.
    fed 0005 -put the amt to be adjusted
    fed 0006-put the amt to be adjusted
    after saving this runt he form againa nd see the result.

    In Programm: RFUSVB10
    Annual Tax Report(Belgium)----> on Tape paper
    After executing the output XML file which has the content with VAT no's :

    So i have total of 1430 VAT numbers displayed in this report in sequence.
    I want to Delete sequence number's 158 and 556 in the report,
    and adapt the other sequence numbers to this deletion and continous sequence has to come again .
    These two VAT entries hav to be deleted as problems occurs, when tring to upload the list via the authorities internet page.
    I would think that there are two ways of removing them permanently
    One is to change the program, and the other is to change the output.
    Can anyone check and suggest how to do this step by step.
    I will be very greatful for a quick solution on this .

  • Tax reporter  : PU19

    Hi All,
    Transaction code : PU19 - Quarterly Form 941
    When generating the 1st quarter (01.01.2011-31.03.2011) Form 941 ,we noticed that the taxable social security wages and tips as populated in Section 5a and 5b not generating the correct percentage.
    Section 5a and 5b reflecting taxable social security wages and tips  as x.124 (EE 6.2%+ER6.2%) but wef 01.01.2011 Social security wages and tips should change to x.104 (Employee portion 4.2 + Employer portion 6.2)/100.
    We did maintained V_T5Utx with tax authority FED and Tax type 03 (Employee Social Security Tax) and 04 (Employer Social Security Tax).
    Please suggest what else needs to maintain to get correct percentage for social security wages and tips  Section 5a and 5b not generating the correct percentage.

  • Tax Reporter (PU19):W-2 download format has additional lines and character

    Hey experts,
    when running tax reporter (PU19) and creating the magnetic file for our W2s, our file has additional lines and characters in the file when downloading it on our desktop.
    The following occurs: At the top of the file:
    01/20/2012                                  Dynamic List Display                                                                                1
    |TEMSE OUTPUT                                                                                |
    Each line has an additional | at the beginning and end.
    At the bottom we have an additional doted line:
    How can we get rid of these lines and additional characters?

    Thanks for the reply ,  for TAX form Group W2M1, W2M2, W2M3  , while configuring Evaluation of tax form
    the following items required to select
    Evaluation of tax forms (Employee info required)
    Time ranges , in which data will be stored
    Reporting of retro calculation
    Please let me know how to configure these evaluation forms ?? and Does  any wagetypes needed to be assigned to these tax form groups ??
    Note:
    The customers has to use manual entries options in PU19 and use the below TFG to populate the respective fields accordingly.
    W2M1 MW508-Employer Total Tax Exempt Credits
    W2M2 MW508-Overpayment to be credited
    W2M3 MW508-Overpayment to be refunded

  • Missing Tax Reports

    Hi everyone,
    The Tax Reports in the Financial Modules are not displaying. In one of my installation of SBO, (SBO 2007 A (8.00.175) PL 30) the Tax Reports are all ok, they are part of the main menu and if I select one of the report (for example: Withholding Tax Report) the selection criteria screen will be displayed and after i set my report parameters, the report will be generated.
    But in my other installation of SBO, (SBO 2007 A (8.00.176) PL 35), although the Tax Reports are part of the main menu, after I click any one of the reports, IT WILL NOT DISPLAY THE SELECTION CRITERIA. Is there a problem with the current version that I am using. I have already check the authorzations and form settings and my users are all fully authorized to use the reports.

  • US Withholding tax report for 1099M missing amount

    HI all,
      When i run the 1099M Listing using S_ALR_87012143 for year 2009 with clearing date of 1/1/09 to 12/31/09 for one vendor,
    it shows the cleared and open items TOTAL correctly.  This includes one document with posting date of 12/31/2008 and the clearing date is 1/6/2009.  The rest of the included documents are with 2009 posting dates and clearing dates.
       However, when i run the US: WIthholding tax report for 1099M for this vendor for 2009, although the clearing date is 1/1/09 to 12/31/09, it did not show the correct total.  It is missing the amount for one document with posting date of 12/31/2008 and clearing date of 1/6/2009.    Is there anyway i could get this missing amount to be included for the year 2009 ?
    The tax report is using:  S_PL0_09000314 ( RFW1099M ).
       Please advise.

  • 2011 New Form 941 Table entries missing

    Greetings,
    We have implemented note 1568184 but the new functionality appears in the existing 941 form.  The note says:  new forms are being released in the standard system - "The Form 941 Federal and Form 941-PR PDF layouts are being released in this Note, by means of the new forms HR_F_941_11 and HR_F941PR_11 respectively (available for release SAP ERP 6.0 and above).  We are on 6.04 and the new entries are not in the tables V_T5UX7 or V_T51T5 as indicated in the note.
    Has anyone else had this problem?  Or have input as to why the new forms are not listed in the tables as specified after applying the SYST and ZIP files?
