Purchased student CC but CC still says it's a free trial. How do I upgrade my account to purchased and not trial?

I'm a student with a verified account and I downloaded CC and Photoshop yesterday. The purchase has gone through and everything seems fine - except every time I open PS from the cloud it says I'm in a trial version with # days left. Why is my account not updating after my purchase?

I'd start with disabling Hardware Acceleration, as described in the video troubleshooting guide below:

If that solves the problem, make sure that your graphics drivers are current.
If it *still* happens with current drivers, please give us detailed information on the graphics card and driver, so that we can disable hardware acceleration on this configuration and start a conversation with the appropriate vendor.
The best way to get this information is to do the following (on Windows):
Open a command prompt
Type: dxdiag
Hit Enter
This should launch the DirectX Diagnostic Tool
Click Save All Information (or whatever that save button says).
Paste the contents into a reply here, or you can click Use Advanced Editor in the upper right of the reply window, and then attach the file using the link at the bottom right of the reply window.

I have created an Apple ID which has been verified but when I go to download a free app it reverts to an ols (alternate apple ID and not the one that has been verified. I do not know the password for the old Apple ID

How can I edit or delete the old (alternate) password and ensure that it only refers to the current Apple ID when requesting confirmation. Note the old Apple iD is a gmail account and I read somewhere that you can not edit or delete gmail or me.com apple IDs? Is this the case?

Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...

In the optional install items-Quick Time is not an option. I am on Leopard.
Then you either:
1) never had QT X installed and could not have deleted it since QT X is only installed on Snow Leopard (OS X v10.6), Lion (OS X v10.7), and Mountain Lion (OS X v10.8) systems or...
2) you are actually running Snow Leopard (OS X v10.6) and not Leopard (OS X v10.5) as you just stated.

HT1848 my ipod will not update. I have plugged it into itunes and authorizing the computer but, it still says that all of the purchased product has not been transfered.

We won't know until you try the procedure. The reset will not affect the content of the iPod.

Within this commonfiles\apple folder, there is only one folder, labeled "Internet Services." Within this folder, there are 6 folders, labeled:
APLZOD.resources
BookmarkDAV_client.resources
CoreDAV.resources
iCloud.resources
iCloudServices.resources
ShellStreams.resources
Within all but CoreDAV and BookmarkDAV_client, there are multiple different folders, all labeled starting with a two letter (acronym I believe, for different languages) then .lproj (for example, a folder is labeled "ar.lproj".
In each of the folders of APLZOD.resources, there is a file labeled "APLZODlocalized.dll."
In all of the folders containing the multiple .lproj folders, there are likewise "name"localized.dll files contained.
In the BookmarkDAV_client and Core DAV folders, they each contain only one file, "Info.plist"
I attempted to delete all of these files, and still, the FileAssassin could not delete them. I unlocked one of them for instance, and I tried to delete the file myself (thru windows explorer and just clicking delete), and I still had the same issue of coming eventually to the window requesting me to "try again" to have permission.
What can I do?? I'd like to avoid Unlocker, but if it really is a reliable and SAFE program, and someone knows a SAFE place to download it from, I'd appreciate it very much so!!

Thats the first thing I tried last night. And reinstalled just textEdit but no luck, then I deleted TextEdit and reinstalled it again and I was still getting the same message. Tried pacifist this morning again but this time I tried reinstalling the whole apps package half way through its says it cant reinstall due to multiple missing files.
Tried the repair option on the OS disc it says everything is fine

I am a bit ignorant when it comes to my iphone 4. Can somone help me delete saved text messages? I have tried to delete them one by one in my messages, but it still says that I have 2.3 saved messages. I just want to free up space on my phone.

There's no way to delete all message threads at one go. You can however do one contact thread at a time.
In Messages app where you see a list of messages from different contacts, tap Edit (top left), tap the red (on the left), then tap the red Delete button on the right.
