QA stock should goes automatically to block if expire

we have one requirement fisrt of all I want to explain our current snario ...
whenever expiry date reaches retest lot generated before 7 days ....if QA will not inspect it then the lot will be there even lot crosess expiry date . And if qa will inspect it after expiry date the stock will goes to Block stock . NOw in this if user will not inspect it then the lot will remains there for long duration .   So now we have one requirement that if QA will not isnpect it then stock automatically shifted to block after expiry date crossed without inspection ...
So please guide me for this .
Regds,
PreRna Verma .

Check 'Selected set code definition' for UD code at transaction QS51. (catalog type '3')
You can define 'posting proposal' and 'backgound processing' for each UD code, like as 'QI to unrestirct', 'QI to block'.
For example...
1) UD code 'A', posting proposal 'VMENGE01' (QI to unrestrict), backgound processing 'X'
2) Set UD code 'A' on selection screen & execute collective usage decision
3) Select insp. lot entry and choose 'UD (background)'
4) Automatically UD will be made and stock transfer will be done with UD code 'A' for selected insp. lot

  • Report where stock should be calculated after every movement

    Hello
I need to create a report where stock should be calculated after every movement (after every document)
    initial stock is 500
                    quantity     on going stock
    Doc 1         +100               600                          = 500 + 100
    Doc 2         - 200               400                          = 500 + 100 - 200
The non cumulative KF doesnt help in this case. What would you recommend to use?

create an DSO having time stamp as part of key and two key figures outgoing and incoming. This should provide you all the movement history.
    Hope it helps

  • Automatic payment block for purchase orders with no GR

Hi all, we have this issue. We would have an automatic payment block for all the PO's that have the 2-way match (no GR set)
All these PO's in our company have an account assignement (that could be a cost center or a WBS element).
The important is that all these PO's after inserted in the MIRO transaction should have the payment block set automatically Thanks for any precious help

    Hi !
you can set it in the vendor master record on screen 'Payment transactions Accounting'
For your information reffering to the IV process, payment block and payment method is derived from
payment term instead of vendor master. Please check with OBB8, " pmnt
    block/ pmnt method default".
For more information about this, please refer to the notes 322430
    and 177224.
If the vendor is blocked, automatic payment program (F110) will not
pay the vendor during the payment run. You can find more information in
F1 help of "payment block" field in master data (LFB1-ZAHLS).
MIRO is strictly PO-bases, the payment terms are copied from the PO
rather than from the vendor master. The business reason is, that the PO
represents the contract between vendor and customer including the terms
    of payment.

  • Sales order stock should post in unrestrcited use stock

    Hi
We have MTO and MTS both scenario. Now, for SFG materials we produce through CIR in MD81. Hence, the planned order -> process orders are generated after MRP run has reference of sales order.
Our all SFG products are Auto Goods receipt through COR6N T-code. But, our scenario is for these CIR requirement all process orders stock goes to sales order stock. We can't use these sales order stocks in MTS or, other MTO FGs.
Hence, we want whenever process order confirmation we execute in COR6N, the stock should not be posted through 101E and later we are doing 411E. Rather we want in COR6N the stock should go to unrestricted use stock.
What are all config settings or, processes are there to satisfy our requirement. Also, what can be negative impact for that.
    Please suggest.
    Thanks,
    Susanta

If the need is to build SFG stock as unrestricted stock, then why are you placing CIR & planning them in sales order segment?
Place PIR via MD61 for this SFG, then demand will be in plant level & the supply proposal which is generated will also be anonymous. Once you post GR for the supply proposal it will be 101.
If you do not sell your SFG, then maintain stg. grp as 70, if you sell at SFG level as well, then work with stg. grp 40. Maintain indiv / coll indicator as 2.
Do a test in your sandbox & if it meets your need adopt in PRD.

  • MIRO Invoice Goes to Payment Block

    Hi
Posting the MIRO document by default goes to Payment Block.
No price difference or error/ Checked Vendor master/Price difference percentage settings.
How to make remove the Default payment block settings ? Other than above any other settings?
    Appreciated any advise
    Rgds

    Hi
Check the Blocking Settings for Schotastic block under Logistics Invoice Verification. Further also check, in your payment terms, if the automatic block setting is maintained due to which the invoices are getting blocked automatically.

  • Automatic delivery block to be reduced - Credit management?

    Hi All,
I was asked by a user to change automatic delivery block from 60 days to 30 days for a given credit control area. On further talks with the user, she gave an example where a customer had overdues for more than 60 days and hence went on a block.
After my analysis, i found in OVA8 the following 3 credit check conditions:
    1) Static check
    2) Open item check (Max%=50, Days = 60)
    3) Oldest open item check (90days)
Also for unchecked documents area on top right of OVA8, the deviation mentioned was 20% and No,of days=60 days.
My quesiton, is which of these settings will I have to change to get the automatic delivery block to 30 days from 60 days? Is it point no.2?
I also want to know which credit check condition was triggered for the customer to go into a credit block and what date the customer went into a block.
    Thanks,
    Tejas

    Hi
you can check in VKM1, which type of credit check was trigerred, there are fields like STAT, DYNA, OILT, OpIT
First find out due to which your document was blocked, it seems it is open items, if you read open items you will find
Credit check against overdue open items
Specifies whether the system carries out a credit check based on open
        items.
    Use
This type of credit check works in conjunction with two values that you
        specify in the adjacent fields:
o   Maximum % of overdue items in open items
o   Number of days which the open items are overdue
The proportion of overdue open items (that exceed the specified number
of days) in the total of open items should not exceed the percentage
        specified.
so in your case items which exceeded 60 days (overdue) should not exceed 50% of all open items. This should have been triggered.
Now if you want to have credit block for all items which are above 30 days than you should use Oldest Open Items and change it to 30 days

  • Reservations should happen automatically at proper time

a customer enters the website and orders some thing which he/she wants after 2 months , now i have these items in stock so i want this order to be lying in booked status but do not want to reserve inventory as this is not urgent , but then i want after some time when the delivery date of the customer is approaching then reservations should happen automatically at proper time . how this is possible ?

You can use the OM: Reservation Time Fence profile.
Set it to say 14 days.
And then schedule the Reserve Orders program to run say every 1 hour. When you schedule this program, make sure that the Use Reservation time fence parameter is Yes.
This way, when the program reserves orders to inventory, it will process only those orders that have a scheduled ship date in the next 14 days.
It won't process those orders which are out in the future.
    Hope this helps,

  • Stock confirmed inspite of "Delivery block"

    Hi,
User has manually set the delivery block at schedule line in the sale order.
But still the stock gets confirmed to that sales order.
Desired result is - for SO's with delivery block, no stock should be confirmed so that that stock can be used for the other customers.
Tried using the "conf. block" in config in Sales -> Basic functions -> Availability chk -> Transfer of reqt -> Qty block -> Scope.
    Any clue ?

    Hi Jeff,
You are correct. SAP documentation also says the same thing. Below is the note from SAP Help.
    Dependencies:
'If you enter the delivery block at header level, the system transfers the desired delivery quantity for all schedule lines in the requirement. The confirmed quantity is deleted. This function is not available when you enter the delivery block at schedule line level.'.
So the delivery block at Schedule line level will not work the way we want it to work.
So to achieve the functionality of blocking quantity confirmation at item level/schedule line level, we will have to depend on something else.
If user is allowed to change schedule line category manually, that is a good option. Configure two different schedule line categories, one with transfer of requirements and ATP check, another one without these.
Another option is using 'reason for rejection' code at item level. But not sure it may conflict with some other business requirements.
    Regards
    Anil

  • Sales Order Confirmation when sales order goes for Credit Block

want Sales Order to be Confirmed , i e Schedule line Confirmation , when sales order goes for Credit Block
    How i can Achieve this?
Even when set for Sales Document typpe credit check as 'D' and credit group as ;03; ie at Goods Issue still order is not getting confirmed.

I am not sure, why you want schedule line to be confirmed for credit blocked sales orders. Re-confirm with the client.
There are controls when defining delivery blocks.
Goto IMG - Log.Execution-Shipping - Deliveries- Define delivery blocks( check menu path in system, may not be same as shown here).
Select 01- credit block " untick" from "Confirmation" Column.
Now test with & see how ti works.

  • Automatically cr. block Sales Order once they reach within the Cr. Horizon

How to automatically credit block Sales order made outside the Cr. Horizon, once they reach into the Cr. horizon.
I have tried testing the same through Program RVKRED08, but it works for some orders if the Cr. horizon is maintained for 60days.
But does not block if the Cr. horizon is maintained for 30days.
    Thanks in Advance

if you specify horizon date, the system consider al the values
which falls under this date. the system will not take into account if the values fall after the horizon date.
EX: if you specify horizon date 2 months. Then system consider the open values which falls with in two months. if
the value fall after the two months, the system ill not take into account.
If your horizion date is 30 days and shcedule line date is in 30 days, system will check credit managemnt and blocks or unblocks.
