Query on Sales Document Condition (2LIS_11_VAKON)

Hello Gurus,
I want to report on sales order conditions. Hence I have used 2LIS_11_VAKON. But I m unable to find
KNUMV(Number of the document condition) and
KPOSN(Condition item number) in the datasource. Because of this my records "transfered" and "added" do not match. that is obvious since in the key fields, i cannot add the above mentioned fields.
I am on version 3.1 and 3.2 add on
In R3 my PI_BASIS
PI_BASIS;2005_1_620;0003;SAPKIPYJ53;PI_BASIS 2005_1_620
and in BW
PI_BASIS;2005_1_620;0003;SAPKIPYJ53;PI_BASIS 2005_1_620

Hi BW,
Did u maintain extract structure? if you check in the right panel of the extract struct you will find it just transfer that to the left panel and confirm your entries. If you dont find it in the right panel it must be available in the  left already.
After confirming do the setup table.

    In the condition table I currently have the following fields - Sales org/Dist channel/Sales doc type/Order reason/User.
    The field User is Created By VBAK-ERNAM. I want to change this to display the name of theperson that last modified the document. What field is this? CDHDR-USERNAME maybe?
    And more importantly how do I go about making the change?
    Would you recommend creating a new condition table?

    1.Delete the condition table from the access sequence :
    SPRO-IMG-Sales &dist->Basic functions->Output Control>Out put determinationMaintain Output detrmination for   sales documents---Maintain Access sequence
    2.Then go to the condition table and delte the ERNAM  and add the AENAM  and generate .
    SPRO-IMG-Sales &dist->Basic functions->Output Control>Out put determinationMaintain Output detrmination  for sales documents---maintain condition table
    3.Same condition table assign to the access sequence  then access sequence will be assigned to out put type condition type
    SPRO-IMG-Sales &dist->Basic functions->Output Control>Out put determinationMaintain Output detrmination  for sales documents---Maintain output types.
    4.Assign the out put type to the partner function
    SPRO-IMG-Sales &dist->Basic functions->Output Control>Out put determinationMaintain Output detrmination  for sales documents---Assign Output type to partner functions
    5.Maintain the Out put type in out put determination procedure
    SPRO-IMG-Sales &dist->Basic functions->Output Control>Out put determinationMaintain Output detrmination  for sales documents---Maintain Output determination procedures
    6.Assign out put determination procedure  to the sales document type and item categoiry

    Is completed Sales document same as sales document after billing ?

    Dear Colleagues,
    Thanks for the answers.
    Your answers gave me an idea about the flow but i am still unclear about how to reach my requirement. My requirement is to list all the sales orders within a rebate agreement after billing. To be able to code this, i need some transactions/reports which lead to a step from which i get get to the end result(my requirement). After analysing the steps, i can make out if there are any function modules to use or the set of tables that i need to access if i have to write from scratch.
    Based on your answers here are my conclusions:
    1. Sales docs go to billing and from there they are posted to FI.
    2. rebate agreements come before the process of billing.
    I ran VF05 and saw that some of the documents are "Posted IN FI". Now i have the below questions:
    1) Can i consider that "Posted in FI" means "sales documents after billing" ? If no, then how to do that ?
    2) Is there any transaction which lists all the sales order under "rebate agreement" ?

  • User exit to copy Manual pricing conditions with in sales documents

    Hi all,
    I have a situation where i have to copy the manual pricing conditions from inquiry to quotation.
    Problem: From VA21 when I try to do the same using the tab "create with reference" the document is being copied but the manually set pricing condition in the inquiry is not being copied into quotation. This is because in the copy controls the pricing type is set to 'B' which means "carry out new pricing". I can change it to 'C' or 'D' so that it copies manual pricing but i am not allowed to do so because other sales orgs in the company has a problem if i do so. Only our perticular sales org needs this config. I cannot even create another item catogory specific to this plant because it is against the rules of the company. So I am looking for a user exit in which i can change this pricing type during runtime so that i can plug in some code specific to this sales org to copy manual pricing. I have found one from the SAP note 24832 (MV61AFZA). It doesn't work as i think its obsolte. Can anyone suggest me a better way of solving this issue. Any quick response is appreciated.

  • Change the condition type based on sales document type

    Dear ALL,
    I have created a condition Zxxx which is a fixed calculation type for the documents created by the upload from external tool to SAP.  I created this condition because external tool is using a 15 place decimal which SAP doesn't allow and if the normal condition type Zyyy is used SAP calculates once in SAP and there are rounding issues.  What the Zxxx condition type does is accept whatever value is sent up from external tool to SAP, regardless of the quantity.  The problem is that whenever they create a credit with reference, in SAP and they want to do a partial credit, the Zxxx doesn't take the partial quantity into consideration and doesn't change the value. 
    Is there a way to force SAP to change the condition type from Zxxx to Zyyy based on sales document type without recalculating the whole document because that would again, cause rounding issues.  We would need to have the calculation done only on quantities changed in the credit memo request .
    please advice me. your inputs are highly appreciated.

  • Condition maintained at Hierarchy not appearing in Sales document

    Hi
    We have a Condition for Discount, maintained for key combination "Sales area/Customer/ Product hierarchy".
    There are two condition records maintained for the above key combination.
    1 - Sales area/Customer/ Product hierarchy/group/ subgroup
    2 - Sales area/Customer/ Product hierarchy/ group
    In Access sequance of this condition, subgroup has priority 1 and group has priority 2.
    In condition record for the first combination (Sales area/Customer/ Product hierarchy/group/subgroup)has 'deletion indicator' checked.
    Condtion record found by the system in sales document pricing is the first combination which has 'deletion indicator' and condition record for second combination which is also maintained is IGNORED  So in the pricing the condtion is not appearing.
    Please let us know if this is standard SAP functionality or a defect.

    You  have a Condition for Discount, key combination "Sales area/Customer/ Product hierarchy".
    According to what i perceive
    1 - Sales area/Customer/ Product hierarchy/group/ subgroup - Delete indicator is activated which means the value for this ondition record will not be displayed.
    2 - Sales area/Customer/ Product hierarchy/ group is ignored
    If it is so, check by double clicking item details screeen --> Conditions tab --> and Click Analysis Tab then choose the condition type then in right side of the screen you can see the details.
    Inform us what details it is posting, if value is showing or not showing, also check whether you have mainatined condition type as Manual.. Check it....

    Hi Mahesh,
    You can use the condition supplements to automate the header condition.   Please note that the condtion supplement procedure should consist of the Header condtion types. 
    Lets assume that you want to automate HB00 and RB00.  Then for PR00, you should assign condition supplements procedure PR0000.  This procedure should carry HB00 and RB00.  Then while maintaining condition record for PR00, click condtion supplements and maintain rate for HB00 and RB00 as well. 
    Once you create order, you can see HB00 and RB00 getting picked up automatically.

  • Service or Discount Condition to get printed in Sales Document.

    Today we use materials and services during the sales orders creation, but the services go directly to billing without passing by the delivery document. We are offering a $3.50 USD Coupon to the Customers and I want to see it printed in the Sales Order when the sales is completed. I tried creating a Condition a header level, it works and I can automate the discount during the price determination, etc. But it doesn't get printed in the Customer Document.
    How Can I get this discount printed in the sales document using either a Service and/or a Condition?

    In V/08 pricing procedure maintain the printing indicator to print. If you allready maintain that indicator for your condition type then check with the ABAPer for the same.

  • Need a BAPI to modify sales document (Inquiry) header conditions

    I need a bapi to modify header conditions on an Inquiry sales document.  BAPI_CUSTOMERINQUIRY_CHANGE has the appropriate condition and conditionx tables. However, according to the documentation: "Although the BAPI interface is supplied for the condition to be changed, the system does not return the required result and/or the pricing result is inconsistent. Currently, the change of condition lines in existing documents via the BAPIs provided by SAP is not implemented."

  • Conditions of sales document

    Hello everybody,
    I have two exclusive conditions types:
    ZTGE and ZTC
    ZTGE transfers its value to subtotal E (xworke)
    ZTC transfers its value to subtotal D (xworkd)
    For material M1 ZTGE is determined:
    ZTGE - 1,05
    For material M2 ZTC1 is determined and ZTGE is marked and inactive:
    ZTGE - 1,6  (inactive due to exclusion)
    ZTC -  1,5
    The problem appears in the pricing conditions of the header data of the sales document:
    ZTGE - 1,05
    ZTGE - 1,5   (inactive)
    ZTC - 1,5
    In this case xworke = 1,05 + 1,5 = 2,55.
    I'd want xworke to be 1,05!!!!
    How can I avoid the value of an inactive condition being transferred to a subtotal?

    Dear Alberto,
    You can transfer an inactive condition to a subtototal by making it statistical.
    Just make the statistical tab effective in the pricing procedure and you will be able to do that.

    You can use the t.code SHD0, choose your transaction variant here, further choose your screen variant.
    Next select your screen variant and in the Menu bar select Variant> change with processing>Make repairs in foreign namespaces only if they are urgent> Continue(Enter)>again 'enter'>Object can only be created in SAP package>continue(enter)> Exit and save >This variant contains other screens, adopt these as well?>enter>enter> scroll down to the entry make the necessary changes and save.
    The system will prompt to assign a package and request enter the necessary values.
    Your issue is sorted!!
    And further to your query for minimum price PMIN refer to my answer, you will not have to maintain any condition record or the price entered here does not reflect in any other document.

  • Problem with Delivery, Sales and Conditions cubes

    I will be thankful to you all if you can send a reply ASAP as I need the solution immediately . I have 2 Questions:
    No.1:
    I am developing Delivery, Sales and Conditions cubes. I am using 2LIS_11_VAITM data source for Sales, 2LIS_12_VCITM for Delivery, and 2LIS_11_VAKON for Conditions. Here I have a problem. I am putting the 3 Cubes in a Multiprovider. I am planning to use 0DOC_NUMBER (Sales Document number) to combine these 3 cubes in a Multiprovider. 0DOC_NUMBER is mapped to VBELN field for Sales and Conditions cubes. But I have mapped VBELN to 0DELIV_NUMB in Delivery Cube. But I need a 0DOC_NUMBER in the Delivery cube as well inorder to join the 3 cubes in a Multiprovider. Can I use field VBELV(Originating document) from the Delivery Data source, 2LIS_12_VCITM, and map it to 0DOC_NUMBER? Will VBELV give me the same data as VBELN? Or should I map VBELN from Delivery datasource to 0DOC_NUMBER in the Delivery cube and not include 0DELIV_NUMB in the cube? Or Is there any other way to do this? We are using BW 3.5.    
    No.2:
    My second Question is that in the Conditions cube, should I need to create different Key figures to store the Condition values for different Condition types or is one Key figure is sufficient to store the condition values for different condition types? We have 4 condition types.

    IF you are developing your own cubes and using the standard infosources you can include sales order number in 2lis_12_vcitm. Just check if sales order number is preosent in 2lis_12_vcitm. if present you can map that to 0doc_number and then load it the cube.
    2. As there are no condition type present in sales and delivery, you will not get the data in the report based on multiprovider. If you want only condition types data then you can directly write a report on condition cube.
    it completely depends on how you design your multiprovider.

    When allocates the Output Determination Procedure to Sales doc header (IMG->SD->Basic Functions ->Output Control->Output Determination Using the Condition Technique->Maintain Output Determination for Sales Documents->Assign Output Determination Procedures)
    There is a field called "Output type(with all the output type defined)" and i wonder the utility of this field here during assignement of a Output Determination Procedure to Sales document header.
    Someone could tell me the use of this field here?

  • Finding a Billing Document condition amount is positive or negative

    Hi,
    I have the below scenario:
    User will query the Billing Documents on the condition type(ex: YABC) and then display the Condition Value and Condition Base Value of the codition type as a report.
    And user has an option to summarize the values based on the Ship-to, in this case user wants to sum up the Billing Documents and see the Balance. When adding up the values it should treat the Condition Value and Condition Base values differently for Billing Documents and cancelled Billing documents. i.e., for Billing documents that are cancelled the value should be treated as + and for the Billing documents that are not cancelled it should treat as -.
    We can't depend on the document types or document category as there is no restriction for the report on these. My report may have Invoice, Credit Memo, Debit Memo, Cancelled invoice, etc. So I can't check each document type and determine the sign of the amount.
    Is there any way that we can identify the values on a condition record is credit or debit?
    Could anyone please let me know.

    Hi,
    If you want to identify a specific condition, then you can check the condition Type in SPRO. It says whether it has + or - effect.

    Sales and Distribution /  Basic Functions/ Pricing / Pricing Control / Define Condition Types / Maintain Condition Types
    Go in to your condition type, you can see + or -  value.

  • Query for Sales Order Analysis

    Dear Experts
    I have written a Query for Sales Order Analysis and would like to have help on this.
    The query is used for generating daily report for Sales Order on number of documents (Sales Order), total amount of sales orders and total GP of Sales Order. The query is written as below:
    SELECT T0.[DocNum], SUM(T0.DocTotal) AS 'Total', SUM(T0.U_Total_GP) AS 'Total GP'
    FROM ORDR T0 WHERE T0.[DocDate] =[%0] GROUP BY T0.[DocNum] ORDER BY T0.[DocNum]
    where U_Total_GP is a UDF for storing the GP of each order.
    After executing the query, a selection criteria of date appears and after a date is selected, the report shown information required. However, the query does not calculate column total for total amount and total GP. Although I know the total for each column can be displayed by pressing "Ctrl" + Click on the column title, it would have to be done from time to time.
    Therefore, I would like to modify my query in order to calculate the column totals when executed. Are there any suggestions for this?
