Query to list customers by BP code

Hello experts,
I need your help in pulling the customers list from SAP based on BP code.I was able to get the entire list but I need a filter where I can only pull retail customers.the BP code for retail customers begin with the 'C' and is followed by 5-6 digits.See below
SELECT T0.[CardCode], T0.[CardName], T0.[Phone1], T0.[CntctPrsn], T0.[E_Mail], T1.[Address], T1.[Street], T1.[Block], T1.[ZipCode], T1.[City], T1.[Country], T1.[State] FROM OCRD T0  INNER JOIN CRD1 T1 ON T0.CardCode = T1.CardCode WHERE T1.[CardCode] ='C00018'
Thanks

Hi Sheena.....
Try this......
SELECT T0.CardCode, T0.CardName, T0.Phone1, T0.E_Mail, T1.Address, T1.Street,
T1.Block, T1.ZipCode, T1.Country, T1.State FROM OCRD T0 INNER JOIN CRD1 T1
ON T0.CardCode = T1.CardCode WHERE T1.CardCode Like 'C%%'
and Len(T1.CardCode) in (5,6) And T1.AdresType = 'B' AND T0.CardType = 'C'
If you see in your query carefully you have mistakenly put Comma after (5,6) which is wrong syntax for Where clause.......

Rahul

  • ABAP Query, To list both, the PO created and PO modified for a given period

    Hi
    I want to create a query that list the purchasing orders created or modified during a given period. however, the creation date and the modification date are two different fields stored in differents tables.
    if I have these two fields in the selection creteria screen, the relationship between them will be the operator AND. so this will not enable me to have the information targeted.
    My quetion, is there a possibility to have the Operator OR in the first selection creteria screen , between these 2 fields.?
    the tables are:
    for the creation EKKO
    for the change :
    MECDGRID
    CDHDR Change document header
    CDPOS Change document items
    thanks

    Hello,
    Fetch data from EKKO and do a for all entries on the table CDHDR on the field OBJECTID and EBELN and t-code = ME21N OR ME21 ETC.
    Similarly between CDHDR and CDPOS tables based on objectid`s.
    Hope this helps you in solving your problem!

  • Big Troubles on designing Query about special customers' counting

    Hello buddies:
    I meet a problem on designing Query about special customers' counting. Let me describe the requirment first.  I want to create a query with BEX , and there is a key figure with very special logic.
    That is: to list the counts of the customers which has more than one sales records in a time period from sales data.
    For example :
    when the user excute the query , he or she must input a time period ( 2007.01~2007.03 e.g)
    then the query output as follow:
    District          Cust-sount
    North-Zone       100
    South-Zone      120
    The Main trouble are :
    1. Threr are no document number in the detail of sales data document records. so I could not count the sales times with document number.
    2. The time period is not fixed value, it depends on the user's input, so I can not define the counting logic in the update rule or in the query with fixed time period.
    Anybody who met similar requirement pls show me your hand and give your solutions, thanks very much.
    Jason

    Hi,
        Your solution sounds a good way to count the distinct customers. but in my case, one salse line item must not be recognize as one sales record, instead,  one customer's all sales line items occurs in one day must be  recognize as one sales record ( or we say that one sales behavior).
    for example:
    customer     product    quantity   date
    cust001       prod001        10       2007.06.06
    cust001       prod002        20       2007.06.06
    the two line items above means one sales record for the customer "cust001".
    so I could not simply use the CKF : (( Counter ) *FV2 ) > 1 .

    Jason

    I have more than 500 tables in my database.
    'insert_date' & update_date column is found in more
    than 100 tables with data type as date.
    I need a query to list all table names and
    'insert_date' column's content.What do you mean by "column's content". A table can have many rows. Do you want to display all the distinct value for these columns?
    Below is the query to get the tables which has columns insert_Date and update_date
    select table_name
    from user_tab_columns
    where column_name ='INSERT_DATE'
    or column_name ='UPDATE_DATE'
    /You can write a PL/SQL block to retrive the distinct values of INSERT_DATE for these tables
    declare
    TYPE ref_cur IS REF CURSOR;
    insert_date_cur ref_cur;
    lv_insert_date DATE;
    cursor tables_list IS
    select table_name
    from user_tab_columns
    where column_name ='INSERT_DATE';
    begin
    for cur_tables in tables_list
    loop
      OPEN insert_date_cur for 'SELECT DISTINCT insert_date from '||cur_tables.table_name;
      DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE(cur_tables.table_name);
      DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('--------------------------------');
      LOOP
      FETCH insert_date_cur into lv_insert_date;
      EXIT WHEN insert_date_cur%NOTFOUND;
      DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE(lv_insert_date);
      END LOOP;
    CLOSE insert_date_cur;
    end loop;
    end;I haven't tested this code. There might be some errors. Just posted something to start with for you.

    Hi, do you know how to make a query to list out Journal voucher that hasn't been posted?
    By what code name identify that?
    Thanks.

    jack,
    there is no link with OBTD to OJDT and JDT1.
    voucher number in obdt is different,
    after posting voucher is saved as journal entry seperate
    number is generated.
    you can link OACT,OCRD WITH OJDT,JDT1.

  • An EUL query to list out All the Columns  (Fileds) for each Workbook

    Hi,
    I'm using Discoverer 10.1.2.2 on an Oracle 9.2.0.6.
    Does anyone have the EUL query that lists out all the names of Workbook/Worksheets and the names of their fields/columns. I would greatly appreciate it.
    Thanks

    Hi
    While it is not possible to read the workbook itself, whenever Discoverer runs a worksheet so long as you have enabled the gathering of statistics then a row is written to the EUL5_QPP_STATS table. In that table the column called DOC_NAME is the workbook, the column called DOC_DETAILS is the worksheet, with the CREATED_DATE being the date the worksheet was run. There are other encrypted columns in that table that contain the EUL items that were queried.
    Look at this code:
    SELECT
    QS.QS_DOC_OWNER    USER_NAME,
    QS.QS_DOC_NAME     WORKBOOK,
    QS.QS_DOC_DETAILS  WORKSHEET,
    TRUNC(QS.QS_CREATED_DATE) DOC_DATE,
    *(LENGTH(TO_CHAR(EUL5_GET_ITEM_NAME(QS.QS_ID)))+1)/9 ITEMS,*
    EUL5_GET_ITEM(SUBSTR(EUL5_GET_ITEM_NAME(QS.QS_ID),1,  6)) ITEM1,
    EUL5_GET_ITEM(SUBSTR(EUL5_GET_ITEM_NAME(QS.QS_ID),10, 6)) ITEM2,

    AND QS.QS_CREATED_DATE > '01-JAN-2009';
    In order to run this you must have run the EUL5.SQL when connected as the owner of the EUL. This script can be found in the $ORACLE_HOME\Discoverer\Util folder of the machine where the Discoverer Administrator tool is installed.
    Try it out for yourself and you will see how it works.

  • SQL query to list all collections, members, OS, SP, IP and if physical/virtual

    Hi guys, I have the below query which lists all the collections and their members, however I need to expand it to also include the OS, Service Pack, IP and if it's a physical or virtual machine.

  • Howto handle persistence API query result list

    Hello.
    I need some advice on how to handle a persistence API query result List since the Object variable returned by the "list.get(i)" method cannot be cast to an EntityClass declared by the EntityClassManager.
    The piece of code below might help you understand my exact problem.
    EntityManagerFactory emf = Persistence.createEntityManagerFactory("SporTakipPU");
    EntityManager em = (EntityManager) emf.createEntityManager();
    Query q1 = em.createQuery( "SELECT d.id, d.date, c.name, c.sirname FROM Log d, Kisi c WHERE d.id = :id AND c.id = :id" );
    q1.setParameter( "id", argument );
    List logList = q1.getResultList();
    Log log = (Log) logList.get(1);
    In this code i cannot cast Object to Log in the last line. Apparently this has something to do with the query.
    Trying to solve this problem i declared two private string variables name and sirname and their set and get methods but this didn't help.
    Thanks...

    Movement type 342 O is not listing in MB1b T.code, hw to make it active. i need to transfer post the materials to vendor.

    Hi,
    If it is not listed in the MB1B transaction then there is a very good reason and so just adding it is not going to work.
    342 is the transfer from restricted to unrestricted and so is related to batches. The O you mention indicates stock with subcontractor. Do you actually mean 342 and not 542?
    If you DO mean 342 then you should not try to do this via MB1B you have to use the correct process and do this via the batch functions.

  • XSQL-007 and list of XSQL error codes.

    I have a situation where I need to replay a request if I cannot acquire a database connection, and to not replay a request otherwise. Is the XSQL-007 code the only code that deals with database connections?
    XSQL-007: Cannot acquire a database connection to process page.
    Do you have a published list of XSQL codes? Is there a method in java code to generate the full list of XSQL codes? For example to get a list of database error codes, one can in PL/SQL use:
    set serveroutput on size 2000

    dbms_output.put_line ( sqlerrm(-i) ) ;

    Hi,
    You could monitor the SMSProv.log when you check the category of an application. It shows that SQL query the SCCM provider used is related to function fn_ListCategoryInstances.

  • Query to find customers who have not purchased anything

    I have a query to find customers who have purchased what we call consumables (using item property) over a given period:
    SELECT T0.CardCode, T0.CardName, T0.DocDate, T0.DocTotal, T1.ItemCode, T1.Dscription,T1.quantity, T2.ItmsGrpNam

    WHERE T0.DocDate BETWEEN '[%0]' AND '[%1]' AND T1.ItemCode like '2ssy%' AND  T2.ItmsGrpNam = 'consumable'
    I have another to show customers who have a particular type of equipment:
    SELECT T0.manufSN,T0.itemName,  T3.Name, T2.Address, T2.Street, T2.Block, T2.City, T2.County, T2.ZipCode
    FROM OINS T0 INNER JOIN OCRD T1 ON T0.customer = T1.CardCode INNER JOIN CRD1 T2 ON T1.CardCode = T2.CardCode Inner Join OCPR T3 ON T0.ContactCod = T3.CntctCode
    WHERE T0.manufSN like 'P%' AND T2.AdresType= 'S'
    What I would like is to find those customers who have this equipment (query 2) but who have NOT purchased and consumables in say the last year.
    I have tried using Excel by finding duplicates and taking those in query 1 from those in query 2 but it's very messy.
    Has anyone done anything like this or got any good ideas?
    Thanks

    Hi Ralph,
    Well, I enjoy teaching, so let's start at the beginning.  SQL is a fairly full-featured language, and it supports recursion and nesting.  That's why the books online often describe elements of the SQL statements as "expression" - it may be more than a field or a simple function occurring there.  Nesting is the little puppy we used here.
    Now, in your first post, you said:  "What I would like is to find those customers who have this equipment (query 2) but who have NOT purchased and consumables (query 1) in say the last year."
    So, our common point between the two queries is the customer, the CardCode.  That's what this part does:  F0.CardCode = T0.Customer.  In my internal convention, I used F for Filter.  So we only want the results in the filter where the CardCode matches the CardCode/Customer from the main query tables.  It's the sole contact point between the two queries.
    You also said you wanted only the items where they had purchased no consumables, which basically translates into: a count of the records equals 0.  Now, since all we're interested in from the second query, the consumables query is how many records we returned, we get rid of all the columns except for one that we apply a COUNT to.  After that, it's a simple criteria:  the result of the second query has to equal 0.  This is how the criteria looks after you take out all the details and put only the important brackets in:  (SELECT COUNT...FROM...WHERE...) = 0.
    This might be confusing at first, because most of the time we return recordsets from queries, but a standard feature of SQL is to return a value of any data type if the query returns a single row and a single column.  This wouldn't work at all if we had more than one column in our nested query (or would require lots of tweaking), and although it returns a number of results in the complete process of the whole SQL statement, it only returns one result for each row.

    IdA       IdA(Lookup

    This is one to mane relation and there can be multiple values of IdB for IbA Can anyone help in this.

    It would be a complex query if use either LINQ or CAML but search service will be a good option to utilize.  You can define your Managed Properties in Search Service Application and then query these lists.
