Question: How to create a text that scrolls on touch imputs

Question

I'm realy new to anything dealing with flash. I'm trying to make an app that contains alot of information under several different sub catagories. i dont want a simple page app where you do the ( next ) page button. I want the app to scroll the text up and down based on touch gestures. The problem is with my lack of experience with flash I don't know the codes that i should use to achieve this concept.
if some one could show me a code that would work for this i would be greatly appriciative.
Again I'm looking for a code that I can apply to a text box that will allow for it to be scrolled up and down using a touch gesture. The action snipets that i have been using for most everyting els dosn't seem to have a touch gesture that is complete enough for me to use in this way.
