Questioning the recent bill

We have been going back and forth on our Bill. Per ticket # [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.] it was confirmed that a charge was made incorrectly. The charge was for the the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 plus the tablet. This was returned back through Certified mail on April 6, 2015 through Smart Label Return. It was confirmed that the returned merchandise was received by AT&T on April 23, 2015.
At that time AT&T confirmed the billing error of the charge and noted on our account through ticket *** that the amount of $987.90 was going to be credited to our account within 7 to 10 business days. On June 23rd AT&T called us that the charge had been reversed and credited into our account, that they were sorry for any inconviences this must have caused.
I don't know if the billing has crossed from one department to another but again the billing has picked up the charge all over again of the confirmed returned merchandise. We just want this to be cleared so we can resume paying our bill accordingly.We have had service with AT&T over 7 plus years and have never had any issues, whatever needs to be done to resolve this billing error will greatly be appreciated so we can continue with the great service.

    If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
    e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
    or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
    When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 .   • Where have the CSV bill reports gone?

    I download my quarterly bill in CSV format as some calls are claimed back from an employer.  Since the change of the website I cannot find where the CSV download option has gone to.  Can someone please direct me to it?

    CSV files are available for the calls on the current bill only. To get to it:
    - View your most recent bill;
    - Click on ‘What you used’ on the navigation menu on the left of the page;
    - Scroll down to the bottom of the page where the text link (‘Download Data’) is for the CSV file;
    - Click on the text link to start the CSV download.

    In a strange turn of events this week, some consumers are upset now because as of Wednesday (Sept. 5) Apple lowered the retail price of their iPhone by $200. The 8GB iPhone is now $400 rather than $600. Customers raised such an outcry that Steve Jobs has published an open letter in response.
    Apple and other companies are continually coming out with new products that usually offer more speed, more storage, more features, and cost less than previous models. Nobody has ever complained -- until now. Why haven't people complained in the past when Apple has had significant price drops and major upgrades on their other products? There wasn't a revolt then. There were no mobs of angry customers demanding rebates.
    My first CD drive was a 2X speed external drive that required a special interface card in the computer. It cost $1,200 and today better drives are available for about $30. My first scanner was a very slow and big unit costing over $1,000. Today, better scanners are available for under $100. My first computer cost more than $2,000 and had a 20MB hard drive. With 8GB of storage, the iPhone should cost about $800,000. So, $600 didn’t seem too expensive.
    I bought my iPhone for $600 knowing that by next year they would probably drop to about $300 or $400. I didn't think there would be a mid-year drop, but so what. I knew the trajectory of technology progress would mean that a better phone will be available in 6 to 9 months at probably a lower price -- more apps, faster, more features, more memory. It's a given. You buy something this month. Next month it will be obsolete. That's just the way it is. Perhaps Apple should put a disclaimer on their website stating: "Warning: Our products will increasingly become faster, cooler, more innovative, and offer greater value for the dollar as time goes on. Get used to it."
    Apple is progressing so quickly now, beyond any other technology innovation company, that this kind of thing is likely to happen again in the future with some other product of theirs. Are people going to complain each time? Must the company give out rebates each time? This all seems so silly. It’s no longer possible to compare Apple to other companies with regard to their ability to implement product improvements. It’s like dog years versus human years. Two months in Apple’s world of product development is equal to about 6 to 9 months for most manufacturers. I know it is difficult, but people need to get used to that.
    To the complainers out there, I have a few questions. Would you like Apple to be less innovative? Would you like Apple to not give you more value and voluntarily drop their prices by hundreds of dollars? Is that what you want? Don't get upset at Apple just because they are pushing the envelope of technical innovation and value from one month to the next. What if Apple released an 8-core computer this summer and then by fall they announced their new 16-core computer? This is the kind of development and progress pace we need to start expecting from Apple. The migration to Intel processors went much faster than anticipated.
    Some research suggests that the iPhone cost of materials are about $300. So, there had been some complaints that Apple is price gouging by selling the iPhone for twice that amount. What people don’t understand is that there are other costs in building a piece of technology and running a business beyond the electronic components that go into them. The actual cost per 8GB iPhone is probably about $550. When Apple sells them for $400 each, I calculate they are taking a loss on the phone of about $150 per phone. Why would a company do this? There is something called a “lost leader” in retail sales. It’s a product you sell below your cost in an effort to rapidly expand your customer base. I’m guessing this is what Apple is doing by offering the iPhone at such an amazingly low price.
    I'm planning to purchase an Apple notebook sometime soon. I'm not in a hurry, so I'm waiting until they announce the next major upgrade to their notebook line. I'm guessing it will be this fall. If I really was in a rush to get a notebook, I'd get one now, and then be a little disappointed when the new ones are announced -- but I wouldn’t be surprised. Instead, I'm waiting. I'd like to see built-in broadband cards (cellular data access) and LED back lighting in the 17-inch notebook. Perhaps larger hard drives and faster processors would be nice. It would be wonderful if it had an optical glass touch screen like the iPhone.
    This latest uproar reminds me of the consumer complaints about iPods scratching. For decades, portable handheld computing devices have been available. They get scratched, and nobody says anything. Anyone concerned about their device scratching can purchase a protective cover. Then Apple comes along and offers their product. Suddenly consumers are in an uproar about it scratching and there is a class action lawsuit. It doesn’t seem fair that the most progressive and innovative company out there is the one that gets beaten up by consumers the most.

    Actually product advancement and innovation are very much the central issue here. Apple has effectively "upgraded" the 4GB unit to 8GB and reduced the price by $100. It's all in how you look at it.
    The real issue of innovation and development has yet to be seen, but the recent price drop is an indicator that Apple already has something "in the shoot" to be released soon.
    I was thinking it might take a year for a new version of the iPhone to be announced. Yet, with the recent price drop, it seems they may be lowering the price on the original unit to make room for a new one. Which is my point exactly. Apple is so fast at innovating that they already have something new to release (that's my prediction).
    They can't release something new and sell the old units if the "something new" and the "something old" are at the same price. It makes sense that the 8GB unit would drop to $400 and the new one will be $600.

  • Can I remove a SPECIFIC file from the "Recents" list?

         As far as I can see, Adobe Reader for Android has only the option of clearing ALL the files in the "Recents" list. It doesn't have the option of removing a specific file from the "Recents" list.
         Maybe I'm just missing the option I'm talking about or Adobe Reader doesn't really have that feature.
         Sensible answers to my question will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    In case of billing document cancellation (VF11) the cancelled doc. is not getting automatically cleared against the actual billing doc. no. Each time user has to clear the doc. manually. We have observed this issue after recent patch updation dated 22nd Feb’2014. Till 21st Feb’2014 the cancelled doc. has been cleared automatically against their respective billing documents.
    Please guide.

    Please chheck SAP Note No. 1259505. It explains two ways in which SAP releases cancellation documents to FI.
    OSS NOte 1259505 lists the possible causes from SD side &
    OSS Note 309208 lists the possible causes from FI side.

  • HT1296 Have a problem with syncing. I get this message: The ipod Bill's Ipod" cannot be synced because there is not enough space to hold all of the items in the iTunes library (additional 2.4GB required) I don't understand as I have much more space than 2

    I recently ran into a problem with syncing my ipod touch to itunes on my Windows 7 pc. It had previously been synced to my older laptop
    and I wanted to change to my newer Windows 7 laptop's itunes library that I had already been syncing with.
    Anyway, I started seeing this message that prevents my from syncing:
    The iPod "Bill's iPod" cannot be synced because there is not enough free space to hold all of the items in the iTunes library
    (additional 2.48 GB required)  
    Not sure if it is talking about my iPod free space or my PC itunes library free space. Either way I have 11.0 GB free space available
    on my iPod and 412 GB free space available on my Windows 7 PC.
    How do I handle this problem?   Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    It is saying that the iPod does not have enough free storage to sync all the items yu have selected to sync to the iPod. You need 2.48 GB more free on the iPod. You need either to select less to sync or delete some content form the iPod.

    I read somewhere that one of the functionality in EHP3 is we can create sales document like debit memo request and credit memo request from the archived billing document. I am working on EHP3 system only but i am not able to create the sales document. the system throws an error that billing document doesnt exist
    If any one of you have worked on such functionality kindly suggest me why its not happening here also let me know Is ther any customization required for the execution of this functionality in spro.

    I suggest you open that question in an SD forum together with the support package you run and if you have an industry solution or any business function sets activated or not.

  • Accounting document created but the reference billing doc does not exist

    Hi All,
    We run a custom to program that generate a list accounting docs for clearing.
    Now our problem is that the reference billing doc of the accounting docs does not exist.
    It wasn't also archived.
    The accountings docs are very recent so it is really impossible that it was deleted from the system.
    We suspect that the accounting doc was created into the database while the billing doc wasn't.
    Plus the issue is intermittent.
    Please advise how we could fix this issue.
    Any suggestion will really be appreciated.

    It sounds strange that same inspection lot has been made UD twice. Possibly he might have done for different Inspection Lots. While checking tables if you are querying by Inspection lot, do not do that.
    Another thing to understand is when UD made successfully for 105 Qty, why this is not appearing in UnRestricted stock. Some communication gap is there.
    As a last resort, you may need to cancel the UD by using program RQEVAC50  through SE38. And cancel the documents through MBST

    Most printing issues are solved by resetting the Printing preferences. When you print from Firefox and you click on the down arrow, do you see Defualt and Firefox? Please make changes to the preferences here and preview the document.

    I use OS X 10.6.8 on my MacBook Pro - do I need to upgrade to avoid the recent SST security flaw?  And if so, do I need to upgrade to OS X Mavericks in order to get the recent Version 10.9.2 fix?

    Are you in a country where TV shows can be re-downloaded - if you are then have you tried deleting that copy from your iTunes library and re-downloading it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes ?
    When you say that you used the feedback page, do you mean the feedback page (which you won't get a reply to) or the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history on your account or the contact iTunes Support page ?
    'report a problem' : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

    I have a question related to query creation.
    I hve one Infoset which was built on top of Opportunities data and Activities data cubes.  Tthey are linked using Opportunity GUID.  And in the query I am displaying the Opportunity ID(from Opportunity cube),  Sales order Number from the Activities data and a keyfigure No of Doc headers from the opportunities cube.  Everything is fine.  I want to display One Opportunity ID and One Activity associated with it.  I mean I want to display only the activity ID which is very recent.  But the query displays all the activity IDs which are associated with the opportunity ID.   We are not using any time characteristics too as the query has to display all the data that is there in the cubeI just want to see the recent activity that has got updated into the cube.  Kindly advice on how to achieve this..

    try to do some restriction by using  request ID (0requid) and variable 0S_RQMRC (Most current data on 0requid).
    for example a restriction on activiy id by most current request ID.

       I am facing problem on the interco invoice with IV billing type whereby while we are created a interco Sales order with normal order type ZOR and the condition pricing is as below :

    ZR12 : 2.12 USD (Margin)
    Interco pricing (with static value)
    ZI01 : 0.24 USD (BOM cost)
    ZI12 : 4.71 USD (Margin)

        As per normal that create the D/O and issue to customer invoice with the pricing as per sales order which is correct.
