Rating  of  customer

i  want  to  rate  customer  in  SAP  - CRM  according  to  payment  history .
i  have  list  of  customers   ,  in  banking industry   who  has  taken    housing and  loan  against  property ,  from  our  bank .
i  have  rating   with  total  of  10 ,   rating  of  over   5+ will  be  proposed  a  personal  loan .
do  we  have  any  such  procedure  in  SAP  -  CRM  .

Hi Sanjeev,
In the Account Management of CRM 2007 you can use the Account Classification feature to classify your account according to any criteria. You can use the rating as mentioned by you to rate the customers and can continue with the rest of the business logic of loan processing.
Have a look at the SAP Help Documentation for a complete details of Account Classification:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm60/helpdata/en/52/cff837a9aae651e10000009b38f8cf/frameset.htm
Hope this helps.

  • Can I use photoshop text styles and photoshop actions with creative cloud photography?

    I'm really confused by this subscription pricing. If I purchase the $9.99/month, do I get the full desktop app of Photoshop and Lightroom? But I see on this page Products they list something called Photoshop CC that costs twice as much. How is that different from the Creative Cloud Photography?
    My main question is whether I can use photoshop text styles and photoshop actions with Creative Cloud Photography, since I just purchased a bundle that includes these and I want to be able to use them. But I'd also like to understand what comes with all of the various products and how they are different.
    My other question is how is Lightroom different from Photoshop? I have a sense of what you can do in Photoshop but I don't know much about Lightroom at all.
    One more question: the free trial -- is it limited in any way besides the time length? If I do that, will I get a clear idea of all that I will be able to do once I subscribe, or are the functions limited in the trial?
    I tried to just send an email to Adobe to ask these questions but apparently they are not interested in responding to emails from people who are not yet paying customers, so I was directed here. Thanks very much for your help!

    I always like to trot this bit about Bridge once in a while or in the voice of the "Two Bobs" from Office Space,
    "Can you tell us exactly what it is you do around here?"
    What Adobe Bridge does:
    Bridge is the coordinating hub of the Creative Suite. Synchronizing color management settings for all suite programs is done from Bridge, and can only be done from Bridge, to take one important use.
    Bridge displays actual thumbnails of many more file types than Finder or Explorer. It also allows instant play of sound or video files more readily than the native OS file managers.
    Bridge allows direct access to file metadata, to embed copyright information  and keywords where appropriate (e.g., for corporate logo vector and raster files). It also displays the fonts used in an InDesign file, the swatches in an INDD or AI and the output plates (including spot color plates) they use.
    When managing the assets for a design project, Bridge allows quick and simple sorting, rating and custom labeling (with color flash indications) of assets. I can rate images according to whether they are rejects, possibles, for review by client, or approved. The filters built into Bridge allow instant isolation of only the approved images or designs in a folder, only the rejects (for deletion) or only files with certain ratings, no matter how many files it contains. It recognizes aspect ratios, so if I only need a landscape or a 16:9 image in a folder of hundreds of images, I turn off the aspect ratios I don't need.
    Once filtered, the remaining visible files can be selected and copied, moved, or deleted without affecting the rest of the contents of a folder.
    Collections are a massively useful feature. One of my clients is a performing arts center, and in a season we turn out dozens of ads, flyers, brochures, web banners, playbills, billboards and other collateral using the same assets over and over. These assets are organized by artist and/or show on disk, but I set up each season's repeating assets as a Collection in Bridge, so that I just have to open the collection and drag and drop these assets into new INDD, AI, PSD, HTML (in Dreamweaver), FLA or AE projects without having to navigate from folder to folder picking up individual files.
    Bridge's Favorites is another place I stack frequently-accessed folders, such as stock photography, backgrounds, and top-level folders for active projects.
    Assets can be divided into subfolders, but a quick toggle of "Show items from subfolders" exposes all of the assets in a single view while maintaining their organization. I will typically keep AIs, PSDs, EPSs, stock photography and client images in separate subfolders within a project. When I'm ready to start pulling assets into an InDesign layout, I toggle this on and simply drag what I need into the layout.
    Bridge comes with Adobe Camera Raw built in, which is many times faster than using Photoshop to adjust jpegs or tiffs for things like tonal range, white balance, cropping, spotting and sharpening, and is non-destructive.
    One tremendously useful Bridge function for InDesign CS5+ users is the "Show linked files" feature, which opens all the linked files in a layout into a single view, regardless of where they are physically located. I often use this when doing alternative layouts from a client-approved mockup for a campaign, to be certain the same assets are used in each piece, or when creating a motion graphic or interactive piece for the campaign in After Effects or Flash.
    The batch and image processing scripts built into Bridge automate things like creating web-ready small jpegs from multiple images, renaming large numbers of files in place or by copying to an alternative location, creating sets of PSD, png, jpeg or other file types from an assortment of image files, and so on.
    Bridge is so much a part of my daily workflow that on my main workstation I have one monitor dedicated to it almost 100%. Bridge just sits open 24/7, ready for use. I would run at half speed without it, no question.

  • "Does Bridge come with Photoshop if I buy the CC single app?"

    Question from a Customer…"Does Bridge come with Photoshop if I buy the CC single app?"

    Actually whether you consider the Suite a unified concept or not, if you are using a variety of Adobe products Bridge does the job well. Here's a great testimonial of what it does according to one user:

    Not bad for an old file browser.

  • Should I stay or should I go...Mac to PC?

    I've been a Mac user since the mid 90's, but after talking with a friend that has a late 08 MBP, he has several issues that Apple will not fix and says he is ready to go to a PC. On his word, he states that many have posted the same problems he has and no one has come up with a fix. I just now quickly viewed the Apple forum and see post about issues with MBP. I do not want to go to a PC, because of the software change, but would consider it and I could care less about those that think it's just cool to have a Mac. I am a graphic designer and went to Mac in the mid 90's because it was the best choice.
    My question is: Have the issues with the nvidia chip been fixed? My friends issues are he can't change the brightness of his screen and the DVD player is hit or miss on burning DVD's or CD's (any brand)? He works with Avid and needs to set his screen to the desired brightness setting, but it will not work in or out of Avid. I see many post about other issues that I did not mention, but my experience with forums are the post are from the ones that have issues and not from the larger percentage of those that don't have problems.
    thanks,
    m

    It's not a matter of advantages or disadvantages. This thread isn't about deciding on a PC or Mac, it's about whether the MBP is good and will work without problems. If objective research shows that a product is very faulty, there are real problems that show up in a lot of the machines and they're not getting fixed, then you shouldn't get that machine. But having a friend with these problems doesn't mean they're rampant problems. And that friend saying that others are having this problems as well doesn't prove it either (how many people have this problem? Did he say?).
    Research done on electronics indicates that 10% of any electronics, from any company will have problems. These machines are complicated, a lot in a little space, etc., and in a certain percentage of them things can go wrong. PC or Mac. If the MBP has more than 10% such problems, then it's above what it ought to be and you may want to think twice about it. If not, then there's no reason to panic and think that Apple is suddenly putting out bad computers. Your friend got a lemon. That's all.
    And before you switch, you should check out whether the other PC companies have problems and how bad are those problems (above that 10%?), and whether they get good customer service. Apple still has the highest rating in customer service and satisfaction with that service, even if your friend was unhappy with them (and I still think he should call up Apple and pursue this till he is satisfied).
    Personally, I would have to read that MBP's were really, really bad and having a lot of problems across the board before I'd go PC. Not because PC don't have advantages, but simply because I can't stand their operating system. And when you get a PC, you say good-bye to Apple's operating system.

  • Sharper Image Projector EC-PJ10

    I know that this projector isn't going to be the best thing since sliced bread, but I'd expect more from their manufacturer.
    I sent an email asking their manufacturer a simple question, what's the specifications of the product, resolution, lumens output, etc.  They tell me that they can not help people that don't buy from them directly.  I remind them that it doesn't matter, they are obligated to release these specifications upon release, after all, I am going to be performing a full studied review, and without specifications, the review won't be complete, and will get a bad rating on customer support.  They tell me the same thing again.  I send another email requesting it to be forwarded to their general manager.
    That is I hope, Best Buy ships the product.  It's on backorder for me, on my order.

  • ANOTHER Step BACKWARDS - NO, You CANNOT SEE Your LOCAL Calling Area ONLINE !!

    Why check your LOCAL calling area? TO SAVE Yourself MONEY. If you can check the calling area quickly, you can tell if it will be a TOLL CALL. Sure, this is not an issue depending on your calling plan. It is to a lot of folks like me; and you may be calling from a different phone at times.
    Up until at least January 2008 you could EASILY determine your LOCAL CALLING AREA on Verizon's website by entering your phone number. The link WAS
    http://www22.verizon.com/CallingAreas/localCallFinder/LocalExchangesList.htm , but NO MORE.
    I SUSPECT it was discontinued because Verizon realized that by making a MONEY-SAVING 'device'
    easily available was NOT GOOD FOR THE BOTTOM LINE.
    I went thru all of Verizon's hoops to get an answer, but they have their roadblocks firmly planted.
    Their is A LOT OF JUSTIFICATION for CONSUMER REPORTS to give its highest ratings to Verizon's SERVICES...... WHILE AT THE SAME TIME RATING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE "DREADFUL".

    Hi GimmieDps,
    I'm sorry you are having difficulty with your calls from home. I have escalated your concern and an agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.

  • Database design for swapping/trading items between companies

    What is the best SQL table schema for items being swapped/traded between companies? For instance:
    e.g.1 If company A wants to swap item 0001 (owned by customer X but being managed by company A) with company B who is offering item 0002 (owned by customer Y but being managed by company B) and item 0003 (owned by customer Z but being managed by company B)
    e.g.2 If company A wants to swap item 0004 (owned by customer X but being managed by company A) with company B who is offering item 0005 (owned by customer Y but being managed by company B)
    These are the tables I have so have so far, it should be good enough to support 1 to 1 trades but not too sure about 1..* to 1..* (many to many) trades, is it correct or can it be improved further?
    Note: Trades can only happen between two companies, but they could trade as many items as they wish.

  • Pricing Procedure for Zero rated customer

    Hi Experts,
    Good day, We have an urgent issue in which the my client is selling taxable goods, but certain customers are so called "zero rated" in which no tax should be applied to them even if the material is taxable.
    Gross price (with tax) will be the price of the goods and the system should automatically deduct from here the tax. Would it be possible to make a pricing procedure with tax but no accounting document would be created for that tax amount? I tried to make it statistical but it does not compute the price net of vat  amount (gross less tax).
    Sample
    Gross Price with Tax
    1000
    Tax
    107.14
    Price Net of VAT
    892.86
    Discount (1% of Price Net of VAT)

    Accounting Entry:
    Debit Accounts Receivable
    883.93
    Debit Discount
    8.93
    Credit Sales
    892.86
    Kindly assist me in finding the right pricing procedure.

  • Creating extra star on PDF output (Customer Rating)

    Hi all,
    I am trying to develop a report for customer payment rating and creating start as a rating like one star, two star ... fine star.
    I am developing this report according to user guide and getting one extra star like six star for 5.
    I am using this code:
    <?for-each@shape:xdoxslt:foreach_number($_XDOCTX,0,CUST_PYMT_RATING,1)?>
    <?shape-offset-x:(position()-1)*25?>
    <?end for-each?>
    .Can any one tell me that what i am doing wrong with this code.
    This code is generating six star for CUST_PYMT_RATING=5.
    Thanks
    XMPL User

    maybe you should use this::
    <?for-each@shape:xdoxslt:foreach_number($_XDOCTX,1,CUST_PYMT_RATING,1)?>
    <?shape-offset-x:(position()-1)*25?>
    <?end for-each?>
    at this part ($_XDOCTX,0,CUST_PYMT_RATING,1) I think you need to use '1' =)
    hope it helps ^-^
    sorry I'm new to XMLP =)

  • How to custom Rating Scale field to add more range text in survey on sharepoint 2013

    When we use the rating scale field to create question in survey. You can only set three range texts for each question. Is there any way to allocate a range text for each range ? Such as below :
                                     Low             Average        High       Excellent
    Important

    Thanks all your help !

    Hi,
    From Microsoft official site, we can find the definition of “Range Text”: enter descriptions for the low, middle, and high scale. It means there are only
    three types of description which is the by design behavior. For example, if we have 8 number range, the purpose of the range text is to tell users that 8 is highest and 1 is the lowest. We don’t need to specific description for each column.
    As you really want to achieve the goal, we can write client JavaScript code to dynamically update the UI on page. We use SharePoint designer updates the “NewForm.aspx”,
    “DispForm.aspx”, “EditForm.aspx” and “Summary.aspx” to add custom JavaScript codes.
    For NewForm.aspx; DispForm.aspx; EditForm.aspx
    <script type="text/javascript">
    var tables = document.getElementsByTagName('table');
    for (var i=0; i<tables.length; i++)
    if (tables[i].summary == 'Rating Scale Question')
    var trs = tables[i].getElementsByTagName('tr');
    var tds = trs[0].getElementsByTagName('td');
    tds[2].colSpan = 1;
    tds[2].innerHTML = 'your range text';
    tds[3].colSpan = 1;
    tds[3].innerHTML = your range text';
    tds[4].colSpan = 1;
    tds[4].innerHTML = your range text';
    tds[5].colSpan = 1;
    tds[5].innerHTML = your range text';
    </script>
    For Summary.aspx
    <script type="text/javascript">
    var tables = document.getElementsByTagName('table');
    for (var i=0; i<tables.length; i++)
    if (tables[i].className == 'ms-surveyVBarT')
    tables[i].deleteRow(0);
    var row = tables[i].insertRow(0);
    var cell0 = row.insertCell(0);
    var cell1 = row.insertCell(1);
    var cell2 = row.insertCell(2);
    var cell3 = row.insertCell(3);
    cell0.innerHTML = your range text';
    cell1.innerHTML = your range text';
    cell2.innerHTML = your range text';
    cell3.innerHTML = your range text';
    </script>
    These JavaScript codes are all added in the content tag which contentplaceholderid="PlaceHolderMain".
    Hope it helps.

    Is there any way to search the App Store by customer ratings? This may be the only reliable way to determine which applications are best - based on iPhone user ratings.

    Nope you're not alone I totally agree. I also think being able to search alphabetically together with user rating would be more of a plus. Other ideas are to add searching by the type of device and os s person has. It cuts time on searching for apps that are compatible with your device. I spend alot of time searching for games and these search features coming from a mother with 2 daughters one being borderline severely autistic I just don't have the time and end up staying up very late which is not any better.

  • Email web app rating feedback to customer

    We have business directory (customer submitted web app)
    Attached to the business information page (Web app detail page) is a rating feedback module (Comments)
    When customers provide feedback or rate the service (web app item), we would like an email sent to the customer (web app item owner) to notify them that someone has provided feedback/rated their service
    Comments on web apps are not moderated, so there is no opportunity to do something with workflow here
    Any ideas if this is at all possible and how to accomplish this?
    Thank you in advance

    Hi Scott,
    You could create a web app which as a text (string) field in it for customers to enter the URL they want to redirect the customers to. Then place a JavaScript redirect inside the detailed layout, which would look like this:
    <script type="text/javascript">
    <!--
    window.location = "{tag_your-url-field}"
    //-->
    </script>
    Give them access to secure zone, place a web app item creation form onto it and you're good to go.
    Cheers,

  • DVD Blue Ray question /customer service F rating

    I called four times to customer service on friday (45min on phone)They were unable to answer any questions except price just kept transferring to different deparments.
    My question was about the panansonic blue ray player on sale today
    Does it have multi channel audio outputs.....my receiver does not have hdmi but does have multi channel audio inputs for 7.1
    Does the Panansonic  Blue ray player BD35k have multi channel audio ouputs?

    If your talking about an Optical output then yes, all blu-ray players I have ever seen have had an optical output. If you mean a digital coaxial output, the answer I believe is no, but I will check at work today as I am not 100% sure.
    On the other hand, if your talking about the 5.1/7.1 analog outputs commonly found on home theater in a boxes, then the answer would be no.
