Hi guys,
I'm looking to create my first iPad App Game based on the Boardgame Cluedo by Hasbro.
This will be a learning project and I am not out to make any money or steal from the existing game.
As I will be creating my own artwork, what would be the best program to make this game in?
Should I use a combination of programs?
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Both Sketch and Affinity Designer work superbly well with a combination of vector graphics and pixel accurate bitmaps.

you can use XML Forms.
Test it in KM Folder /documents! Click in the folder context menu "new->forms->SAP Demo News".

How to create board game in InDesign

am trying to create a board game in InDesign, similar to the trivial pursuit board game. In other words, an outer wheel that has been
divided up in sectionsand then spoes to the center. I think I can figure out how to do the spoes and the center, but I am having problems doing the outer wheel.
Any ideas? Should I be doing this in photoshop instead?

Pretty much the same thing in Illustrator or ID, but Illy has more sophisticated drawing tools, including things like polar coordinates and duplication that will allow you to drag a copy of one of the line segments around an arc, then repeat at the same angle.
In any case, you want to make two concentric circles, then draw a series of radial line segments between them. I'd then select all and creat a compound path.

How to create a separate account on iTunes for my iPhone and iPad

I have an 8 GB capacity iPhone which I use to connect to iTune for music, video, app synch purpose. Recently I purchase iPad3 capacity 32 GB. When I connect pad to iTune first time, pop message says that do u want to create a separate account or restore iPhone backup? That time I had chosen restore.
Now problem which I am facing is:
1. Say for example I downloaded 3 HD Gages for iPad then I synced with iTune. Next when I am connecting iPhone these 3 HD games are getting installed on the phone, which I don't want.
2. Say I have selected almost 20 GB audio and video for my iPad which are there in the iTune, when I am connecting iPhone all these audio and video are started copying to the iPhone.
How to overcome from this issue. How to create separate account for my iPhone and iPad on iTune? So that same Apps, Music, Video etc. will not installed or copied to both the device when connected to iTunes.

If so how do I go about this? so the app has a log in page once loaded?

You'd need to create a custom HTML store/library and build that into the application, and have that page request the password. This is a DPS Enterprise feature, it isn't available in pro or single edition.

Sure-glad to help you. You will not lose any data by changing synching to MacBook Pro from imac. You have set up Time Machine, right? that's how you'd do your backup, so I was told, and how I do my backup on my mac. You should be able to set a password for it. Save it. Your stuff should be saved there. So if you want to make your MacBook Pro your primary computer, I suppose, back up your stuff with Time machine, turn off Time machine on the iMac, turn it on on the new MacBook Pro, select the hard drive in your Time Capsule, enter your password, and do a backup from there. It might work, and it might take a while, but it should go. As for clogging the hard drive, I can't say. Depends how much stuff you have, and the hard drive's capacity. As for moving syncing from your iMac to your macbook pro, should be the same. Your phone uses iTunes to sync and so that data should be in the cloud. You can move your iTunes Library to your new Macbook pro

don't forget to de-authorize your iMac if you don't want to play purchased stuff there
and re-authorize your new macBook Pro
time machine is an application, and should be found in the Applications folder. it is built in to OS X, so there is nothing else to buy. double click on it, get it going, choose the Hard drive in your Time capsule/Airport as your backup Time Machine and go for it. You should see a circle with an arrow on the top right hand of your screen (the Desktop), next to the bluetooth icon, and just after the wifi and eject key (looks sorta like a clock face). This will do automatic backups of your stuff.

I don't think it can be done with just dreamweaver,
You will have to download something like PHPBB,
If you have a host with fantastico deluxe you can easily set up a forum
with it.

Whatever frame you intend to make this movieclip appear in, you first set it to be invisible using...
popupName._visible = false; // popupName is whatever instance name you use
And for whatever random code you use to trigger it to appear you just set the _visible property to be true...
popupName._visible = true;

Creating a board game

I'm making a "board game" in Flash with Actionscript 3.0.
When the player lands on a certain space, I want a window to pop up
& they complete a word search game. The faster they complete
the word search, the more points they would earn. I already have it
working so that the word search swf pops up at the right time, but
I'm not sure how to grab the time they completed the game in &
send it back to the main movie. I got the word search code from
here:

and it's written in Actionsript 2.0. Is it still possible to use
both together? If so, how can I send the time back to my main movie
to figure out their score?

an as2 swf will work when loaded by an as3 swf. the two can
communicate using the localconnection class.
