Re-install crashed program

I bought photoshop elements on line. I received no disc just a download. My computer has crashed and when apple refigured my computer the photoshop elements was not there. They said contact support where I bought it. I did with the serial number and all but support has sent me here to solve my problem. Help. How do I get it back?

As you have the serial number, you can download a trial from http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements&loc=us. After installing just enter your serial number and you are good to go. Please let me know if you have any issues.

Installing PSE12 Continually crashes my DVD player during install. Cannot open or use DVD and it won't open. Finally got it installed, but program blinks continuely when trying to open program. It then opens after a long wait.

Sorry this is my first time in the Adobe forum. I pretty much asked everything in my title. The installation process took me several hours to finally get it loaded. Continually crashes my DVD player and I have to use a pin to open it to get to the disc. This is a new disc just purchased a few days ago. Read where this program has had its share of problems on the internet. After installing the program, it blinks continually for a long time before it ever opens. Rather annoying to say the least. Need this program to get me started in my work.
Will this program work even though it blinks for a long time when opening it? Seems to work, but since I am not that familiar with it, I really don't know just yet.

You're right. It wasn't QuickTime itself. I solved all the problems myself.
The main reason why QuickTime files weren't working was because the newest audio driver from Creative released July 2007 (using their autoupdate) is apparently for Windows Vista (it has the name Vista in the update title). Why that update showed up on my Windows XP Pro system, I have no idea. So, I went to Creative's site and got the driver before the latest release, and all works well.
The Microsoft update (from June 2007, I noticed today, not July) is another issue. It's based around the file P17RunE.dll, which is something from Microsoft for the SoundBlaster. Not sure what it does, but I don't need it.
Sorry for wasting all your time on a non QuickTime issue, but thanks for the help.

It was a little harder.......
I start setup.exe chose language and click next. It crashed.
BUT when I clicked on the find and resolve problem, it found something,( Earlier it found nothing) so i clicked at it.

First, I suggest you download
Microsoft Safety Scanner or
Malicious Software Removal Tool to run a full scan.
The error messages here seems to be caused by the corrupted registries, which related with the folder association.
You may take a try to merge the following registry settings to reset the folder association, before that, remember to backup your registry settings first:

Problem with installing my programs

Hello everyone.
I have a problem with the installation of the program Adobe Creative Cloud suite because normally when I install some programs like Premiere Pro or After efeccts they show me a regular trial version but others like Photoshop or dreamweaver appear with the trial expired.
Is there any way to get back to my trial version?
I am new to creative cloud I want to test all your programs before I purchased my subscription I proposed this after receiving my Macbook for Christmas.

Thanks for the clarification on the terms. I consider myself proficent at my computer, but not exactly in its inner-workings! I have 8 GB of memory installed.
I am still confused as to why I do not have any space for the program. This is the exact error message I get: "There is not enough free space on Macintosh HD disk. The Print Shop 2 application requires about 550 MB to be installed. Free some disk space and try again."

You run Windows in Parallels or Fusion. Then in Windows you install the program.

My i tunes is not working anymore. it says the application failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. I have tried re-installing the program but it doesn't work.

Yesterday I tried to get onto iTunes and was unable to. I keep getting this message:
Itunes.exe - Unable to locate component.
This application has failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
I have tried to uninstall and re-install the program several times but cannot get it to work. Now I get this message:
iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes.
Error 7 (Windows error 126)
I have tried to do what I can but am not really iTunes savy and would like to get this issue resolved. Can anyone help me?
