Re-install the adobe creative suite with my 12-month pre-paid membership

My laptop was restored to factory settings and basically completely rebuilt, and in the process I lost the adobe creative suite apps that I had installed. When I tried to use my membership access code to reinstall the apps, it said the access code had already been used. How can I reinstall them with the membership that I have already paid for?

In your case, I'd highly recommend switching off auto-renewal once you've purchased your annual membership. You can make changes to your Creative Cloud subscription on the My Account page on Adobe.com: https://www.adobe.com/account.html Just click on "My subscriptions and services" in the far right column. Once your full annual membership commitment ends, go in and make sure your annual membership has fully expired and does not automatically renew. Then all you have to do is purchase your 12-month pre-paid from Amazon and make sure you use the same account information you used in your first subscription.
The only fee that you could encounter in this process is if you decide to cancel your annual memberships early: (taken from the Creative Cloud FAQ)
If you decide to cancel a 3- or 12-month prepaid membership purchased at a retailer or online store, you will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the time left on your membership. To cancel your membership, contact Adobe Customer Service.
To cancel a one-year membership, you can either go online to the Account page on www.creativecloud.com or contact Adobe Customer Service. If you cancel your membership before meeting the 12-month commitment date, you will be charged 50% of the remaining amount left on your contract.
So make sure your full annual membership does not renew after your commitment date!
After your annual membership expires or is cancelled, the applications you have installed will be deactivated and you won't be able to use them. You don't need to uninstall and reinstall them - you'll just need to enter your new subscription information in the Application Manager the next time you reopen the applications.

I Install the Adobe Creative suite 5 Design standad with the key on the backside of the box. Everything is ok, one day later it says it the wrong serial at the program. What happend?

Wehn I whant start the program it says the wrong serial number. But I have here the orginal Adobe Box. I make my PC new. And I do not deactivate the old one, could this be the fault.

make sure you're using the adobe suite for which your serial number was intended. i see something about (what looks like) a test version in your screen shot.

Where do i find the 'order number' when installing the Adobe Creative Suite 6?

I cannot find any 'order number' what so ever. All i have is the 'product code' which is printed on the yellow booklet that came with the software. I have tried entering this code into the 'order number' box and there are too many characters for it to fit in the box. Hense i got an email off Apple saying it didnt work. However they said that this 'product code' was the right code and the one i should be using, so why doesnt it work?? I have found a set of instructions online explaining how to install this software and it said to get the 'order number' i need to go into my 'order history' i did this...and apparently i have no history of buying anything, when clearly that is wrong seeing as i bought the software package along with my macbook on monday 11th march 2013 (3 days ago). I have phoned the Apple Store in Birmingham and the guy i spoke to talked me through installing the software on a trial basis, using the disc that came with the package. He said once it had installed, it would give me the option to make the trial into the real version and would provide me with a code in order to do so. This did not happen. I am nearly tearing my hair out. Someone help me please? I am a student and need the 'serial number' (i think thats what its called) in order to prove i have a legitimate copy of the software. But before i get the serial number i need to sort out this 'order number' so i can send off my application and prove i am a student. I also want to be able to use the software as soon as possible as i study Graphic Design and that is the whole reason i bought it.

You can uninstall the software by going to Control Panel > Programs
You can also use the Creative Suite Cleaner tool ( Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 ) to remove the software completely.

I went into the PC settings and tried to change the display resolution. This changes the size of all the icons (not only Adobe) but it does not solve the problem when I open an Adobe application (Photoshop or Illustrator)... The PC is run under Windows 8.1 and my display resolution is 3200x1800 (but again, when I change the settings for a smaller resolution, only the size of the icons is affected. Once I open the software, the problem is still there, extra-small toolbars...). Help!!!

Anything before CC is not high-DPI compatible. Feel free to continue to experiment with your system settings.

I am unable to open my Photoshop program after installing the entire Creative Suite: Premium Production 6. All other programs work, but with Photoshop it says that the program is "locked or in use by another user". I need this fixed immediately.

Use the 'Properties' command in the Windows Explorer to unlock the file." Then I select "OK" and the next message comes up "Could not initialize Photoshop because the file is locked, you do not have the necessary permissions, or another program is using the file. Use the 'Properties' command in the Windows Explorer to unlock this file. I installed all of the programs on the same day from a CD. I need this fixed immediately.
I am not interested in switching to Creative Cloud, so don't even suggest it. I spoke to Mashmi (or something to that effect) on the "Support" Chat and there was absolutely no support. Useless actually.

I need help reinstalling the Adobe Creative Suite

I recently had to replace the hard drive on my computer, therefore I am now having to reinstall the Adobe Creative Suite. Whenever I try to reinstall the programs error 255 comes up and it does not allow me to install the software. Does anybody know how I can fix this error? I have tried searching on the internet and have gotten no help so far.

Running out the door right now (late) but here's my situation:
1. Operating system: OS X Lion version 7.3.5.
2. Something happened, and my photoshop program refused to open: "Disk is not available."
3. I have been working with programs installed from Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium.
4. I couldn't uninstall Photoshop using the uninstaller.
5. Finally was able to uninstall with AppCleaner.
6. Attempted to use my Creative Sutie disk to re-install Photoshop - was told I couldn't because of "error 255".
7. Haven't been able to find what "error 255" is.
8. I'm not a techie, am trying to be careful, am stuck.

Problem installing old adobe creative suite

I'm trying to install an adobe creative suite premium for a 1.3 mac on a recently acquired Mac OS. It is not letting me because the power PC applications are no longer supported. Does anyone understand that?

Apple no longer includes support for Rosetta which is required to run applications created for the older Power PC processor iMac's. Apple began the transition to Intel processors back in 2005, and has been using Rosetta as a way for PowerPC based software users to transition to Intel based systems. With the release of Lion, Apple no longer supports Rosetta.

Additionally, older plug-ins as well as drivers for printers, scanners, and other hardware peripherals that require PPC support will no longer work with even the most current Creative Suite products without Rosetta.
