Re-registering quicklook associations
I've installed SafariStand and HetimaWebThumbnail.qlgenerator plugin. For a couple of weeks everything worked smoothly, my webloc files had the beautiful prewiews icons. Suddenly, it stops working and all webloc files are displayed as standard http icon. So I've reset all generators in terminal (qlmanage -r), but the problem persist.

If I'm understanding what this command does then what you see is a result of the QLGenerator no longer being recognized. Thus, I have a qlgenerator that works with Perian to generate a QuickLook for flv files, which is analogous to what you have, that is, a qlgenerator that works with SafariStand to generate QuickLook for webloc files. When I run the qlmanage -p command on a flv file it first gets the UTI, which in my case is com.mac.xdd.movies.flv, next it runs thru my installed qlgenerators and turns up one that works with this UTI, and reports this:

In your case it shows the UTI as eu.nudgenudge.webloc, and as far as I can see it does not find a qlgenerator that claims to handle this UTI, so when it gets to the end it doesn't load a plug-in and thus can't do a preview. It is finding the HetimaWebThumbnail.qlgenerator, but the declared UTIs are NOT for the UTI that the webloc file has.
I suggest you contact the developers and see if they can tell you what is going on.

Family Sharing and Device is already associated with an Apple ID
I apparently have no idea how Family Sharing works.
I have had an Apple ID for as long as they have existed. As my daughters grew up and got iPods and iPhones, they always use this ID for iTunes. Now with Family Share we thought they could each have their own Apple IDs and keep the music we already purchased, purchase music in the future and I would pay for it.
So the very first time my daughter tries to purchase a song she does so with a gift card. She redeemed the card under her account and purchased $15 worth of music. However, it won't let her download the music she purchased. An alert pops up and says:
"This Device is Already Associated with an Apple ID: If you download past purchases with your Apple ID, you cannot auto-download or download past-purchases with a different Apple ID for 90 days. CANCEL or TRANSFER"
All she is trying to do is download the songs she purchased with her gift card and she is getting this notice. The songs did not download when she purchased them, I don't know why.Not 100% on this but it sounds similar to what i had. My wife and i shared an apple id for the same reason. When we went to family sharing we had to create a new id for her.
Your future is with family sharing for sure, it is great once established and perfect for you...so i would go ahead and click the transfer. all your old purchases (which i assume is under your id) will be available under your heading and can be re-downloaded.
the 90 day warning applies to the old apple id (i.e. yours) with that device only. it will now be associated with your daughters.
you may also want to go to https://supportprofile.apple.com/ and change any registered products associated with your id -

My photoshop elements is registed on my domain but it will not let me access the special ?

The error message "We don't have any registered products associated with this Adobe ID" is also not clear since you have registered Photoshop Elements.

Can't view output for concurrent request
I apologize if this is a common error - I tried to research this in the forums but didn't find anything that I haven't already tried. I checked the OPP - it is running with 3 processes - no error in the log that I can see. I checked the profile for the OPP timeout and have increased it....

Please help if you can, my user ID will not log on and it has all my data in it.
The primary user ID (an admin ID with all the valuable info I need access to) will not log on from a restart or initial power up. I was able to go into another user admin ID once and change its password which got me in once but now no passcodes will work.
The primary admin user will not log on at all. it doesn't give any error messages. It just flashs for a moment and then goes back to the user selection screen. I have the same apple ID on my iphone and can access all iCloud items associated with it. Just the user won't work. Another admin user and guest user work fine.
Before the user crashed we had some internet issues where it wouldn't log onto our shared network at our complex which has about a dozen registered users associated. Some sources have suggested that we were hacked and that security problems have shut down that user. We were in the British Virhin Islands when it happened. We are in the US now and the other user IDs are still working gone and the new Internet source was picked up through wifi without any trouble.
There is is so much info In that user ID that we need access to. I tried to use timemachine through the other admin but it will not reset through it. I have an external HD time machine backed up as of Feb 15 which would get us back most of the data, but I can't seem to reload that info either. Should I wipe out the whole system and start again? Maybe just erase that user? I'm not sure how to even do that...

Start the computer,then press and hold down command and R keys to start into recovery partition.
When you see the Apple logo, release the keys.
Wait until OS X Utilities window shows up.
Move the mouse to the menubar at the top and click "Utilities", then select "Terminal"
from the drop down.
Terminal window will appear.
Type in resetpassword and press enter on the keyboard.
Leave the Terminal window open.
Reset Password Utility window will open with Macintosh HD selected.
Select the user account from the popup menu box under “Select user account”.
Enter a new password.
Reenter the new password for the user.
Enter a hint.
Click the "Save" button.
Click in the menubar and select Restart.
Log in.
If Keychain dialog box appears, select “Create New Keychain”. -

on post http://forum.java.sun.com/thread.jsp?forum=57&thread=485469 i've depicted my scenario in which i have a JTable where i want to add styled text.
i've implemented a CustomTableModel that maintains information about text style, in such way that when renderer cell, i can rebuild exact text with its style....same method is adopted for CellEditor.
It is possible to have more than one JTable in my application....then to correctly handle all JTables ' put them in a vector and during editing and rendering i find current focusable/selected JTable and edit/render it.
Clearly i maintain information about style of text when i insert it, that is when i insert text, i update my CustomTableModel...same thing must be done when i delete text from JTable...that is, i must update CustomTableModel too in this case.
Because my CellEditor is a JEditorPane component (extend it) i've registered document associated to it to a DocumentListener that notify every time that a remove operation is happens.
What is the problem now???problem is that when i finish to edit a cell and click on another cell i've got a removeUpdate(DocumenEvent e) event, and i can't distinguish it.....it seems a real remove event....
In this case(when i change cell) the code that is executes returns wrong result and invalidate all the rest.
I think error is where i register celleditor , now i do it in CustomCellRenderer class that extend JEditorPane and implements TableCellRenderer.
Please help me...this is a great trouble that invalidate all my work :(

}Ok, stan...this is my CustomCellRenderer class....as i have already said, i have some style text info mainteined by CustomTableModel associated with JTable.
I update CustomTableModel every time that an insert and remove operation happens.
If i add a DocumentListener to CellEditor (that rapresents editor cell of my table) happens that, if i remove some character from an editing cell, i got a removeUpdate event.....and this is right!!! But if i change cell (e.g. supposing editing cell(1,1), click on cell(2,1) then stop edit cell(1,1) and start edit cell(2,1)) i got a removeUpdate event, that I don't wait for to me..
Look at this:

it's as if an unique document is associated to all cells, while should be one document for each cell (i hope this is right).
Clearly, i've same code for renderer, in such way that i can restore style of text on rendering.

you're using Netbeans, you can just copy over
jdic.dll file over to where jdic.jar file is located
(and you have jdic.jar included in the library in
your project). If you're not using Netbeans (or other
IDE), you need to set java.library.path system

can do a search for 'how to load dll in java'.

How PI uses technical system information in SLD
Hi Experts,
I know there are business system and technical system registered and associated in SLD.
Especially for those SAP systems, in our normal PI scenario, how PI uses the technical information which was registered under Technical System in SLD since we need again configure the host/port and credentials details in the sender/receiver channel in ID.
Or SLD is just one central place for collecting all the technical information together only for life cycle management?
There is nothing more to do with the Tech System (SLD), PI only needs the business system in scenario.

Let me provide an example to describe the need fot technical systems.
Think of an outbound scenario : SAP ECC/CRM -> PI -> Third Party (ex: SOAP)
Now just think how PI will identify what the sender is (ECC/CRM or 3rd party) if the TS is not registered in SLD? The Business Systems are logical systems whcih points to Technical Systems (application systems that are installed in system landscape). TS hold the information about the actual systems, its host, IP, clients etc.
Now based on the source BS which points to TS, the target binding is done in Receiver Determination pipeline step. Now if there is no TS attached to the BS how can PI identify whether ECC or CRM is sending the data and hence will not be able to identify the relevant target for the source.
Think of Business Systems as sitting on top of Technical Systems, and when the landsape details are not known for third party systems we use Business Component/Business Service.

Default protocol handlers in Openbox
Hi all!
I'm switching from KDE to my own openbox-based environment. I really love the idea of building a system that just suits my needs. Nevertheless, I have stepped into some minor issues while trying to configure it (all told, less than I expected). One of these issues is default protocol management. In KDE, I used to "xdg-mime default transmission-qt.desktop application/x-bittorrent x-scheme-handler/magnet" in order for Qtransmission to handle both torrent files and magnet links. "xdg-mime default thunderbird.desktop x-scheme-handler/mailto", and Thunderbird managed my mailtoes. However, these don't work now. If I issue both commands (using transmission-gtk instead of transmission-qt), my ~/.local/share/applications/mimeapps.list gets updated and Thunar launchs Transmission when I double-click a torrent file (didn't realize if it did it before), but neither Transmission handles magnet links nor Thunderbird manages mailtoes if I click them on Firefox. I have tried installing gnome-defaults-list from the AUR and copying it to ~/.usr/share/applications (as described in the wiki), but no luck. Installing libgnome or issuing "ln -s ~/.local/share/applications/mimeapps.list ~/.local/share/applications/mimeinfo.cache" doesn't solve the problem.
Of course I could click a magnet/mailto link on Firefox and choose the correct application to open it with, but I wondered if there was a cli method. I have a huge magic-bash-script-to-configure-all-and-I-really-mean-all-my-system-yes-I'm-that-lazy, and the more I can delegate to this script, the better. Moreover, is there a way to completely integrate xdg-utils into openbox? I solved some problems adding "export DE=xfce" to my ~/.xinitrc, but not all my xdg-whatever commands work yet.

I have an odd relationship with AppleScript. I have written software in just about every language, from Assembly to million-line C++ monsters. I'm pretty sure it will be more complicated than that. As I already mentioned, I can't get "Hello, World" to work in AppleScript so I can't help with that. Here is what I was thinking:
1) Write a program that knows how to handle a "notes:" URL. Look at the Bwana source for an example. All you need at this point is a program that recognizes the URL and displays an alert with everything after "notes:" in the URL string. Test it by doing "open notes:yadayadayada" in the Terminal. I would do this in Objective-C. You may be able to do it in AppleScript. There is an AppleScript forum where anyone will know more than me.
2) Find out what Apple script command are needed to tell Notes to open a particular message, given the contents of a Notes "notes:" URL. Hopefully Lotus Notes is scriptable and hopefully it has such a command. This is not guaranteed, however.
3) Change your first program from displaying an alert to executing the Applescript commands in Step 2. You're done. -
Installing IFSCMS application from Technet (on NT, 8.1.7, iFS Version 1.1.6). Successfully FTP'd the JSPs into /ifs/webui/jsps directory. Then made mistake of trying to drag and drop XML files into iFS. I say "mistake" only because IFSCMS install doc says to use FTP; however, iFS documentation states that all XML files are parsed by default when using FTP or SMB. [Note: IFSCMS doc doesn't say which directory to upload XML files into...] Have now deleted folder containing dragged-and-dropped XMLs. When going back to upload via FTP, on first file (ContentMenu.xml) I get the following error: 150 ASCII data connection for ContentMenu.xml (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,1,240) (0 bytes).
500 STOR Error: IFS-30010: Attribute would not be unique (DATABASEOBJECTNAME)

After playing around (after walking around) I was able to continue, and now have registered and associated the class with the respective .JSP page. Forms even comes up when I double click the links in iFS!!! :-)
Anyway, it would be helpful if the install documentation (Installing iFS-CMS) indicated which directory the XML's should be uploaded to -- if it matters. (Step 4 of Loading JSP's and Java classes into iFS). -
Photoshop Photography Program issue - current serial number not recognised
I own a commercial version of Photoshop CS5 (Extended) and have registered the product. I would like to purchase the ‘Photoshop Photography Program for CS3+ customers’ however when I type in my product serial number the system says “We don't have any registered products associated with this Adobe ID”. After 2 years - OLD callerID still displayed
Greetings, I have changed my Caller ID almost 2 years ago in the US. However, whenever I call my parents place in Canada I am told that my old Canadian callerID still shows up. My account only has one registered callerID associated to it.
How can this be corrected?Is it appearing only in your parent's id..?

CIF: Business Partner Type does not exist
I am transferring vendor from ECC to SCM both as vendor and partner. While activating the integration model I get an error saying that <Business Partner Type does not exist, choose either 1 or 2 or 3>. Has anyone come across this error and solved it?
