If you want to change the invoice approver in the PO it is possible to change it by putting a e-mail address direct in - the search field with the field glass is not working. It brings no values if you put a name in

if ur po is processed then it is not possible
if it is not processed for gr then just delete the existing material and give new entry of material in same po

    You have not mentioned the version you are using (11i or R12).. Are you using iProcurement... ? Are you using positional or Employee-Supervisor hierarchy..?
    Your question : How to change the next approver for the Purchase Requistion(PR) from User "X" to "Y", as Y was manager of "X" and 'X' left the organization.
    Ans: You can achieve this through below workarounds
    - Through *"Mass Update of Requisitions" functionality* (Conc. request) you can update the Approver name from User "X" to "Y" for existing PRs.
    - Replacing the Supervisor name of the requestor/requisitioner in the HR record (assignment) from User "X" to "Y"..

  • APINV return back to the previous approver in the Approval sequence

    Dear All
    Some Invoice's return back to the previous approver in the Approval sequence although the previous approver has approved it. Issue has come abruptly No modifications or changes has been taken place. The Approver sequence has been already completed but the sequence is starting again in the Approval Hierarchy.
    Workflow is getting completed if it is approved by workflow admin.

    The usual suspect is some vacation rule. If that is not the case, you might be hitting an issue with workflow/AME and would need to research on Metalink.

    Here in Is-oil we have invoice cyles. Provisional invoice, Final invoice, interested invoice, settlement invoice etc..
    So in sales at first provisional invoice has been created than the final invoice based on the Provisional invoice.. and further invoices like  interest invoice & settlement invoice ..
    So here we are using 4 invoice cycle.. hence you have to define in the Spro-->industry solution -->oil & gas  > cross component application>maintain the invoice cycle numbers... 4
    And this data has to be used in Condition type
    Spro--> industry solution -->oil & gas  > cross component application> MM split invoice -->Enter the data in additional invoice .
    These is the function of Material invoice cycle field...

    Hi,
    There is one function module BBP_PD_INV_GETLIST which can server your purpose.
    If you pass the status and date , you can get the list of Invoices satisfying the input criteria.

    Apple usually has gone by the invoice date, which is the date Apple usually considers to be the "purchase date" for warranty and other programs, but precise details for the Mac OS X 10.7 Up-To-Date program have not yet been released, so that may differ. We'll have to wait until they open the program to know for sure.

    Are you really wanting to have invoice date, item description and invoice due date or it is also including payment date and payment means ?
    Here is the query:

    i am facing a typical problem the invoice date and the payment date is showing the same in fbl5n.the payment terms are set for 30 days that means that the payment date should be 30 days from the invoice date but in fb03 the system shows invoice date and the payment due date to be the same.

    Payment terms are calculacted either on
    - Document Date
    - Posting Date or
    - Entry Date
    You  must have chosen document date in the parameters for payment term and now you must be comparing on posting date.
    Check what is the parameter in payment terms.
    Also check the payment terms in the document.

  • How to track the invoice approval in Apps?

    Hi Gurus,
    I have a scenario, that one invoice is entered, then it was approved and then paid. Now i want to track, who approved the invoice. AP invoice approval workflow is not used.
    Is it possible to achieve the same? if yes then how.
    A quick help is what is needed as this issue is most urgent.

    Hi.
    As far as i know, there is no standard functionality to suit your needs. Even if you use a query to find the invoice status how would you know who approved it? The field LAST_UPDATED_BY will contain the user id of the user who made the last update. But how would you know that the last updated field was the approval status?
    About space consuming perhaps it will not be so relevant as you would only be looking at a table and a few fields.

    Hi Steve,
    You can check which workflow is getting called using the following approach:
    1. Activate event trace using t-code SWELS.
    2. Go to t-code SWEL. Check the BO and event getting triggered while setting up Invoice Entry in SRM.
    3. Check the receiver type of the BO event. This would show all the workflows that are receivers of the BO event.
    4. Else, check in t-code SWETYPV and check the event linkage of the BO event to the workflows.
    This would surely give you the workflow getting triggered on this event.

    Do I need to repeat all the FMs "OPEN_FORM, START_FORM, WRITE_FORM, END_FORM and CLOSE_FORM' in the loop.  Otherwise it is fine if we loop the FMs OPEN_FORM and CLOSE_FORM only ?  Please confirm.

    U need to loop any FM'S try to get the spool number and convert it to PDF.
    Retrieve the multiple receipients whom u want to send and collect all these in a table then call the mail trigeering FM.
    This is the easy way u can do.
    Still u have doubts plz revert.

    Of course, I can change it manually. But the user want to calculate the due date in their own way---we have a special way to calculate the due date. So, I am looking for User-exit where I can write ABAP codes to recalculate the invoice date and cover the default invoice date, so the system can get the right due date by calculate the invoice date in the standard way.

    Hi all SAP gurus,
    I want to give specifications to the abaper regarding the layout of a report. The details are sales order, materials in it, order quantity, invoiced qty, balance qty and stock against the balance qty.
    I want to know the table & field name  where the qty is getting updated. Suppose order qty is 20, today i invoice 5 qty. The balance is 15. When i run the report, in the invoiced qty column the system should show 5. Tomorrow i invoice 10 qty, the balance will be 5. When i run the report again, in the invoiced qty column, the system should show 15.
    Where is the data stored regarding the updated qty which is already invoiced.
    The scenario is MTS. Is it possible to show the exact available qty in the balance qty. column some material may be confirmed for other sales order also.

    Need to understand couple of more things before i tell you the fields as are you considering report Based ON invoice or delivery as you are saying that order quantity is 20 and invoice is 5 , ( do you mean to say delivered quantity is 5)
    secondly since this report is for stock are you taking into the account of all the pending orders not yet delivered , partially deliverd.
    Hope  you understand this as this report could change every minute the order is delivered
    And as per my knowledge there is no such table which can give  you that information , you need to write a logic which will consider the open orders, partially delivery , and stuff into .....hope i am in Sync with what you are asking
