I have similar issue  I live a mile form the exchange and my download speed was a constant 5mbps for over 2 years. After comming home from a month break I found that I coiuuld no longer stream video through netflix on checking line speed I saw this speed had dropped to 2.5 a reduction of 50% on the download speed. I contacted BT on two ocasions to check the line and went through the tortuous process of line checking with on both ocations engineers comming out and even re wiring my system and master socket but this didnt fix the problem. The last engineer informed me that BT had put in another line to our village to cope with aditional capacity and unbeleavably said they had put in a lower capacity line???? and I had been switched to this line. BT did not inform me that they would reduce my service by 50% but cintinue to charge me for a quoted 8mbps which has now degraded to to around a third and now impacts the other services I pay for. My question is if you went in to buy a packet of cerial and you only got a third of a box wouldnt you think you had been cheated? Wouldnt you expect a refund on the cerial you didnt get? Why would you put in a lower capacity cable to an obvyously growing demand? There is no one in BT who will answewr me and I have not much option to improve speed as BT cable can only supply me a 2.5mbps line regardless of my provider.

    is your summary and detail reports hitting different facts, like summary hitting aggregate and detail report hitting it's corresponding detail level fact..?
    if then,
    From Front-end:
    Fix the filter values in detail report that are passing from master report then try delete each columns then check the grand total. If you found your values is matching by deleting particular column then you need to investigate what is the issue around with that dimension table..
    From Database side:
    1. check first aggregate table has proper aggregate data of it's detail..
    2. Take the detail report obiee generated query and try to comment each dimension table and it's corresponding joins to the facts, (before, this delete all the dimensional columns and other measures from select statement and put only that measure where you are getting wrong value, so that you need not to comment all the select and group by columns which saves your time.. ). Need to check by commenting each dimensional wid and it's table from clause, if you found that values is matching then there is some problem with wid columns data population in your ETL.

    Dear Expert,
    Whenever we give Total Discount at AR Invoice Footer, the actual Revenue captured will be different as Total (LC), because the Total Discount will be deducted from each row equally.
    How can we show the actual Unit Price and Total(LC) in AR Invoice PLD so that the sum of Total(LC) can be tally with the AR Invoice JE Revenue?

  • Why the doc total amount is not matched with the total item line amount?

    Hi,
    Recently when i try to update something in sales order via my add-on, i got an error said u201CThere is a difference between the document total and its components.  [ORDR.DocTotal][line: 0] Iu201D Then i checked the sales order in SAP B1, I found the document total amount was not matched with the item line total amount. Actually the item line is quite simple, there is only one item line with qty 1. How comes the document total could be different with the amount from item line? I know the document total amount is a read-only field which is calculated automatically by SAP. This is really weird for us, we don't know how this happened.
    Has anyone experienced similar situation like mine and how this happens?

    I am having this same issue and I have additional information.
    I am on ver. 8.8 PL 16.
    Periodically (mulitiple times a week), when a Sales Order is created, the Doc Total amount is -zero- when there are clearly items that have a price associated with them. This causes an error when Adding the document. Sometimes, I can just change the quantity of one of the items, which forces the Doc Total to update.  Most of the time this does not work, though.  I end up having to restart the SAP client and then everything begins to work as it should.
    This behavior is occuring on mulitple machines in our office.
    Earlier in this thread, Rahul mentioned that they currency rounding was turned off and that this could be part of the problem.  In fact, we were having issues with Currency Rounding and did turn it off not long ago.  Rahul, can you explain better what you meant by "give the proper amount so that you can overcome the error..."

  • Horribly, and Totally Annoying Wi-Fi issue with Ne...

    Hi Everyone,
    First post, so be gentle.
    OK, we have BT Infinity, and wire (Lan) connected no problems, and never had a wired problem.
    The problem is with the WI-FI. The BTHome hub we have is the 'curved' black one (model 2 I think).
    Here's the annoying (seriously annoying if I am honest) problem:
    When our WI-FI connected devices are on, and working they are fine (iPad, smart TV, laptop, phones, computer, etc), BUT as soon as our neighbours put their WI-FI on, our WI-FI IMMEDIATELY drops out, and becomes unstable to the point of not being able to connect. There is one neighvour in particular who is using TalkTalk (it shows up on available WI-FI's to connect to on iPad) and when he is online, we simply cannot get a stable WI-FI connection.
    Example of Problem:
    If we are using our WI-FI enabled device, lets say an iPad for example, and if we suddenly stop being able to connect to the internet, I KNOW it is because our neighbour has just logged onto their internet (I check this also, as the iPad, as do most devices show all available WI-FI connections).
    What we have tried to fix this problem:
    Now, you first thing you would probably pre-empt it "Change the channels as your neighbour is probably using the same channel".
    This does not fix the issue. I have tried all channels, restarting devices, rebooting the HomeHub (even though I should not have to), and NOTHING fixes this issue, not until our neighbour logs off from his internet; then we can use ours again. How totally crazy is that?!
    The fact is, if our neighbour has his WI-FI on, then our's becomes totally useless, and it seems there is not a thing we can do about it. We have tried everything, and nothing seems to help.
    Have you fine people heard of this issue before, or can you please offer any advice? As we are seriously considering switching from BT due to this issue, and their tech help (BT/India) have been 100% useless on this matter.
    All the BT tech support will say is "Change channel, change channel, check device, check device", and other such insults to my intelligence, when I have already told them I have checked them.

    PS - I cannot use inssider3, as I am using windows XP and it does not support it, but I have changed every single channel with the same result.

    If you have a HH2 it only works on 2.4 Ghz it might be worth "upgrading" to a HH4 or some other router that uses 5Ghz if your neighbour is not using 5Ghz you should be able to use your Wi-Fi without interference.
    5Ghz has advantages of speed over range however it is all very well having a 5Ghz router if you have nothing that will receive 5Ghz. I have at least 10 Wi-Fi devices in occasional use only an ipad 2 can operate on 5Ghz or actually it can't it can see 5Ghz and log on but then it just sits their and does nothing except trying to download. It is actually faulty as I  borrowed one of the latest ipads and it worked well.
    it would be interesting to know how many people have anything other than a phone or ipad that works on 5Ghz I know you can get dongles but that is something else to stick out of a usb port and break off.

  • Display picture in messages totally  pixelated when seeing it with yahoo messenger for windows

    Hello,
    I'm using messages to chat with my yahoo messenger account  at work and yahoo messenger for windows at home.
    When I log into Yahoo with messages, my yahoo display picture is updated automatically with the one I have choose in messages.
    My problem is that this picture is totally pixelated when you see it on yahoo messenger for windows. It seems that Messages is changing its size.
    As the size in Yahoo messenger for windows is bigger it appears pixelated!
    If I choose no display picture in messages, the one I have choose with yahoo messenger for windows disappear when I'm logging with it.
    Is there a way that messages do not update the display picture each time I'm logging to Yahoo?
    I suppose that there is no solution to this problem but I wanted to be sure.

    Thanks for the Path.
    This does seem to show all the Recents from the Contacts App > My Card, the Login Pic and the Messages Buddy List pic.
    I think in Mountain Lion these were either separate items  or the .plist that is in the current place listed the app/location the pic was used.
    I have looked at the pictures in the folder (.png and thumbnail .tiffs) and the .plist and it does seem to be all the pics I have used in all three places over the last few months.
    The Yahoo account is logged in not through IMAgent that FaceTime and Messages use for other Accounts but from the IMServicePluginAgent.
    In Mountain Lion this used to list a Buddy Pic server as well as a straightforward login.
    Using Little Snitch I am not seeing that in Mavericks.
    Seems you may have to change your Pic on a web page for your Yahoo account.

  • How to create a Total in a string column with link?

    I have a VO which has a column varchar2 with numbers. When it is Zero it has a '#'. I need to create a total over this column. I created a class with a static method to convert string in number. The problem is, I dont know where and how I should interact this class with the VO Row methods. If it is in the RowImpl of this VO or VOImpl or AMImpl. My ideia is create an item on the region to show this total and set a URI to another page based on its value. Another question is where and how can I get this total and put on the item on the page. I think it should be in the CO of the page but I still dont know how.
    I dont want to create a VL because I dont want to reexecute the same query just for totals since I am getting each value and showing them... Am I complicating this task?

    I have a situation. In my VO I already have an VOImpl that is called by AM.
    I'm using this class in order to add some conditions to my VO WHERE clause.
    Now I created the VORowImpl class to my VO and I put a System.out.println
    just to see each value of the column that I'm supposed to sum.
    What surprises me is, the output has the column values printed twice in the Log Window.
    For example: 1,2,3,4,5 and start again 1,2,3,4,5, but the result on the page is correct.
    Is this happening because I have VOImpl and VORowImpl? Im afraid my total be 2x its value if I sum them in VORowImpl.
    Another question is where I should code total = total + column;?
    In the VORowImpl or VOImpl or AMImpl?
    What I didnt understand is how VORowImpl is called. I can't see any calling in AM in
    a way that I take the advantage of VORowImpl interaction loop and sum to another variable in each interaction.

  • Totals for Hierarchys not correct with condition

    Dear All
    I have a Bex query with two hierarchys, one in rows and the other in column. query is working perfectly fine without condition in query. when there is a condition added in the query for the total amount more than or equal to * the totals are not displaying correctly.
    Totals are displayed for the amount which are less than the amount *.

    Try to change in the KF properties, defining the totals as summation, instead of "nothing defined".

  • Task Total Slack Calculated values mismatching with the values in reporting database

    We require 'Task Total Slack' as one of the items in a report for Project Server 2010. We're developing the reports using SSRS wherein the SQL Queries are fired on the reporting database of Project Server 2010.
    We've come across a situation wherein the total slack values from reporting database for tasks are mismatching with the values that are seen in either PWA or Project Professional for total slack field. We also could not find a consistent factor by which
    the slack is multiplied for reflecting in the database in case the Slack in days was being converted into Hours in reporting databse.
    Is there a definite way that these values are being represented in reporting database which is quite different from the way these values are seen in Project Professional? Please help resolving this issue.

    Can you give an example of the mismatch? Also you could tell us if this is happening for all tasks and all projects. Your concern may be seen from 2 different points of view:
    Either this is indeed a bug with a slack of 2 days for example in Project Pro and 4 days in your report from the reporting DB. In this case, you should check if the projects have been published correctly and if the Reporting DB is correctly sync'ed with
    the draft DB.
    Or it could be the normal behavior and it is just a matter of finding why. For example, the durations are stored in the DB in minutes, meaning that a 1day duration might be stored as 480 if you have 8 working hours in a day (8*60).

    "If" your email was hacked, it is almost always on the host side (i.e. Yahoo mail, Gmail, Hotmail, etc).  Even that is relatively uncommon.  It is more typical for your email address to be "spoofed" which basically means someone is sending email using your address.
    This would not involve any breach of security to your system.  If someone was spoofing your email address, switching to a different machine (as you have) won't make a difference.  It also won't make any difference if they hacked your web mail account.  None of these have anything to do with your computer as none of these things involve access to your system.
    If someone is spoofing your email, the only thing you can do is create a new email account (there isn't any way to stop them from spoofing).  If they hacked your webmail, changing the password will fix that (you should change it regularly). 
    Simply setting up your email on your new Mac cannot harm your system.

    Long story short, I left my iPhone with family and they shiped it via UPS. UPS lost it and is peforming a week long trace. Because my iPhone is off I can't track it in mobile me. But in case someone did find the package, with my name and address on it, and opened it anyway, and turned on my iPhone then they will get the 2min beeping and message asking them to call another number to reach me.
    Well today I received a confirmation email that this was delivered, but by the time I tried to GPS track it the phone was off again. I'm still hopeful of getting my iPhone back but I'm ging to have to constantly monitor things. I don't want to wipe it until I'm sure I won't get it back.
    My question: *I have a security PIN on the iPhone 3GS.* I believe this prevents someone from plugging it in and setting it to factory settings. I*s there a way around this?* Could my iPhone already be doomed by a more savvy hacker? I don't need the how, just if they can. In my head I imagine someone using Disk Utility on the Mac to reformat it.
    I'm so upset right now! In order to turn it on someone had to violate the package UPS lost, despite having my contact info on it. Then they flipped on the phone and saw my message and shut it down again! My forgetfulness for leaving it, incompetence at UPS for losing it, and dishonesty of whoever found it! Grrrrr!

    Sorry to hear about your loss...this tells you about the passcode lock. If they try enough times, the phone will either not let them try again or wipe itself depending on how you set things up. Either way, they can't get to your data unless they have the tools the FBI & police use, and that's doubtful.

  • Checking the total size of a table with VARARRAY objects

    I have a table PEARSON_RESULTS which stores some 3-4 fields along with a VARARRAY object. I have prepared this table using a plain relational table (which contained no VARARRAY object) as input. The plain relational table has segment size of 6GB. But when I run query
    sql> SELECT SUM(BYTES) FROM USER_SEGMENTS WHERE SEGMENT_NAME = 'PEARSON_RESULTS'
    This query result is just 2MB . Therefore I guess that the VARARRAY objects might be stored in some other segments (other than the primary table) which I am not aware of.
    Could someone please tell me how to calculate the size of a table having VARARRAY column correctly.

    If the VARRAY is stored as a LOB, you can query DBA_LOBS to get segment_name and segment_sizes for related LOBs.

  • Seriously "hacked off" with jdeveloper esp. 10.1.3  preview

    I am seeing really poor behaviour, from compiles under the beta issue.
    it is all over the place.
    My biggest issue that is wasting me hours a day, and appears to be easy to repo.
    I work by breaking my projects up into separate jar files.
    A. SQL library
    B. Security
    C. Misc Jpanels etc.
    with each library jar being kept in the "Deploy" folder subnested in each project, no other copies are kept.
    1.build several class files
    2. compile it.
    3. deploy into jar's
    4. use the jars as a libraries for another class in jdeveloper.
    5. recompile & re-deploy a number of times.
    watch Jdeveloper pull "old " libraries from somewhere, and not use the recompiled ones.
    I can even "delete" all class files, rebuild, redeploy , & then trace thru the code, and it can clearly be seen that at each line the , results are NOT what is shown in the trace window.
    I.E,
    my old code may have been b=c;
    my new code is b=a;
    the trace window shows b=a, but b=c !! is being executed, it's been 3 hours of re-compiles,re-boots, shutdowns , and this issue is still not gone away, but i know it will go away later, but another issue will appear related to libraries.

    As a diagnostic it might be useful to see where the libraries are actually coming from - I'd use filemon from www.sysinternals.com for this - there are Linux and Windows versions.
    I'd also check the XML of the project .jpr file to see if something has gotten in a mess there.
