im using whats app on my wifi and then suddenly I can't share pics then I uninstall it reinstall it and now im not able to send message getting and error
uncaught exception;application Whats app error (193) is not responding process terminated
and now each time I reinstall the app it works for a while and then message can't come in and I can't send any out
im using a home network
I went to the internet cafe and it works there whats wrong with it
my other applications (fb , and Touch ) works just fine and im connected to my laptop
is there a issue with my wifi or some setting is messed up?

This is not the problem - I am the administrator on both
machines. I have tried the suggested solution in any event, and
there is no change. I have tried reinstalling your product and
this produces the same result. The weird thing thing is that
the infobus data wizard works fine in design mode but the applet
bombs in run mode.

I am getting the same error message - error 7, Windows error 193 running iTunes on a PC Laptop (HP) which has been running iTunes previously for at least 2 years.
I followed the Apple support page and uninstalled (in order) all Apple programmes specified, rebooted, then re-installed. Two additional errors crop up in re-installation, the first one is to do with Apple Mobile Support Device Services. It seems that this might be rectified by plugging in said devices before finishing the re-install. The second reads iTunesHelper was not installed correctly please re-install iTunes. This persists. I cannot uninstall iTunesHelper using the Control Panel, but I can delete it using Windows. However, after re-installing again, it still won't run and the original error comes back. I've downloaded and uninstalled 15 times now and this is taking far too long to be acceptable.

Resolution

Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.

What is Browser Launch Error: 193? Cannot access Java information

After about the last 2 updates to Firefox, when I am updating Java, and wish to click on "Additional Information" there is a small box which pops up and states: Browser Launch Error: 193. Therefore I
am unable to access the additional information.

when an update is necessary an icon appears in the bottom bar (task bar), and I click on the icon to begin viewing it. When it has downloaded the install box appears with "terms of service". When I attempt to click on this is when the "browser launch error: 193" appears, and I cannot read the "terms of service" (or similar statement). The small box indicating the "browser launch error" pops up in the middle of the larger screen for downloading. This has only occurred since the last 2 (or 3) Firefox updates, so wondering if the updates are related to this(?). Never had this problem previously with the Java updates. I am bewildered by this, and the inability to read the "terms of service" (or similar statement). Because it states that you accept the terms of service, however without reading it, a user does not know what it says. Thank you both for your recommendations.

I have recently started having this problem in PSE8. The Adobe workaround
did work, but I don't fancy having to re register each time I use it.
What I have discovered is that it's nothing to do with the image metadata as it occurs before any image is opened.
It SEEMS to only occur if you use file/open with to open an image in the editor - IE start PSE with that command.
If you close elements down, and start it using programs/PSE/Elements (or your desktop shortcut) - the panorama feature magically works.
Each time I've opened the editor 'automatically' using image/open with, it seems to create the problem.

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
XP instructions in the following document: How to perform disk error checking in Windows XP

Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

System error 193 on sqora32.dll

Desktop is Win7 Professional, 64bit
Oracle client - runtime or admin .. not sure which as I didn't install
Excel 2007 (12.0.6661.5000) SP 3 MSO 12.0.6607.1000
SQLPlus connects to database
ODBC DSN is defined and tests ok.
When user - in excel - tries to access a connection that points to this ODBC DSN, he gets
"Specified driver could not be loaded to to systsem error 193: (Oracle in OraClient11g_home1, c:\oracle\product\11.2.0\client_1\BIN\SQORA32.DLL)."
From what I've been able to determine so far, this appears that it's going to be some sort of 32-bit vs. 64-bit issue. I found one link that looked very promising - saying that the ODBC admin from Control Panel was 64-bit, and to do a DSN for a 32-bit app one needed to go to the odbcad32.exe in the \WindowsSysWoW64 directory. It showed exactly what the one from Control panel showed. Wouldn't let me configure the DSN (giving the same error reported by Excel) , but let me delete and recreate it. It still tested out, but back at Excel, running the query on the data connection returned the same error.

Hi!
So i think i closed the wrong service at some point a few weeks back (apple mobile device) but iTunes remained working after that for another week. I then updated iTunes and i get the same "Service ‘Apple Mobile Device’ (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services." every time. If i click ignore, just so i can access iTunes with out syncing my iPod (touch 2nd gen) i then get 'iTunes was not installed correctly. Please re-install iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 193)" when it has all installed. I don't understand what the problem is anymore as I have looked at other questions on the apple website, carried out the advice and it hasn't work. Any of them.
Tings I have done:
- Wiped all iTunes and Apple data from my computer (if you search for 'iTunes' or 'Apple' nothing comes up apart from applets from system code.
- Attached iPod before iTunes install and updated drivers.
- Installed iTunes as 'Run as administrator'
- Uninstalled and re-installed the software nearly 20 times now and rebooted the computer in between everytime.
Please someone help because i really need to get music on my ipod and i enjoy the ease of use of iTunes compared to spotify or Windows Media Player.

Regarding AMDS failures there is a hint in another thread that disabling the Windows Firewall before attempting to reinstall may help, otherwise take a look at the steps outlined in this post. Re: Can't install iTunes 12.1 on Windows 7 64-bit. I know they look a little daunting, but the process of generating the logs themselves isn't that hard to do. Extracting useful information from them is still a challenge but maybe something will leap out. If you want to post the log for the failed components for me to have a look at here or in the other thread please edit out any personal information, particularly your email address, first.
