Reading something simple using 60870.5

I'm new to IEC 60870.5. I need to read data using this protocol.
I have the IP Address of the machine that has access to the data. I guess that is called the Master (?). I was given a document with a bunch of "104 Addresses". I'm guessing those are "IOA"s (?). The same document I mentioned has a couple of other numbers that seem to apply to several of the "104 Addresses". They are labeled "Nr." and "Number". I'm guessing those are "ASDUs" (?). Unfortunately I don't have much access to the folks who actually put that doc together.
One of those 104 Addresses is for a measurement labeled "AC voltage". I believe the value is simply a DBL. To read it I built a VI (snippet attached), except I don't know what to insert where the Question Mark is. Can someone suggest what goes there? I tried using the "Read Parameter.vi" function but that generated error -355269 stating "NI-Industrial Communications for IEC 60870-5: This type of points does not have parameters."
I tried following the examples, but I got confused. Probably just me!

Indeed the VI examples are a much better starter than making it on your own when you are not very familiar with the protocol.
There is no "Read Sing Point".
The NI IEC 60870-5 toolkit only has the controlled station part of functions. A controlled station (or server, slave) writes data to the Controlling station (or client, master). The controlling station gives commands to the controlled station, and monitors for points on them.
Check out the Commands VI palette, and you'd find Read Command.vi.
The Single means point type. Check out the VI context help and detailed help for a list of point type definitions.

I must be missing something simple

about a month ago I signed up Creative cloud monthly plan. I downloaded bridge and photoshop. When I click on window to see what has been downloaded it says photoshopCC and bridge CC is up to date. I can open bridge but not photoshop. I have tried and tried to figure it out and must be missing something simple. NowI am frustrated and need help.

The logViewer executable can't be run without an enterprise install (at least not easily decoupled), however, an alternative, would be to pass someone the .jnlp and some log files.... To do this, open up the process admin, and in the top right, is a link for 'Launch Log Viewer'. Open that, and then go to 'File - Save As', and this will save a java executable to your computer.
I'm pretty sure you can pass that, and either an admin user and password to view 'live' logs, or just have them cancel the remote log, and open a local file....

PS: I don't see any opbmlogreader.exe or .sh or .bet in the OBPM_HOME\bin directory. I am looking at OBPM standalone, and the only relevant files I can see are obpmlogviewer.exe , obpmlogviewer.lax , lax.jar. Am I missing something?
MaxI too don't have the log reader, however I do remember it... I'm thinking the .sh might only be included in the linux distribution of enterprise, so I'm downloading that now to verify... I will let you know what I find...

Auto Time change, Sound mute and trying to read something before windows 7.

I recently bought a MacBook Pro i7. I installed Windows 7 Ultimate through Boot Camp. But after installing i am faceing few problems as listed below:
1: *Automatic Time change*
When i am in windows 7 and i switch to Mac OS X the time of my Mac OS X automaticly changes every time and i have to adjust the time every time i switch from Windows 7 to Mac OS X. This problem is when i change my operatinf system from Win to Mac.
2: *Sound Mute*
Whenever i log into Windows 7 i always fine the sound to be mute and i always have to unmute the sound from the button.
3: *MacBook trys to read something before Windows 7 starts booting*
Whenever i start windows 7, before the windows 7 booting screen, there is a black screen with a gray underscore (_) which blinks for a minute or two. And after that the booting of windows 7 starts. That (_) makes me wait a lot before booting into windows 7.
Please help me regarding these problems of mine. I even called the Apple care but they dint have any solution to it.

I have the following code but I have my doubts if it will work for what I want. I want to read in a file that will call a method with specific arguments.
Example:
Method:

File: sum.txt:

My confusion starts with the PrintWriter definition. I am not quite sure how to implement it and I don't find an example or online reference about this topic.

It's hard to tell where to start. I'll post a brief example of how to read something in from a text file and use it. It's not robust, but it serves as a starting point, I suppose.

I turned off my mobile data and made no phonecalls or sent no text messages but 30 minutes later my phone credit was a euro less even though I had just topped up. I have had problems with my mobile data using up all of my network provider allowance and then the remaining balance on my phone. And this is even though I had not been using it much.

When I use omi disk sweeper or grand perspective they don't show anything up as using 420GB lol.. So yeah any idea how I can find these hidden files?!

ODS or GP can't see the whole filesystem when you run it just by double-clicking; it only sees files that you have permission to read. To see everything, you have to run it as root.
Back up all data now.
If you have more than one user account, make sure you're logged in as an administrator. The administrator account is the one that was created automatically when you first set up the computer.
Install the app you downloaded in the Applications folder as usual. Quit it if it's running.
Triple-click anywhere in the corresponding line of text below on this page to select it, then copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C:

The application window will open, eventually showing all files in all folders, sorted by size. It may take a few minutes for the app to finish scanning.
I don't recommend that you make a habit of doing this. Don't delete anything as root. If something needs to be deleted, make sure you know what it is and how it got there, and then delete it by other, safer, means. When in doubt, leave it alone or ask for guidance.
When you're done with the app, quit it and also quit Terminal.

Something is using my Yahoo mail to send messages to my entire contact list. I believe I know the email it came in with (or on), and have deleted that. I have deleted all mail from inbox and trash, but do not seem to be able to delete drafts. The drafts have all been cancelled and not sent, but still appear on screen. The drafts appear to be the offending messages and have some bizarre to: names as well as my whole contact list.
What is it? What further can I do to couteract? How do I make sure I have taken care of all the damage?

Yahoo is horrible at the moment. Out of the 30 spam I may find in a day, over half of them originate from [email protected] The hackers and phishers seem to have gotten into their database bad.
What you're seeing isn't something on your iPad per se, but most likely yahoo itself. Changing the password helps. and make it a tougher one, letters and numbers.

Read text file using Java(streamTokenizer)

Hi, all,
I am lost when trying to read data from a text file to a Java prgram. The text file looks like the following:
106,62,2322,8159,1
106,62,3658,8333,1
106,62,4215,8334,2
Each number is seperated by "," and each line representing one row of data. I was thinking about using streamTokenizer to read the data into a multi-dimentional array. Since I am new to Java and just read something about the streamTokenizer from book, I would like to get some help from someone who is more experienced with that.
