Recipient List Along with distribution

Dear Experts,
Is there any possible way i can send recipient list along with distribution. As i am distributing Engineering docs through distribution to client. It is INT type distribution client wants to know the recipients of this distribution as well. can this scenario be implemented or not.

Hi,
Function module that is called by customer exit CVDI0002 after the data for recipient list screen (screen 100, program SAPLCVV1 ) has been read.
Depending on the function (i_function) called, documents, recipients, or general data is determined. You can change this data in the include program. The modified data is then displayed on screen 100 (program SAPLCVV1 ).
If you change recipient data, for example, the changes must also be made in the following tables:
Table T_DRZA (document recipient relation)
Table T_REC (to display the change in the table control)

Hi,
I have provided a simple method below to Get all the PCD objects PCD ID.
1. Create a transport package.
2. Add all the PCD objects for which ever you need the PCD ID.
3. Now release the Transport package as the "File system" mode.
4. Once it is done successfully, it will display all the transported object and its corresponding PCD ID in a table format.
You can simply copy and paste it in a excel to get the PCD ID for the PCD objects.

Show the PO and Invoice Number along with Distribution Line Info

Does any one have some code that can show the PO and Invoice number along with the distribution line detail?
I'm tring to get to the po.po_vendors for segment1 and po.po_distributions_all but it screws up at the po.po_lines_all table which needs outer joins and it's just not working for me.

In case Invoice Distribution is matched to a Purchase Order then
ap_invoice_distributions_all.PO_DISTRIBUTION_ID and ap_invoice_distributions_all.DIST_CODE_COMBINATION_ID is the link to po_distributions_all table

Cl_bcs with Distribution List

Hello everyone,
We have used cl_bcs to create a mail program. Our customers want to use this program to send mails to distribution lists exist in SAP system. Is there any method/way to do this inside cl_bcs?

PS : I have checked create_rml_adress but couldn't figure out whether it does what I need or not.

In your program, you could retrieve the SAP distribution list with ABAP Code, loop through it and add the addresses to your recipient list for BCS program. However, wouldn't it be simpler to maintain these in your email system, and send the email to specific lists in mail system? To utilize this, you need to supply only one email address to BCS, the recipient being the distribution list in the email system. I've tried both ways and the email list works better, IMHO, since someone doesn't have to maintain SAP list to change recipients.

When I am trying to send a mail to the internet mail id using System->Short message....it throws a message like...
"No recipient specified - is the distribution list empty?"

That's even stranger. I used that FM 5 minutes ago with this data, in se37, and I received the email.

How to print the top of page part along with the ALV list and generate PDF

         I have created one ALV by using oops concept .
         and also am able to get the top of page where I have One standard logo on the right hand side
         and some details on the left side .
           Now my requirement is to while printing the list the logo and other top of page details should appear
           In the PDF output but currently while am pressing the print preview button only the alv data is coming
          am already using the method
    handle_top_of_page
      FOR EVENT print_top_of_page
             OF cl_gui_alv_grid,
may be am missing something ... How to get the top of page along with the logo printed ?

After generating the grid display click on print button,
a spool number is generated. capture the spool number and convert it to pdf using the fm:
CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF and save the file

I've confirmed the mac address is included on that list and that the password is correct. Under choses netwrok I select the network and it just goes into a spin. I have tried removing the password and the access list settings and it still will not complete the connection to the router thus no internet access. The routers firmware is also up to date. This thing worked fine before this update and I've already tried to restore from backup. Any ideas or is the wifi nic bad in this thing with the new apple firmware update? Any fix?

What type network is yu router set up for? The 4G iPod can only connect and see 2.4 GHZ networl like B, G and the 2,4 GHz N. There is also a 5 GHz N but the iPod will not even seethat network.

Problem with "subject" & "recipient list" of reporting agent

Hi,
I've created an exception in a query & assigned "E-mail notification" for this exception in reporting agent. I entered "Subject" field and assigned "distribution list" to "Recipient list" field in the e-mail notification attributes.
After transporting, reporting agent & package, everything moved fine but subject & recipient fields are not carried over to Quality system. both the fields are blank.
What is the problem?
How do I make sure that these 2 fields are also transported to Quality & Production rather than manually maintaining them again in the target system.
Appreciate any help.

basically you want user reports...
You can try go to transaction SE38 -> RSUSR* , all the user reports are started with RSUSRxxxxx, inside might have something relevant to your request.

An iPod can only pair with an iPhone for internet sharing provided that the iPhone has the subscribed to the tethering plan. The BT profiles do not permit file tansfer between IDevices by BT. The only BT pairsin is by app and those ar for peer-to-peer gaming.

Hi,
There are many types of recipient in SAP like yor business partners,External emails and internal users(these are few ex).
To send mail to your business partners like vendors,clients etc you need to maintain master data for them along with email IDs.
Then only you can select them as a mail recipient.
External mail ids can be inserted directly .
For Internal users you first have to create a user in SU01 and then can be added in recipient list.
