i need help to replicate records of a custom table on CRM to the same existing table on R/3: can anybody tell me what i must to do?i have to use a replication object??? and can i make the same for records of a standard table???

I have a table already filled up with records from sm30, I have need of transfer all these records on an empty table ( that i created with the same name and fields on r3 ) with a delta load;I have need eventually to put of filters in the linked adapter object; I have already made this procedure to transfer records from a custom table from r/3 to CRM through a custom mBDOC..and it has gone well!!!!
now i don't know what kind of procedure to use...(replication??mbdoc??)...

Error in BDOC while uploading the pricing condition record to ECC from CRM
Hi all,
I have created a condition record for ECC pricing condition type (I have maintained all settings required for maintaining ECC condition type in CRM 7.0) in CRM 7.0. But theis condition record is not uploaded to ECC. I have checked BDOC, it is showing with error status for BDOC type "CND_M_SUP". The errors are as below.
1. sBDoc CNBCCPSAP005 does not contain structure CDBD_CONDREF
Message no. CND_MAST064
2. sBDoc CNBCCPSAP005 does not contain structure CDBD_CONDREF
Message no. CND_MAST064
3. Service that caused the error: CND_MAST_INT_DEEP_MB_TO_SBDOC
Message no. SMO8047Diagnosis
A service caused/ reported an error.
Can some one help me in fixing this issue please.

sBDOCs are not used in ECC to CRM or CRM to ECC data replication scenario. You can either ignore the error or disable mobile bridge.

Downloading Pricing condition records for products from ECC to CRM
Hi All,
I have a requirement where i need to download condition records for products from ECC to CRM. The Inputs available for me are Product Id or the material number and the Sales org data.Kindly let me know the step by step procedure that i should follow to download the condition records for the products.
Note: 1. The Products are already in the CRM system.
2. I have downloaded the adapter object "DNL_CUST_CNDALL" already.

Shwetha.First of check and ensure that if the records are already downloaded. To do so,
1) Log to ECC system and go to tcode V/06
2) From here select the condition type you are looking at. Dbl click on the condition type and note down the access seq.
3) Go to V/07. seelect the access seq you obtained in previous step and dbl click on "Accesses". Here you will come to know the condition table numbers. Note down the table numbers. (example: 002, 567)
Understand at this juncture that tables from 1-500 are SAP Standard tables and 501 - 999 are customer specific tables.
1) Log to CRM system and go to se16
2) Type CNCCRMPR002 or CNCCRMPR567 and Choose F4 from keyboard.
3) you should find an entry which looks like CNCCRMPRSAP002 or CNCCRMPRCUS567.
4) query the table with input parameters like Product or Sales Org. YOu should find the records.
If you fail in step 3, it means that the table itself has not come to CRM. For this do DNL_CUST_CNDALL with OPEN client (go to SCC4 and there Dbl clik on your client. There "NO CHANGES ALLOWED" should not have been selected. If it is so, consult your basis team and explain that DNL_CUST_CNDALL should be done on open client.(Repeat this even if you have already done that)
If you fail in step4, try downloading DNL_COND_A*** adapter Objects. *** stands for the ECC condition table captured from ECC (step3)
If you still are unable to find the record in the database table level, Check for the log in SLG1 tcode in CRM system. This gives you an idea of what's wrong.
Note: Even if you maintain conditions via Product master, ultimateley it gets stored in A* tables in ECC and CNCCRMPR* tables in CRM. So the above procedure holds good for whatever the case might be.

Delta Load from CRM- picking up 0 records
Hi Gurus,
Iam trying to load CRM data into BW ODS using datasource 0crm_quotation_I. This load used to work fine about a month ago in Delta mode. But it started failing and so I ( my colleague deleted all the old requests) did an full repair and then an Init w/o data and when i schedule teh delta iam getting 0 records. Can anyone please throw light on this?/
Also is this could be an issue with Delta queue in CRM?/

Hi rajani with Init the process will take long. just for 50000 records it took 3 hrs and if we do init it will load all teh records from CRM and will take plenty of time. so we did a selective full load and used a program to convert them into full repair and thn did an int...

Replication of Interaction Record from CRM to ISU
Hi All,
We have a requirement to replicate the interaction record from CRM to ISU. Requirement is such that we have to keep the BP Contact number same as the object Id of the Interaction Record in CRM. Currently we are using CRM 5.2.

ManishI mentioned EMIGALL because that's the ISU migration workbench... and if there is a need to create BP contacts with external number range, that's definitely when transferring data from the legacy system into a brand new SAP system. So: as I don't have an ISU system available right now, may you please kindly check if migration object BCONTACT allows external numbering? If yes: you get your function module. If no: I guess that's because this is not supported by SAP.

Problem with upload data from CRM to BI system
When I try to perform full upload data from CRM to BI system with data source 0BPARTNER_ATTR (active version: Excutable). I waited for a long time but there are not any records were transfered (total records need to upload are 130) . I checked the log and can't find any errors.

However, the data has been uploaded to infoobject. Pls explain to me about this error and why the data can be uploaded with this error.

Meet a problem of data exchange for sale order from CRM to R3.

I do the data exchange for sale oder from to R3 today , the problem's detail is as follows:
When i save a sale order in CRM (Version is 5.0) . it can automatically generate a bdoc which bdoc type is BUS_TRANS_MSG. but the bdoc status alway is "Sent to receivers (not all have confirmed)". and the original order in CRM can not be change .it quote that "Document is being distributed - changes are not possible", so i check the order status analysis in detail .it presents two error messages ," Event 'BEFORE_CHANGE', attribute ' FINI': Error code for function module 'CRM_STATUS_BEFORE_COMPLETED_EC' , "Item is not yet completed in OLTP system". so i check the order in R/3 ,it has already been create and without any error messages.

When performing uploads to R/3 from CRM there is a response from the OTLP system that is sent back to the CRM Middleware to confirm that the data records were received and processed correctly.
Here is a checklist you can run through to verfiy that the connections, systems and objects that are needed are all in place:
<b>On R/3 system:</b>
- Check R/3 outbound queue (transaction SMQ1) for any entries that are not reaching CRM.
- Check that all RFC destinations on R/3 are defined correctly and are pointing to CRM
- Check the CRMCONSUM table in R/3 to ensure CRM is registered as a consumer
- Check the CRMRFCPAR table in R/3 to ensure that order objects are valid for exchange between R/3 and CRM
- Check for any short dumps in R/3 (ST22/ST21)
<b>On CRM:</b>
- Are there entries stuck in the inbound queue (SMQ2) with R3AU* names?
- What does the CRM Middleware Trace show (SMWT)? Sometimes this has more detail than the specific BDoc overview (SMW01)
- Check for short dums in CRM (ST22)
Let us know what else you uncover and we can work from there.

Hi All, We are in to Release 11.5.10.2.There is a specific requirement to Prevent users from creating Manual Sales Orders in Oracle and yet users should be able to book the Sales Orders Imported from CRM system into Orcale.Please advise.

Only Spares users need to be prevented from creating Direct/Manual Sales Orders in Oracle.
As you suggested, if this will be done at Form level, that may Disallow FG users also to create Manula Sales Orders which should not be the case.

Error while extracting data from CRM to 0BPARTNER
Hi All,
We are extracting daily data from SAP CRM to 0BPARTNER using 0BPARTNER_ATTR(Delta mode) . While loading the data upto PSA, it showed the total number of records as * 50033 from 50033*. But the total and technical status are yellow . When checked the step by step analysis , *Processing error in source system reported * is red and rest all are green.When I saw the application Log it is writtern as * There is a discrepancy between confirmation and deletion of qrfc-LUWs*.
In the Details tab ,we got the following messages.
1)*Extraction (messages): Errors occurred *
19485 Records sent ( 19485 Records received ) .
2)*Transfer (IDocs and TRFC): Missing messages or warnings *
*IDoc : sent, not arrived ; Data passed to port OK * and rest every thing is green.
But all the data packets are fine.
WeI have checked using BD87, WE02, WE05 in BW and source systems for I DOCS . But none of the t-codes provide any IDOCS with warnings or errors.
So we have changed the Total l status to Green. Please note that still the technical status is showing as Yellow only.
We started to updating the data target from PSA. Now again, both statues are showing yellow only.So what should we do inorder to resolve this ?

POD flag set up automatically after BP replicated from CRM to ECC
Hi Experts,
we are working on CRM 5.0 and ECC 6 as backend system.
*Requirement :*We will create a BP record in CRM and the same will be replicated to ECC.For the BPs which is replicated to ECC from CRM , the "Relevant for POD "(Proof of Delivery) flag should set up automatically.
Note: we have done the following settings
1) Created a Reference Customer in ECC in which we have set up a flag "Relevant for POD ".
2) Initial download Reference BP from ECC to CRM by going to TCode:CRMC_BUPA_CONSUM in CRM.
3) Maintained relevant Sales Areas for the BP.
Question:
In CRM we dont have field called "Relevant for POD ".How can we populate the field "Relevant for POD " for the Business Partner that is Created in CRM and replicated to ECC?
For any helpful answer points will be awarded.

Resend of quotations from CRM to R/3
Hi all,
Quotes are created in CRM and they are marked as prefered quotes which means they need to reach R/3.
But due to some problems the quote created is not in R/3.
From that time onwards, whenever quotes is modified in Mobile sales with option "Prefered quote" , the quote does not reach R/3. It gives the error message , the quotes does not exist in R/3 as an update message is send to R/3.
Is there a report from SAP which can resend the existing quote in CRM to R/3 as a new quote to R/3, so that the quote gets created in R/3 or
can we achieve writing a small program. Could you please let me know.

tions which exist are very old ones 3 to 4 months back.
As the flow data is cleaned every week, I could not find the data in smw01, nor in the queue, nor in the short dump.
Hence I am trying to find out how to send these quotations to R/3.
1. The quotation does not exist in R/3 and hence I cannot resync from R/3 to CRM. Now I need to send this as a new record instead of an insert record.
2. If I try to resend from CRM enterprise the flow displays the error message, the quotation does not exist in R/3.
Could you please let me know how to achieve this.

Request: Problem in Extraction of data from CRM to BW

I have problems in extracting the data from CRM to BW.I thought you are the one who can solve them:
1) When I check the data in the datasource in RSA3 i can see all records as well as i can see complete data in that but when i extract and check the data in cube i can see all records but i cannot see the complete data i.e some data is missing.
2)And another problem is that In report i have 2 characteristics(DATS) start date and end date now i am trying to get number of days from start date to end date.

yes we did enhancement to this data source. In PRDOCTION its taking 27 hours time to load data.
For extraction from source system (CRM) its taking nearly 24 hours time as per JOb LOG .

Extraction of Open Activities from CRM (CRM t-code S_AE2_89000019)
Hi Experts,
we are to extract data from CRM, in detail the data is about open activities. However it is not pretty clear to me if there does exist SAP content for this requirement (DataSource, InfoSource, DSO, InfoCube etc).
The t-code we can use to display the data is in CRM is "S_AE2_89000019", the data input/modification of the activities is done in CRM using a web frontend. At least a part of the data is stored in the table "CRMD_ORDERADM_H".
Can you please let me know if the data is stored in further tables in CRM and suggest if there exists a DataSource (and InfoSource/DSO) in order to extract the open activities and handle them in BW.
If you have further suggestions/hints or if there are How-Tos/Blogs regarding this topic please kindly let me know.

thanks a lot for the suggestion. Data Source is correct, it is in deed DS "0CRM_SALES_ACT_1". Because I have already tried to retrieve data using this DS before opening the thread I checked the DS directly in CRM (t-code rsa3). There data showed up when doing a check of the DS directly in CRM. When I started the InfoPackage on BW side to load data in PSA there was an error that no data is availale . After searching the forum again I found this thread::
CRM - Reload in INIT mode : get 0 record
My problem could be solved by adding the entry in table SMOFPARSFA as described in the last post of the thread. Now the data shows up in BW. Although I do not know why it works now

I would like to know how to execute an internal WebService, for example Contact's WebService, from CRM On Demand?
I have seen in the online documentation:
"An integration event is a mechanism for triggering external processes that are based on changes (create, update, delete, associate, dissociate) to the records in Oracle CRM On Demand.
You can specify which fields on a record that you want to track. If your company wants to use workflow rules to create integration events, contact Customer Care to request support for Integration Event Administration and to specify the total size of the integration event queues that you require".
I have this option activated. In fact, I have tried to create a workflow rule to assign an integration event to call the WebService process, but I couldn't do it...
Thank you and regards.Hi, sorry for the late answer. I now understand what you are trying to do, it is an automatic approach so you will need to use integration events.
So if custom object 2 field is changed you have to generate an integration event with a workflow that triggers when modified record is saved. The event should be transfered to the queue you defined.
What you need is an external componenet e.g. java component that is running in an application server and polls every (let's say 30 seconds for events in the queue. If there is an event in the queue you will need the custom object 3 Id and the value for the field you would like to update and afterwards you can update the related customonject3 record with a ws call.
If you use java you can start the timer with a servlet lifecycle event (when application is up start the timer for polling)

Pages doesn't show the preview view of documents
I don't know if anyone has the same problem, but since the update, my pages for iOS (even in iPhone or iPad), doesn't show the preview view of each document. I have to open a document, close it and then it appears the preview. But if I close the app,
