Redistribution from ospf into eigrp

If I have 3 routers running ospf and want to redistribute eigrp into this, what metrics do I need to use ?

I'm assuming you are wanting one way redistribute. If you are wanting to redistribute EIGRP into OSPF you will need to use a COST based metric such as;
redistribute eigrp 65001 metric 100 subnets
-or-
redistribute eigrp 65001 subnets
default-metric 100
A metric is not required for OSPF, however, if you redistribute an IGP into OSPF without specifying a default-metric, it will be assigned a metric of 20. The OSPF metric is based on the 10 to the 8th / bandwidth of the link. For example, Ethernet cost is 10.

I don't understand very well your question, because I really don't know if you are trying to configure VPN's over MPLS but, maybe this can help you.
When you are configuring VPN's over MPLS:
- Supported by VPN aware routing protocols: eBGP, OSPF, RIPv2, Static Routes. The EIGRP is not a supported VPN, vrf Protocol.
- When you are configuring VPN's over MPLS you have to configure BGP and the address family for BGP.
- Also you have to be very careful when you are assigning OSPF to a vrf.
An example:
router ospf 1000 vrf Customer_ABC
network 192.168.230.16 0.0.0.7 area z
redistribute bgp xxx
router bgp xxx
address-family ipv4 vrf Customer_ABC
redistribute ospf 1000
There's more to configure in bgp, like neighbors address family vpnv4, etc.

Redistribute static in OSPF and EIGRP

When use "redistribute static" in OSPF OR eigrp, does it also redistribute connected networks?
When use "sh ip eigrp topology", the entries with "via RStatic" indicate a redistribution of static routes, corret?

redistribute static will redistribute all static routes found in the IP routing table. In case you want to announce the connected interfaces you have two options:
1) router ospf 10
network 192.168.1.1 0.0.0.0 area 0
for
interface Ethernet0
ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0
2) router ospf 10
redistribute connected
The same applies for EIGRP.

Situations to prefer ospf over eigrp

hi,
i have seen somewhere in cisco documentaion " in high availability routed access layer campus network design ospf protocol instead of eigrp"
are there any scenarios to prefer ospf over eigrp except the one " some are non-cisco some are cisco"

The biggest reason to choose OSPF over EIGRP is the fact that EIGRP is proprietary. Apart from that, both protocols are highly scalable, fast-converging IGPs.
In fact, EIGRP provides a bit more flexibility than OSPF in some circumstances e.g. it allows summarisation at arbitrary points within the network unlike OSPF, where you can only do so at ABRs.
Both protocols require careful design since badly designed EIGRP networks will suffer from Stuck-in-active conditions and badly designed OSPF networks will result in a lot of CPU-intensive SPF calculations.
Given proper design, both protocols can scale to very large networks.

I am getting this error while deploying a PAR file from NWDS into an ECC.
Operation Failed: Please make sure the server is running or check the log (sap-plugin.log) for
more detail.
My server is running properly
1 - Where is sap-plugin.log file? I don´t find it.
2 - Could there be another file with another name with information about the error?
3 - Is there another way to deploy the file directly from the ECC?

I have excel which contains data lets say employee details,
I have one upload button ,which is used to upload excel and then i want to map the cell of excel to the database column and through plsql code i want to upload the excel data into database.

When I upload audio from itunes into my imovie project, it does not show all of the track?

Hi, I have opened a new project in imovie - I have uploaded 200 photos into the project to make a Comic Book movie!
this project is 7 mins and 8 seconds long - the exact length of the audio track that I want to play during the movie!
I have selected the music by clicking the musical note button in imovie, which open up my itunes library and displays the track I want to use that is 7 mins and 8 seconds long.
When I click and drag my MP3 audio from itunes into my imovie project, i only plays the first 5 mins & 33 seconds; leaving my project in silence for the final 1 min & 3 seconds????
I have not added markers, there are no fade ins or fade outs - only the first 5 min & 33 seconds or a 7 min & 8 seconds MP3 Audio track???
I have spent 10 hours trying to rectify this problem.......
can anyone help me with this problem

i think normally u will get data from databsae as objects.they are like java beans having getter and setter methods.so you create a collection of those objects like collect all the objects coming from database into an arraylist or....
suppose you want to populate the dropdown box with say "username" from database object s, your code will look like that

Downloading BW report from Portal into Excel

Hi All,
When a user is trying to download a BW report from Portal into Excel, it is prompting for User id and password of backend.
But since portal has SSO this should not happen??
Once the Uid and Pwd has been entered the report works fine.
Why is this happening ??

I cannot open a file from lightroom into CC2014 unless I open it as a smart object. CC opens, just will not display my image. i am given an error code when I save an image, and can only save to my desktop or other locations, not automatically back into my lightroom.

I was also having this issue, and I did some more searching and found this answer in the Adobe forums: Re: Photos from Lightroom 5 to Photoshop CC (2014) and back.... The issue appears to be caused by having not updated Lightroom to the latest version prior to having CC2014 installed (wow that's stupid). The trick seems to be to uninstall Photoshop CC2014 and to then reinstall it after having upgraded to Lightroom 5.5.

Load from ODS into InfoCube gives TIME-OUT runtime error after 10 minutes ?

   We have a full load from ODS into InfoCube and it was working fine till the last week upto with 50,000 records. Now, we have around 70,000+ records and started failing with TIME_OUT runtime error.
   The following is from the Short Dump (ST22):
   The system profile "rdisp/max_wprun_time" contains the maximum runtime of a
program. The current setting is 600 seconds. Once this time limit has been exceeded, the system tries to terminate any SQL statements that are currently being executed and tells the ABAP processor to terminate the current program.
The following are from ROIDOCPRMS table:
   MAXSIZE (in KB) : 20,000
   Frequency       : 10
   Max Processes : 3
When I check the Data Packages under 'Details' tab in Monitor, there are four Data Packages and the first three are with 24,450 records. I will right click on each Data Package and select 'Manual Update' to load from PSA. When this Manual Update takes more than 10 minutes it is failing with TIME_OUT again.
How could I fix this problem, PLEASE ??

Im just guessing but it seems like you would have to get your movie into the correct folder on a computer then use iTunes to sync it to your iPad. If you've synced to a computer and have movies then on your computer should be a folder with the movie in it. You could export your iMovie to something like Dropbox then download from Dropbox to the folder you think it needs to be in the sync your iPad again. Again this is just a guess. Others may have a better answer.

I have tried that, but the system reads the emails as one long email and I can't find any way of separating them - it ignores spaces, colons and I have also tried putting them through a word doc... still does not work. It works perfectly easily on a PC system!! ( I have just moved to a mac!)
any ideas would be good
