Reference To Serial JButton

How can I get an individual reference to a JButton that was created 26 times and assigned a different letter of the alphabet?
public void createButton(Container panel, String letter) {
JButton alphabetButton = new JButton(letter);
alphabetButton.addActionListener(this);
alphabetButton.addMouseListener(this);
panel.add(alphabetButton);
alphabetPanel = new JPanel();
alphabetPanel.setLayout(new GridLayout(13, 2));
for(int i = 0; i < LETTERS.length(); i++) {
this.createButton(alphabetPanel, LETTERS.substring(i, i +1));
LETTERS is a string containing the 26 letters of the alphabet.
Thanks

return them from the createButton, and put them in an array, list, collection?
please use code tags.

    We need to pass the following parameters when doing RMA with reference to Serial numbers.
    l_line_tbl (1).return_reason_code := 'WRONG PRODUCT';--RETURN REASON CODE
    l_line_tbl (1).reference_line_id :=390744;--Sales order Line ID
    l_line_tbl (1).reference_header_id :=193001;--Sales Order Header ID

    I want to get to Orders with Serialized PTO Item with IB reference and their Serial Numbers.
    I would like to know how I can link sales orders to IB. I wrote the foll. sql query but I am not sure if this is accurate. I am fairly new to this.. so any help is appreciated.

    You want instances that are at the customer site right (last transaction is shipping) or all the instances that have been shipped before no matter what the current status is. Instance could have been returned and shipped again and so on or just returned and disposed.The second question will yield more instances compared to the first one.

  • Serializing a JButton

    i tried serializing JButton and restoring it during the next run, but it doesn't seem to work.
    are there issues with deserializing a JBUtton?

    Just a warning: serialization of GUI components like
    JButton is not meant
    for long term storage, nor for exchange between
    systems that may have
    different versions of the JVM (since the
    serialization format is not guaranteed
    to be stable between versions).Use XMLEncoder and XMLDecoder to serialize and store it if you're worried about different formats between JVMs.

  • Issue with Serial number inheritance in PP order

    Hi gurus,
    We have an issue with inheritaning component material serial no. to header material.
    For production order having different header material and component material,on GI, the serial no. assigned to component is inheritated to header material. We can see the serial nos. in order, Header --> Serails Numbers. This functionality has been implemented in BADI 'MB_MIGO_BADI' method POST_DOCUMENT' using FM 'SERNR_ADD_TO_DOCUMENT'.
    But, the issue is when the production order is having same header and component material. And on GI, the serial no. is not getting inherited into header material ie., the serial nos. are not visible in production order ,Header --> Serial Number.
    Is there any other FM for handling the serial numbers for order having having same header and component material?
    Note: The material is serialized material.

  • Issue with serial number

    I have recently purchased a copy of Dreamweaver CS4, having previously used a different HTML editor (NAMO, as it happens).
    Installed it on my laptop while travelling and got started. Serial number entered successfully. Went through a bunch of tutorials successfully.
    Decided to use it on my desktop PC when I got home.
    Got the message "there is a conflict with this serial number please resolve it" but no indication of how to do so when I tried to enter the serial number on my desktop PC. Understandable: a license registered to one PC shouldn't be used at the same time on another. No issue for me - I'm not a brainiac or an octopus.
    However, according to the license agreement it is OK to have a "work" copy as well as a "travelling" or "home" copy, and that's what I need.
    Now when I try to use or activate on EITHER computer the serial number is simply X'ed out (yes, I can read and type, Adobe customer support - thanks for your patronising form response)
    I submitted a report to Adobe (by the way, if you have not registered as an owner of Dreamweaver I found it impossible to enter a query about Dreamweaver via the "other products" pulldown) which has resulted EVENTUALLY in the case being closed as "resolved" - of course, it isn't, and I am now locked out of the software I paid 8 times as much for as the rather quirky NAMO which had more functionality for an entry-level user such as myself 5 years ago than CS4 does now.
    I work for a software company and I can promise Adobe that any organization that treats its customers as shabbily as this, while believing it can charge a price premium, is doomed to fail.
    I guess the reason for this posting is partly to vent my frustration and partly in the hope that someone from Adobe customer support will re-open ticket number 203054761 and take it seriously.
    Best,
    Martin.

    Hi Gurus...
    I have a requirement where,  i need to create an order with reference to serial number using a BAPI.
    The inputs will be the Order type..Sales area..Sales office..Sales group..Sold-To-party..Material number...Serial number...
    When i create the order using VA01 the configuration data will be automatically copied from the BUMP order which will have all the required information.
    But to create using a BAPI, i am struck ed..Please help
    Thanks in advance..

  • How do I locate my serial number for Dreamweaver?

    I bought and downloaded Dreamweaver 2 months ago (March 2015) but had to re-install as my computer died but now I cannot find the Serial Number to activate it on my new computer. I cannot find the original email and there is no reference to serial number in my Adobe account although there is a record of my purchase in Plans & Products.

    Hi Malcom Connor,
    We have checked the details of your account, we found that you have a dreamweaver subscription which doesn't require any serial number to activate.

  • Serial port control

    hello
    is it possible to control, using labview, the inputs and the outputs of a serial port as they were simple digital on/off channel?
    for example in order to use them to turn on/off a relay or to read the state of a switch
    I've searched among the labview examples but they show only complex communication to an hardware using strings...
    thankyou in advance
    paolo
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    You can control the handshaking lines Request to Send (RTS) and DTE Ready (DTR).  You can read the handshaking lines DCE Ready (DSR) and Clear to Send (CTS) as digital inputs.
    They are accessed through property nodes of the VISA reference under Serial Settings / Modem Line settings.
    Be careful of any loads you apply to them or signals you enter in terms of voltage and current so you don't fry your computer.

  • Java applets in a browser, and Serial port input

    I know that there is a special package for serial port input in java. (java.Comm.SerialPort)
    What I am trying to figure out before a final decision on design is made, is if there is anyway of reading serial port input into a java applet that is running inside of a browser.
    I have found lots of reference to Serial port input, but nothing that really goes in the direction that I am lookind for.
    Any little tid bits of information pertaining to this would be greatly appreciated.
    Cuervo

    You should also consider that applets are not allowed to access their client system's hardware without being signed; in other words, the user must agree (by clicking a button) to disable the applet security features. Why would you use an applet to do this? Applets are meant to be an extension of a website. You should use an application in this situation.

  • Migration questions from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013

    Dear Forum Members,
    I'd ask just two short questions, regarding a migration from Small Business Server 2008 (Exchange 2007) to 2013. We installed the two Exchange 2013 servers, configured a DAG and updated every single URL (OWA, ECP, AnyWhere, Autodiscover etc.) to be a mail.domain.com
    record (DNS round robin, since no HW load balancer :( )
    Thankfully, the mail flow between the Internet and the other Exchange 2007 users are still working. Now for those users I've already migrated, if I check outlook connections there are several connections for GUID based servers via the DNS Round Robin
    name proxy (the AnyWhere address). But I saw that there are still just one connection (type: Exchange Public Folders) to the old 2007 server. Is it okay? I'm a bit afraid to uninstall it because of this.
    And the other thing: Based on what I wrote, do you think I've done it good? Or could I miss any important things? You are much experienced than me in these migrations so I hope that I can get some confirmation/advice here :(
    ps: Is it good if I set NTLM authentication for Outlook AnyWhere?
    Thank you really much for your help,
    Best Regards,
    Chris

    Hi Chris,
    Agree with Hinte, the user will still connect to the exchange 2007 server if there is a public folder database in the old server.
    If the old public folders are no longer in use, you can delete the public folder database and create a new one in the exchange 2013 server, you can also consider migrating public folders to Exchange 2013 .
    The following articles for your reference:
    Use serial migration to migrate public folders to Exchange 2013 from previous versions

    The Outlook Anywhere authentication method you choose will depend on a few factors in your environment,
    I recommend you refer to the following thread to understand how to choose:

  • Database logging on-the-fly or not?

    Hi,
    I'm not sure which option of data logging to choose and what is the advantage/disadvantage of each one.
    1) Which option to choose and why?
    2) For not on-the-fly option, I noticed that the step 'Log To Database Callback' is activated. I could not figured out what happend when the on-the-fly is selected. The Help indicates that in this case 'Post Result callbacks' is called. Where do I find it?
    3) I have a specific requirent that in 'Run Selected Step Using Single Pass' I like to insert the SN both in the report and in the database. Since the preUUT callback is not called in this mode I overcome it by getting the last UUT SN from within the code of my mainSequence (I read it from a file and have the operator approve it). Th
    en, I added a statment step (in the sequentialModel) right after the MainSequence where I set 'Locals.UUT.SerialNumber'. With this mechanism, the SN is get into the database only if I don't use on-the-fly!!
    My question is: Is it OK to do it the way I described it? Is there a better way?
    Thanks
    Rafi
    TS 3.0

    Hey Rafi,
    I wouldn't suggest adding a parameter to main sequence. Is this something you want to do with every sequence that runs with the single pass entry point (Meaning everytime you select Run Single Pass you want to get the serial number)? If so, then I would suggest modifying the single pass entry point to include this code before the main sequence callback.
    If this change is something you want to make just for a specific sequence then adding it to the client sequence is one way to do it. Another way would be to add an addition callback to the single pass entry point - like the preUUT callback in Test UUTs. You would pass as a parameter to this callback Locals.UUT (just like preUUT). This callback could be empty by default but you could add the callback to your client sequence file and set the serial number from there: Parameters.UUT.SerialNumber = Locals.SerialNumber. You could use the preUUT callback in Test UUTs as a guide.
    If you can't modify the process model then you should be able to set the serial number from the client sequence file. Use the expression RunState.Root.Locals.UUT.SerialNumber to reference the serial number. For example I added a statement step to my main sequence that has the expression: RunState.Root.Locals.UUT.SerialNumber = "myserialnumber". This set the serial number from the client sequence.
    I hope this helps!! Please let me know if you have any additional questions on any of these approaches.

  • A Qualifying Product Does Not Exist

    So I bought a new computer and now I want to download my CS 6 products. I have the serial number but when I type it in, I'm told that there are no 'qualifying products' on my computer. Now I have to choose one from a list and provide that serial number.  I choose 'CS 5' because it's the only choice available. But Adobe has conveniently discarded all references to 'CS 5' from its downloads pages.  I can see CS 4 references and serial numbers, even CS 5.5, but those are not choices.  Fortunately I purchased CS 5 in a box--an option Adobe is moving away from.  I had the serial number even though thwarted by Adobe.  Recently in a survey Adobe asked why anyone wouldn't want to move completely to the cloud and stop buying products in boxes. Well, this is one reason why Adobe!!
    A similar incident happened with Adobe Acrobat.  I was happy with Acrobat 8. But they downloaded a trial for Xl and said my 8 would reappear when I deleted Acrobat Xl if I chose not to purchase.  I chose not to purchase and deleted the Acrobat Xl as instructed.  Surprise! My Acrobat 8 did NOT reappear and I had to go to the download area.  Surpise again when they told me they no longer supported Acrobat 8, and I wound up paying $139.00 for an upgrade. Do I think Adobe is doing this purposely? Yes indeed.
    Adobe, you are getting too much like Microsoft with your Cloud ideas and renting space on your "cloud" servers.  Why don't you get smart and help people up instead of exploiting people as if we are tenants of Adobe?

  • WM Physical count

    Hi,
    I am doing a WM physical count. Please help me in following issues/doubts.
    1. How can i see the WM difference between system stock and count stock.
    2. Is it possible to enter the serial numbers when entering WM count results.
    3. how can i adjust serial numbers in physical inventory. For eg: I delivered serial number 4 in SAP, but in Physical inventory serial number 4 is in stock and 5 is physically shipped instead of 4.
    4. In WM physical count, SAP is asking to enter the serial number which is missing or found. For eg: physical count i got 5. SAP stock is 6. When i try to clear the physical count it is asking to enter lost serial number. How can i know which serial number is missing. Is there a report for this.
    Please help....
    Thanks
    Balu

    Not quite clear on exactly what you're asking for but as i wish to contribute i'll add some comments:
    1: LI20 - Clear differences - This will show you % and Value of differences for WM Inventory (LI21 for IM)
    2: In IMG / Log.exec. / Warehouse Management / Activities / Phys.Inv / Define default values - You can specify which info is displayed in a Phys.Inv.Doc - If not shown i believe you must enter all info including SU or Serial numbers - I may be wrong..
    3: I have similar issue: See my post - "Continuous Inventory
    Posted: Mar 11, 2008 1:12 PM "
    4: Try LT26 - TO for storage bin to see the last TO and thus SU / Serial number for this BIN.
    In these responses i am assuming your reference to Serial Number relates to the SU number.
