Reg:customizing of IW38
Hi ,
i have copied the program of IW38 RIAUFK20 to ZRIAUFK20 after executing ZRIAUFK20 in the selction screen
dropdown for all selections is missing .
the output screens of RIAUFK20 and ZRIAUFK20 is loking smilar but while executing through T-code is different the dropdown for alla selctions in application toolbar is missing .
please suggest some solution .

I figured it out. Just in case if anyone is looking for the solution...just create a window skin, and in that add a titlebar and use a custom skin for that title bar to customize it.

arunmost of the fields will be present in the BAPI function. some fields may not be avialable in that BAPI. first list out the fields what you want, then you check the fields in BAPI, and also you can go for LSMW Recording method or LSMW batch input method.
check this batch input program RFBIDE00 .
For testing the BAPI you have to input the data manually in SE37. First create a sample customer in XD01, use the same data for testing the BAPI. -

in cust account group 0001-sold to party, for Terms of Payment field , there r two different entries would be maintained in customer master .
one in company code data and other is in sales area data billing
pl tell me which is the entry where system first look in and is it mandatory to maintain one entry which should be that?

the system will take in account the payment terms you have mentioned in the sales area data billing tab.
normally we maintain the payment terms in both the sales area tab and company code data same
payment terms in the sales area data billing tab should be maintained as mandatory

Reg:- Custom Error Message for 404 error in KM Document iView
Hi All,
We have a requirement to display a custom error page instead of the standard"404 - The requested resource is not available" displayed in KM document iView, when the resource in question doesn't exist.
Is it possible to display custom error message? If so, how can we achieve this functionality? What are the settings to be made?

But the scenario what I am talking about is different from the one mentioned in the link.
I am using a KM Document iView. In the iView parameter, Path to Document, I have given the path to a document which does not exist in KM.
For example, Path to Document - /documents/Test Folder/abc.html.
There is no document by the name abc.html in KM.
In this case, I get an error called "404 - The requested resource is not available." How can I get rid of this message and show a custom message instead?
Please note that, this message appears at the iView level (and not page level as mentioned in the link)

Different shop variants / reg. customer doesn't work
Dear Experts,
we customized two different shop variants.
1) for switzerland with swiss francs and 7.6% VAT
2) for germany with euro and 19% VAT
Now we have following issue:
If we use an existing registered customer (original add in shop variant 1) for shop variant 2 we don't get in the basket prices.
In the basket and after the payment side all products are with the value 0.-.
If we use an new registered customer for shop variant 2 all prices are okay.
Now our questions:
It's possible that customers can shop in different variants? If yes what we need to do?

I think you can use down payment request (F-37).
Once you got the confirmation you can create down payment with reference to down payment request.

Reg : Customer Account Group Change
Hi Dear All,
Can any one Tell me that what effect will be there if i change the Customer account group from 0001-sol to party to EXPO-acc gr for Export customer.
As the customer is old and by mistake it has been created in 0001 instead EXPO acc group.
i need to know that what will be the effect on all sales data and accounting documents created already for that customer .
This i have to do for around 1500 records
pl suggest me the probable effects for the same.

You can change Account Group of a customer at any time. Its not going to effect the previous records.
But once after changing the Account group, what ever you customers you create will follow the new account group procedure.
But the thing is, if you want to process the old account group customers, must check that the corresponding fields are active / already in use or not. For example if you dont maintained one field in old account group customers and now with new account group if you want to process with that field, then you have to go the change mode and maintaine those field for all those customers which are not maintained earlier.
Like this if you can check the change in the Fields from old account group and new account group, then there wont be any problem.
Hope this gives you some idea.

I am facing a problem with custom measures,created a custom measure by program
UJA_MAINTAIN_MEASURE_FORMULA (CUSTOMPER) and tried to create a report with account and time dimensions.
The problem is that the Time Total(2010.TOTAL) is not rolling up correctly for CUSTOMPER and the standard PERIODIC which was working fine before is not working for Total .

Please fallow the below steps to create the custom infotype. If you have any quires let me know.
For Creation of Infotype first Go to Transaction PM01, Enter the custom Infotype number which you want to create, it should be a 4 digit number and have to start with 9xxx.
then select the `Employee Infotype' radio button
after that select the `PS Structure Infotype'
then click on Create A separate table maintenance window appears
then Create a PS structure with all the fields you want on the infotype
Save and Activate the PS structure
now Go back to the initial screen of PM01
Click on `All' push button. It takes a few moments
Click on `Technical Characteristics. Infotype list screen appears
Click on `Change'(pencil) button
Now select your Infotype and click on `Detail' (magnifying glass) button
Give `T591A' as subtype table & also Give `T591S' as subtype txt tab
Give your subtype field as subtype field & Save and come back to PM01 initial screen
Click on `Infotype Characteristics' Infotype list screen appears
Click on `Change' (pencil) button & on New Entries
and then Enter your Infotype number and short text Here we have to set different Infotype Characteristics as per the requirement. (Better open another session with some standard Infotype's infotype characteristics screen and use as the reference
to fill yours). Now save ur entries
Now the Infotype is created and ready to use.
If you want to change the layout of the Infotype as per your
requirement
In the PM01 initial screen Select `Screen' radio button and give
2000 as the screen name, then click on edit.
In the next screen.. Select `Layout Editor' and click `Change'.
Screen default layout appears here you can design/modify the
screen..change the attributes of the fields..etc.
Save and activate. (Don't forget to `Activate at every level)

Diagnosis
All given account assignment objects (order, project) are defined as statistical.
System Response
Statistical orders or projects are ignored when FI and CO are reconciled. You must enter a cost center, order, project, or cost object to which the costs are posted for CO postings.
Procedure
Enter a cost center, an order, a project, or a cost object that is not statistical. The posting row affected is 002 and the account is 300000.Hi Srinu,
Generally all revenue accounts need NOT require to be created as Revenue Cost Elements (Category 11). It is required only when COPA is activated.
In your case, I guess the a/c 300000 is created as Cost / Revenue element and hence SAP is expecting a cost object.
See if this a/c is created as Cost Element (Category 1) or Revenue Element (Category 11) through transaction KA03.
You may delete the Cost Element master data for the validity period that was never used...lets say from today to 31.12.9999 through transaction KA04.
And then you should be able to post the Customer Invoice without any cost object

In Master (XD01/ 02), Its not possible to maintain two addresses for a single party.
how to maintain two bill to parties for one sold to party
Steps are as followed:
1. Create, A Sold-to-Party (say, X with Account Group: 0001 - Sold-to-Party) in Transaction: XD01
2. Create, Two Bill-to-Parties (say, A and B with Account Group: 0004 - Bill-to-Party) in Transaction: XD01
Important: Maintain Customer Number Range (either Internal or External in Transaction: XDN1)
3. Go to Transaction: XD02 and Key-in Customer No. for Sold-To-Party, and go to Tab: Sales Area Data --> Sub-Tab: Partner Functions
Here, attach Bill-to-Parties, A and B, as Partner Function (say, BP - Bill-to-Party)
Important: You must define Partner Detrmination Procedure for Sold-To-Party, in:
SPRO>IMG>Sales and Distributions>Basic Functions>Partner Determination>Set-up Partner Determination>Set Up Partner Determination for Customer Master

So that it will take the newly created ume config xml file which will have newly added attributes.

In customer expected price we raise the sales order with EDI1&EDI2 condition types.we specify either price or value.we save the incomplete document.we raise the delivery and billing.billing will be blocked due to price error.autorization person in the business either release or reject it.if he reject the document wat is the status.already we delivered the goods.how do we get back from the customer?by return order or debit note.
my requirement is instead of blocking the document at billing level i want to block at delivery level.wat are requirements i need to do?

This can be done using Copy Controls. As of now you are letting the system create a delivery even if the SO is incomplete. This is happening because we are not checking the incomplete status here. Pls make changes to the routine 001 in the copy control and assign it to Order requirements.
This would prevent from deliveries being created.Pls refer to VTLA t.code. This is where you need to put in the code.
