Regarding no of rows in table

Question

Hi Guys,
I have requirement to know the no of rows contained in all the tables of a particular database.I have written a PL/Sql script to do this job But there was a little change in the reuirement means now I have to get the tables in the descending order of the row count.
Please suggest me how to proceed I have also attaching the Pl/sql script that I have written .
Please tell me where to modify

Please help me to modift this to get the tables in the descending order of the rowcount
