Registering Photoshop CC in my adobe profile \ Products in use
Hello,
I subscribed to the Photoshop Photography Program (photoshop + lightroom).
When I go to the page "My Products and services", i do not see Photshop CC under the section "Procducts in use"
I managed to add Lightroom 5 because somehow i found my serial number.
But how do i add Photoshop CC? I cannot find my serial. Is there another way?

Without proper system info and possibly a screenshot nobody can tell you much. Perhaps you have simply set one of the filtering options, perhaps there is a genuine issue. we just can't know. Start by running the cleaner tool and try a reinstall again.

I bought the adobe photoshop elements 13 and adobe premiere elsements 13 in box in the store for my Mac;
I've entered my 25 character product key - now I have been waiting for nearly an hour for something to happen
with no luck. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm using MacBook Pro with Yosemite OS 10.10 etc. Help!

Hello
Since the upgrade to CC 2014 via Creative Cloud, I'm ending up with both version of all my Adobe CC products, and I lost my plugins in Photoshop CC 2014.
How can I fix this ?I did it by going to my old Photoshop CC Plugins folder and copying it aand then pasteing it in the Phtoshop CC 2014 folder. All mine came back and worked.

Photoshop cs6 - How do you stop the "Help Improve Adobe's Products" window from appearing?
EVERY time I open Photoshop CS6 I get the damn "Help Improve Adobe's Products" box appearing. I've clicked 'Participate' and answered all the questions ... I've pressed 'Do Not Participate' ... many times !
The darn window still opens every time I open PS6 .... driving me nuts!!
PS ... on a Mac ... in Australia.
There must be a way of getting rid of it ...
AND ... further ... on one of my machines ... my Mac Air ... for a while Photoshop CS6 would HANG completely (spinning beach ball) when the "Help Improve Adobe's Products" window opened BUT with no text in the box ... yup ... CS6 hung when the box opened completely empty of text !!
Would not like that to happen whilst on an assignment 'on the road' !!!

The only idea remaining is to uninstall/clean/reinstall.
Let's go over that:
No need to deactivate, so skip that.
In your CS6 folder is a shortcut to the uninstaller. I would like you to check "Remove Preferences" when you run the uninstaller.
When that's done, download the CS-CC Cleaner for the Mac. Run that.
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
As far as your Mac goes, Run Disk Utility on your volume.
Verify Disk
Repair Permissions.
Then reinstall CS6 and updates.
It's is a "nuke and pave" approach, but if you do not want to be messing with internals you do not understand, it's the best way to go.

I upgraded iMac to Yosemite, and my Adobe CS5 products (Photoshop, dreamweaver, etc) would not open. A message popped up saying I needed to load Java SE 6. The Apple Tech support person had me select all the Java folders and files in my library and delete the. I then downloaded Java 7. However, nothing happens when I click on the program icon. I went to reinstall the products, but the activation code was not valid (even though I got it off the Adobe site for my products with Adobe). I tried to install just one product (Illustrator) in the trial mode, but still nothing happens. How can I get my Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and other programs to work?

Because Photoshop is an Adobe product you should be asking on an Adobe product forum or calling Adobe for assistance. Also your profile isn't complete but it does indicate you own a Mac Pro, this is an Intel based iMac forum. If you do have a Mac Pro please re-consider posting there. To complete your profile please click Profile Update, by doing so this helps the volunteers know basics about your system such as which version of OS X is installed, the exact model you own, the amount of installed RAM etc.... Without that information diagnosing an issue is much more difficult. -
Photoshop CS5 Extended NOT in CS5 Production Premium?

A few days ago I purchased CS5 Production Premium. I already had Photoshop CS5 installed and registered on my PC. However, after installing Production Premium I still have Photoshop CS5, but not Extended. I checked again on the What's Is Production Premium page, and sure enough Photoshop Extended is listed right below "What's Inside" near the bottom of the page. I did not uninstall Photoshop prior to installation as I don't recall being told to anywhere.
Just for kicks I started the install process again and stopped to look at the programs being installed. Photoshop CS5 (64bit) is listed, not CS5 Extended. If I click on the Photoshop.exe icon that is in the either of the Adobe folders (rather than using the Start menu, just to be sure), one in the Program Files (x86) for the 32bit apps, and the other in the Program FIles for the 64bit apps, I still don't have Extended for either version.
I also noticed the modified dates of those Photoshop folders are from close to my original Photoshop CS5 installation date. Nothing was changed when I installed the Production Premium package.
Also, I was emailed four serial numbers (two are numeric only, the other two much longer and contain letters and numbers). However, during the install only one was ever entered. Besides Photoshop I've only tried Premier Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator and they all seem fine.
What should I do to get Extended working?That did the trick! Thanks for the quick response.
Weird thing is that the Deacitvate option was greyed out on the 64bit version. I looked in the 32bit version and it was available there. I permanently deactivated it, exited Photoshop (32bit) to check the 64bit version again. This time a CS5 Production Premium window appeared with the option to install Photoshop CS5 Extended. I clicked install and Photoshop opened up almost immediately; all Extended options now available. -
I bought the 9.99 per month subscription to LR Mobile. There was a special running that included Photoshop with this subscription. How do I download and register Photoshop?
If you have the PS+LR bundle, then you should install the Creative Cloud app, first. One CC is installed, it’ll show all your eligible products on its Apps list, with Install buttons next to the apps you’re licensed to use, and Trial or Try next to the apps you’re not licensed to use.
The CC app is the first thing on the Adobe Products page. It is a desktop app, not tablet app.

Registered Photoshop CS2 but have not received complimentary benefit as mentioned
Recently I registered Photoshop CS2 product I bought in 2005, and as mentioned in the adobe leaflet documentation that came with the software there is a complimentary benefit after registration of either a free Garamond Premier Pro Font, 2 Free issues of Photoshop User, a Layers magazine, or 60 minutes of additional video training. While I assume I registered the software previously I registered again, but did not receive a link to the complimentary benefit via email. I save all my photoshop files, but as I do not have the compilmentary benefit as mentioned above on my PC, I would appreciate any info on receiving it.

Je112My thinking is that it is too late for the benefit. All you can do is call cutomer support and see if they will honor it. But they would have to go back in their records four years just to find out. For all I know they could keep all their old records in a warehouse someplace. So they may just feel generous and give you the benefit or say your out of luck.

Registering photoshop 7.0
I have just re-installed Photoshop 7 (after a few years away from creativity!) on my pc and want to register the product with Adobe.
the software is fine and running as I remember it fondly, but when I try and add it to my Adobe registered products it states the serial number is wrong.
the serial number is correct as I had to add it when re-installing the software. it is a series of four digits separated by hyphens and consists of six four digit blocks.
Can anyone assist or is it simply that I cannot register Photoshop 7.0 because it is an antiquated version?Thanks Oakley74,
Ditto as per my reply to Mylenium, am not folowing this up, just going to use it and enjoy what I create.
Have used some of the pro versions at work but prefer to stay away from IT there so I have more hunger to work on IT type projects at home... when the pub shuts anyway. Lol.

Hi everyone,
My iphone and Ipad got stollen yesterday...
I registered my Ipad onto "my profile" but when I tried to register my Iphone 4 onto "My Profile" it says that the product has been registered under ANOTHER apple ID. What does this mean?! Does this mean that the thief is using my phone under a new apple ID?!
I am getitng abit paranoid because when I tried to download a new app onto my macbook pro, it says that someone had accessed my account from a new computer. I am so scared.. as I know that if they are able to access my apple ID account they can see my billing/card details. I tried to delete my billing address and card details on my apple ID account to prevent this from occuring but I can't. Please help

KimYou should change your AppleID password NOW. And if it says it was registered under another AppleID, the thief has probably done it.

I downloaded Lightroom version 5.7 in order to support tethered capture on my Nikon D750 and its still not working. Additionally when I was prompted to give my serial number for the update it was no where to be found on my Adobe profile although I purchased, and am paying monthly for my creative cloud for photography. Please help
