Remove data of specific sales organization

Anyone know how can I remove/delete all data specific to a sales organization/company?

The best practice what normally one company follow is that we can block customers based on sales organisation via XD06 so that you wont be able to do any transactions from that particular Sales Org.
Moreover, why do you want to delete old transactions.  For some reason, if you want to retrieve any old data, you cant do if you try to delete.

    Go to material master and select Sales: Sales Org. Data 1  view and click on "Organisational levels" tab at the bottom.  Maintain delivering plant, sales organisation 8210 and distribution channel 10 and execute.
    There you can see a field "DChain-spec. status" where you assign "01" and save.
    Go to OVSU, select "01" and click on blue lens on top so that you will see some list of tabs.  In that maintain "B"  against "Block for order" field and save.
    Now try to create sale order for this material from sales organisation 8210 and also from 8110 and you will find that you can create sale order from 8110 and not from 8210.

  • No prices appear in quotations for a specific sales organization

    Hi experts,
    I have set up a new sales organization in CRM but I'm stuck at the moment. When I create I quotation in CRM and enter a customer and some items the system normally generates prices as well for each item. But now it doesn't when I create a new quotation against a customer that are connected to the new sales organization. If I try to create a quotation in ERP with the same customer and with the same item the system generates prices for each item. I have no error messages in CRM, see below picture. Can someone please help me?
    I have maintained the "Determination of Pricing Procedure" and loaded a lot of objects through transaction "R3AS".
    Any ideas?

    There can be two reasons for pricing not appearing in transaction type;
    All the Pricing condition not replicated to CRM from ECC (DNL_CUST_CNDALL, DNL_CUST_CND, DNL_CUST_PRC, DNL_COND_A002, A003, A004, A005, A006 etc).
    Check BP whether Customer Pricing Procedure is maintained or not and also check document pricing procedure maintained in document type.
    Please let me know if that all are done.

      We are working on SAP CRM 7.0 EHP2.We need to show account factsheet on Account Overview page in IC-Agent Role.
      We are using account factsheet BP_ACCOUNT_FS.In this account sheet,data is not populated or not able to select the org data in view " Sales Organization Selector".same data is appearing  in Account Overview page.
    Please help us in this issue.

    You may use the following user exit to determine the relevant status profile with specific sales organization (VKORG) (There is no standard way is available to do so)
    User-Exits in Program RV45PFZA
    USEREXIT_SET_STATUS_VBUK
    In this user exit you can you can store a specification for the reserve fields in VBUK (header status). Reserve field UVK01 could, for example, be used for an additional order status (as for rejections status, etc.).
    The following workareas are available for this user exit:
    VBUK (header status)
    FXVBUP (item status)
    FXVBUV (Incompletion)
    USEREXIT_SET_STATUS_VBUP
    In this user exit you can you can store a specification for the reserve fields for VBUP (item status).
    The following workareas are available for this user exit:
    FXVBAP (Item data)
    FXVBAPF (Dynamic part of order item flow)
    FXVBUV (Incompletion)
    USEREXIT_STATUS_VBUK_INVOICE
    You can use this user exit to influence billing status at header level.

    What I´ askng is how to assign a Sales BOM to a sales area, which is the transaction for doing it as I jut know Cs01 ad works at plant level.
    Question is that for the same material, I would like to work with Sales BOM in one sales organiation and not to work with Sales BOM in another sales organzation

    Customer just set up company & new business. They have unclear throughts about the business management. They have 2 sales departments to sell 2 different products.
    Since those 2 different products are delivered from 2 different plants (in SAP), it seems ok to define sales organization based on products or define division based on products.
    Q1: In view of SAP system, any critical factors need to be considered except master data maintenance? Appreciate your experience sharing?
    It's said that a sales organization cannot share any master data with other sales organizations.
    Q2: If using the same number range, can I have the same customer number or same material number for different sales organizations?

    then you create own master data basing on sales organisations. that means sales organisation one should not share the master data of ssales organisation 2.

    q2.a.you can divide all number ranges  if you want because you are dealing with two different products and they are not similar.
    in your case master data doubles that's nothing more than that.

    what ever you do please think from reporting perspective and do it.

    For that can I use MV45AFZZ. But it is asking access key to make changes. Is there any other user exit for the same. And how does exactly change it.

    EXIT_SAPFV45E_001 has nothing to do with this - it is meant to update the purchase order from a sales order. It might not even be triggered if the sales order has no link to a purchase order.
    USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT is not really good for this either, because the delivery date has to be changed before that. If memory serves, it also influences the schedule lines and probably the ATP check and such. I would strongly advise against it. One of the other routines in MV45AFZZ should do just fine, USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK for example.

    1. Identify the roles with those transactions (AGR_1251 filtered on S_TCODE)
    2. Identify the org values in that set of roles (AGR_1252)
    3. Identify the users with those roles (AGR_USERS)

  • Assign sales organization data in product in CRM

    Hi Gurus,
    I need to assign/ delete  the sales organization  in a product which has been downloaded from ECC in CRM. It seems that we cannot change the data in "sales and distribution tab" unless making the SET TYPE editable.
    Only 3 SET TYPES in the "sales and distribution" tab  can be made editable by adding them in the table CRMC_PRD_CHANGE.
    CRMM_PR_SALESA, CRMM_PR_SALESG and CRMM_PR_SALESG
    Does someone have any idea of how to add a sales organization in a product that comes from ECC in CRM ??

    Hi Jeff,
    I am afraid whether one will be able to edit a product which is downloaded from R/3 to CRM. All the changes should be done in ERP and the same will be downloaded via delta download.

  • Sales Organization data in CRM

    We have around 1000 Sales Organizations in a CRM Standalone system that have now to be set in a new CRM system, but we do not have intentions of integrating the two systems. What we are doing is manually taking the data into an excel sheet. But this is rather time consuming in PPSMA_CRM transaction.
    Is there a way to directly get the data in an excel sheet from the above transaction? We do not intend to use a BAPI or a custom development for the same.
    Would appreciate any help.

    You can transport the Complete Org from your existing system to the other.
    For doing the same use program SE38 , RHMOVE30.
    This program can be used to complely transfer your org model.
    I am sure we cant upload org from a excel fiel.

    my client requirement is
    (  This business requirement will make the Last Price for a given item be visible during order entry.  )
    u2022Retrieve & display during order entry, the most recent unit price given to a customer for a specific item, from the Billing data.
    . Display the Last Price under Additional Data B Screen
    add new field (last extended price) in additional data b screen.
    after that 1.     Using the Sales Order Material Number (VBAP-MATNR), Sales Order Sales Organization (VBAK-VKORG), Sales Order Distribution Channel (VBAK-VTWEG), Sales Order Division (VBAK-SPART), Sales Order Sold-to Number (VBPA-KUNNR for VBPA-PARVW=u2019AGu2019) to access the Billing Items By Material Index Table (VRPMA) and specify a billing date (VRPMA-FKDAT) of less than 60 days from current Sales Order requested delivery date (if specified at header VBAK-VDATU or at the schedule line level (VBEP-EDATU).  This will result in all the billing documents where the Sold-to bought the item but isnu2019t completely refined as of yet.  Retain the billing document (VRPMA-VBELN), item (VBPMA-POSNR), and billing date (VRPMA-FKDAT) in a temporary table to pass to number 2 as the input.
    2.     Use the billing document (VRPMA-VBELN) and item (VRPMA-POSNR) to read the Sales Document Partners Table (VBPA) where the partner function (VBPA-PARVW = u201CSHu201D) and the Sales Order Ship-To (VBPA-KUNNR for VBPA-PARVW=u2019WEu2019) to select ONLY billing documents that are for that given ship-to location.  This filters out only billing documents relevant for that ship-to location. 
    3.     From the resulting list of billing documents, select the most recent date (VRPMA-FKDAT) which will refine the search for the last Billing Document (VRPMA-VBELN) and item (VRPMA-POSNR).
    4.     Using the most recent Billing Document (VBPA-VBELN), access the Billing Document Item Table (VBRP). To result in the Last Extended Price as VBRP-KZWI1.
    5.     This price will be an extended price which needs to be calculated as a u2018unit priceu2019.  For this billing item, select the sales unit (VBRP-VRKME) to determine if the sales unit is in cases or eaches. 
    a.     If the unit of measure is in cases, then simple math is required to divide the Last Extended Price (VBRP-KZWI1) by the billing quantity (VBRP-FKIMG).  Standard rounding should apply when .005 results in a .01.

    use the Exits provided in SAPMV45A -includes MV45*ZZ and screen exits as well 8309 8310 8459, 8460. Just be sure to
    use zznnnnnn include in the SAP provided forms instead of coding directly in the forms.
    You can check below user exits:
    MV45ATZZ :For entering metadata for sales document processing. User-specific metadata must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AOZZ:
    For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing which are called up by the screen and run under PBO (Process Before Output) prior to output of the screen. The modules must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AIZZ:
    For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing. These are called up by the screen and run under PAI (Process After Input) after data input (for example, data validation). The modules must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AFZZ and MV45EFZ1:
    For entering installation-specific FORM routines and for using user exits, which may be required and can be used if necessary. These program components are called up by the modules in MV45AOZZ or MV45AIZZ.

               Why sap says that the thumb rule that the sales organisation should be kept minimum per company code. What is the significance behind this statement. Why cant we have more than 1 sales org assigned to company code.

    Each sales organization is assigned one company code.
    You can have more than one Sales organisation in one Company Code .
    Each sales organization represents a "selling unit" in the legal sense. Its responsibilities include product liability and any claims to recourse that customers may make. It is also responsible for the sale and distribution of merchandise and negotiates sales price conditions. Sales organizations can be used to reflect regional subdivisions of the market, for example by states. A sales transaction is always processed entirely within one sales organization.
    If there is one sales organization for the company code
    The sales organization represents the company code Sales areas defined in the R/3 System are used to refine the structure of the external organization
    Each sales area consists of the following R/3 organizational units (in any combination):
    Sales Organizations
    Division
    Distribution channel
    If there is more than one sales organization for the company code
    Possible reasons for having more than one sales organization for each company code:
    · Different legal responsibilities, for example product liability
    · Unusual stipulations (for example legal), which make it necessary to distribute different product lines separately u2013 for example, products for medicine and veterinary medicine
    · The desire to separate completely the sales activities of different enterprise areas
    Separate distribution responsibilities, each with their own Marketing and Pricing policy u2013 for example, one for the domestic market and one for export
    Overlapping customer and product master records or the desire to maintain customer and product master data in a specific, unusual way
    · Overlapping responsibilities for order entry, or for sales and distribution processing (sales authorizations)
    As generally said , our organisation structure in SAP should be simple to improve efficiency .

    The Structure of Sales Org, differs from client to client. Its purely client specific.
    But normally the structure containes, Sales Org, Distribution Channel, Division, Sales Group and Sales Office.
    Tolerance groups:
    Tolerance groups represent amounts or percentages by which receivables may be underpaid or overpaid.
    Amounts and percentage values for tolerances relating to underpayments and overpayments of receivables are defined in a tolerance group.
    Business Blue Print;
    Business Blue print is understanding the clinets business completley. While we are implementing SAP to any client, first we have to understand their business completely so that we can map accordingly in SAP system. So, after understanding their business, we will prepare a document called as Busines Blue print. While is nothing but AS Is study.
    Functional Specification:
    To speak at macro level that is at projet manager or at senior levels.  The Functional Spec (Specification) which is a comprehensive document is created after the (SRS) Software Requirements Document. It provides more details on selected items originally described in the Software Requirements Template. Elsewhre organizations combine these two documents into a single document.
    The Functional Specification describes the features of the desired functinality.. It describes the product's features as seen by the stake holders,and contains the technical information and the  data needed for the design and developement. 
    The Functional Specification defines what the functionality will be of a particulat area that is to be precise a transaction in SAP terminology.
    The Functional Specification document to create a detailed design document that explains in detail how the software will be designed and developed. 
    The functional specification translates the Software Requirements template into a technical description which
    a) Ensures that the product feature requirements are correctly understood before moving into the next step, that is detchnical developement  process. 
    b) Clearly and unambiguously provides all the information necessary for the technical consultants to develop the objects.
    At the consultant level the functional spects are preapred by functinal consultants on any functionality for the purpose of getting the same functinality designed by the technical pepole as most of the times the functionalities according to the requirements of the clients are not available on ready made basis.
